In the modern age, wireless communication is very helpful in various mobile antenna communication systems. In mobile communication systems, the transmission of data transfer rates is very high and it plays an important role in several services like video, top-quality audio, and mobile integrated service digital network. During the transmission of data at higher data transmission rates through the mobile radio channels, the channel impulse response can spread over many symbol periods as well as cause inter-symbol interference (ISI). Wireless transmission is suffering from fading and interference effects which may be combated with equalizer. Due to fading and interference, it creates a problem for signal recovery in wireless communication. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the different types of equalizers such as ZF and MMSE for BPSK modulation. The simulation result has been developed by using MATLAB toolbox version 2015a and a multi-tap ISI channel is considered. By analyzing the simulation result it shows that if the number of tap lengths is increasing, BER will decrease in ZF equalizer. And finally shows BER vs SNR comparison of two different types of an equalizer and is able to find out MMSE performance is better than ZF equalizer.

Nowadays, There are various technology used in day-to-day life; such as Human Computer Interaction, Communication Engineering, various types of architectures of computer system for easy convenience of living life style of human being .However, there are various network utilized for the transmission of signal containing various data like audio, video, data in text format etc.Network utilized for different Purposed based on its application. There are various Network are being utilized such as LAN(local area network),MAN(metro area network),WAN(wide area network),Backbone Network, Public Switch Telephone Network(PSTN), Integrated service Digital Network (ISDN),Broadband Integrated Service Digital Network(BISDN).Depending upon the bandwidth and usage of application by human being ,we are going to utilized this network technologies for transmission of signal to send message in various format. The Purpose of this various network is to use for transmission and receiving message. With the help of this network technology we are going to discuss technology like “Radio Frequency Identification” for tracking, detecting the objects and its working and application..

Objective:Our main objective was to use videoconferencing as a primary means to: a) assist in launching an epilepsy surgery program in Pakistan; 2) participate in case conferences on complex epilepsy patients in each country. Methods:Extensive testing using both point to point and bridged integrated service digital network (ISDN) and internet protocol (IP) connections was carried out using bandwidths of 384-768 kilobits per second (kbps). Videoconferences between sites were arranged two to three weeks in advance and connections were tested a day prior to the scheduled conference. Sharing of PowerPoint presentations, neuroimaging and video-EEG was available to all sites. Discussions centered on patients with medically refractory epilepsy. Results:Between July 2006 and June 2008, 17 sessions were booked. Five of these conferences bridged in specialists from West Virginia University. Most successful connections occurred using IP point to point calls or a bridge connecting end points through IP at 512 kbps. We conducted three surgeries for medically refractory temporal lobe epilepsy in Pakistan. At follow-up in January 2009, two patients have been seizure free and one had two breakthrough seizures after sudden unsupervised discontinuation of Levetiracetam. Conclusion:Our international tele-epilepsy collaboration has proven feasible and valuable to all participants. Our experience suggests considerable thought and preparation are needed before a teleconference to ensure its success. We provide a recipe to set-up similar telemedicine collaborations. Considerations include time zone differences, equipment type, interoperability between endpoints, connection capabilities, bandwidth availability, and backup plans for unsuccessful connections. Telemedicine can facilitate epilepsy care around the world, identifying with the concept of a “Global Health Village”.

The tele-collaborative product development (TeleCo-PD) is an important technology for modern enterprises to win in the 21st century global market. It concerns how to utilize distributed product development resources to design and manufacture a new product. This paper presents a series of tools developed to construct a TeleCo-PD platform, which provides small and middle size enterprises with the ability to collaborate with each other. The proposed platform is based on an Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN), with a Client/Server based process management system for defining and assigning tasks, a whiteboard for sharing engineering drawings, and a File Transfer Protocol server for transferring product data files. The platform has been deployed in a virtual enterprise in developing a new digital camera.

This study explored the relationships among communication technologies, communication apprehension, writing apprehension, and computer anxiety. The results indicate that significant relationships exist between computer anxiety, and computer/wordprocessing, between computer anxiety, and computer electronic discussion group, between computer anxiety and online computer service, between computer anxiety and CD-RAM, as well as other types of technology. Other results reveal that students are least experienced with programming computers, computerized electronic discussion group, computer conferencing and Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDA). Significant differences occurred between gender groups on cellular phone scores, writing stories/poetry scores, computerized electronic discussion group scores, satellite TV scores, electronic videogames scores, and computer/video conferencing scores, as well as communication apprehension scores, writing apprehension scores, and computer anxiety scores. The specifics of these results and other significant differences are reported and discussed in this article.

Abstract:The FOMTA (Fundamentals of Modern Telemedicine in Africa) project aims to promote the development of indigenous regional networks between R&D centres and universities of the Developing Countries (DCs) and their European counterparts. While FOMTA prepares the way for the use of broadband technology in Africa, it will also associate the DCs with the generation of knowledge, innovative and appropriate technologies needed to solve some of the specific problems, in order to achieve a sustainable economic development. Designed to eliminate the time-delaying lack of infrastructure, FOMTA will embark on the simulation of the Integrated Service Digital Network infrastructure. FOMTA will adopt measures to increase the awareness and stimulate the participation of the DCs in the telemedicine and health care telematics projects through demonstrations, pilot projects, Workshops, training and exchange activities. This will demonstrate the feasibility of telemedicine services in the DCs, including trial of services in real-life circumstances, and will provide training possibilities for researchers in the use of methods and tools for advanced communication technologies and telematics. Undoubtedly, telediagnosis, teleconsultation and other areas of telemedicine would thrive in Africa both as remote testing grounds and fields of practical applications.
