Abstract Purpose: The PkM team took the initiative to carry out service activities for the Rengginang business group to improve the skills and insights of partners in preparing financial reports and e-marketing for Minan Rengginang business actors. Method: This service activity involves the Rengginang Minan business group as a partner of this service activity. The methods used in this activity include cognitive, persuasive, and effective ways. Result: The outcome of this activity is an increase in the participants' abilities and knowledge. Conclusion: This activity positively affects the participant group's skills, knowledge, and income.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to improve understanding and ability related to the concept and implementation of personal PPh Tax calculations for teachers. Method: This PKM activity is carried out using the tutorial method and discussion on the concept of Personal Income Tax. The target of these trainees is high school teachers under Masyarakat Profesi Teknisi Akuntansi (MATA) Indonesia. The implementation of this training activity is intended to increase the participation of the Program Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan FEB Usakti in helping to improve human resource competence, especially for high school teachers. This activity was carried out on February 18, 2021 online through Zoom Meeting. Results: Based on the evaluation, after following this PKM (1) The participants understand the basic concepts of personal income tax taxation, especially filling out the SPT 1770S for employee.(2). Participants can understand the tax reporting obligations for WPOP.and (3). The participants can fill out/make and report the personal income tax return. Conclusions: There are improvements of teacher competence in terms of the Implementation of the Concept and Practice of Calculation of Personal Income Tax for teachers under the Indonesian Accounting Technician Society (MATA INDONESIA) who play an active role in improving the competence of educators, especially teachers with expertise in tax accounting.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to assist and foster Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Wanita Mandiri Craft which is a recipient of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) assistance. This KUBE has a business of making flower crafts made from tapis. The most priority problem is that partners do not yet have the ability to prepare business feasibility studies. In addition, they do not yet have and build a partnership network by utilizing information technology including social media effectively to promote and market their products. The stages of the activities carried out consist of the preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation stages. Method: The methods used are lecture and question and answer methods, demonstration methods, and non-formal discussion methods. Results: The result was, during the training activity, the participants followed it with great attention and enthusiasm until all the material had been given by the presenter which was then followed by a question and answer activity. Conclusion: All participants can take part in the entire training process from start to finish, besides that the target for delivering training materials is also achieved because the material can be delivered in its entirety and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in the training greatly supports this activity

Abstract Purpose: This Community Service (PKM) aimed to strengthen integrity values by taking preventive measures and promoting educational programs about the dangers of corruption, its causes, and systematic prevention. Method: This PKM was delivered to the academic community, consisting of Chancellors, Deans, Lecturers, and Students at several campuses throughout the DKI Jakarta Province. This PKM activity was made possible through the PSKK Grant (Work Competency Certification Program) under BNSP. Results: The added value of participating in the Anti-Corruption Instructor BNSP Certification Program is not only effective at systematic socialization of corruption prevention, but also serves as a Certificate of Companion Diploma (SKPI) for students, lecturers, deans, and rectors. Additionally, according to the survey’s graph, recipients of the BNSP Certificate quickly get hired.

Abstract Purpose: This activity aims to provide counselling for micro, small, and medium enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic because they cannot open their stores at Blu Plaza in Bekasi, West Java. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected this community greatly since 2020, and the members of UMKM Blu Plaza asked for advice regarding marketing and financial aspects to survive. Research Methodology: There were seventeen participants counselling was conducted online using Zoom application by giving training materials and asked the participants to be proactive by asking questions and doing some real exercises. Results: The counselling results show that participants are able to do some exercises about working capital and the cost of goods sold. Also, their understanding of selling products via online marketing has improved. The post counselling questionnaire shows that the participants are very interested in the topics and asked for more time to participate in the following community service activity. However, the participant-trainer interaction was not optimal due to the pandemic situation. Future activities can use additional features with the help of information technology to attract more participants. Conclusions: By implementing online community service, counsellors can interact with the participants and ask them to do some exercises. This is a way to increase people’s participation, and results showed that their understanding of the topics increased.
