Teenagers can be called a transition period which is synonymous with freedom of identity. Conformity is very high at this age, as the phenomenon of illegal motor racing groups often violates traffic norms and is undisciplined with Law Number 22 Year 2009. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between conformity, sensation seeking nature and traffic discipline in a group of teenage illegal motor racing in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study is a group of illegal motor racing in Pasuruan. While the sample used was 112 male teenagers in the wild racing motorbike group taken with cluster sampling technique. Data collection uses a scale of conformity, with a validity coefficient between 0.373 to 0.75 and an reliability coefficient of rxx 'of 0.841. The scale of sensation seeking properties with a validity coefficient of 0.318 to 0.521, the reliability coefficient rxx ’of 0.802. While the scale of the discipline of validity across the range of validity ranges from 0.331 to 0.597 and the reliability coefficient rxx 'of 0.827. The results showed that the hypothesis stating there was a relationship between conformity, sensation seeking characteristics with traffic discipline was accepted with a correlation of Ry (1.2) of 0.38> r table 1% = 0.256, and Freg of 9.19%> of F table 1% = 4.61.

A confidence and an attitude toward a persons ability to accept both positive and negative that are shaped and learned through the process of studying with a view to his own happiness. While self concept is an idea, mind, feeling, belief and position known by the individual in relating to others. The purpose of this study is to know a self concept relationship with a self confident. The hypothesis of this study is there's a self concept relationship with a self confidence. In the study, researchers used a quantitative approach in an attempt to test hypotheses that had been drafted. The subject in this study is a teenager sitting in class 7 and 8 MTS miftahul ulum pandaan. The sampling technique used was staggerate stratified random sampling. The analysis of data in this study uses the scale of self concept and self confidence. Data analysis was calculated by using product moment Pearson and acquired rxy by 0.657 with an r-tab 1% of 0.254. Thus there is a highly significant correlation between self concept and a self confidence.

Employee work productivity is the main thing in maintaining and even improving the quality and strength of the company. This is a challenge that is not easy for employees. One aspect that is often discussed with this variable is the level at which employees work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work stress and productive relationships at PT. Uniplastindo Interbuana, Pasuruan. The results showed that the hypothesis stating there was a relationship between work stress and productifity was rejected at the 5% significance level, where the rxy of -0.203 <r table 5% of 0.279. Thus the level of work stress of employees is not a significant factor for predicting the level of productivity of competition.

Behaviors that show failure to manage a relationship and interact with the environment and failure to manage and control emotions more often in youth, such as rudeness, abuse of others, even self-injury. One factor that affects the emotional intelligence of a youth is the family environment especially a parent, the teen's perception of a parent's closeness that affects attitudes, views, assessments, and the quality of relationships that grow. This closeness is made by parents and youth essential to shaping emotional intelligence, as parental experience becomes the basis of emotional learning to internalize life. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a connection between a child's perception of parental closeness and the emotional intelligence of a teen. The population used was 475 high school students, sampling taken with sampling techniques of 21% a total of 100 students. Coefficient validity of the scale of a youth's emotional intelligence is acquired between 0.3307 to 0.6120 and some of its religious coefficiencies. 7391. The child's perception of a parent's closeness scale is between 0.3726 and 0.5912 and the religious coefficiencies of 0.8307. The correlation test shows rxy = 0.4007 with are table 1% = 0.256 and freg = 18,7464 with table 1% = 6.63, the more positive the child's perception of parent proximity, the higher the emotional intelligence.

The spread of fake news in Indonesia is now increasingly widespread, especially through social media, many negative impacts have been caused from the spread of fake information. Fake information can defame the reputation of others, cruel slander, fighting between groups, and disrupt national disintegration and even disrupt national security stability. Confirmation bias is one of the reasons why someone conducts or disseminates fake information, where individuals tend to only seek and receive information that is in accordance with their thoughts and ignores different opinions that might be true facts. This study aims to measure the effect of confirmation bias on lying behavior that is prevalent around us. The sample in this study was the millennial generation of social media users who are members of the PMII Pasuruan organization of 80 members, the samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a lying behavior scale and a confirmation bias scale compiled by the researchers using Likert answer method. The data were then analyzed using One Predictor Linear Regression Analysis. The results of data analysis resulted r value of 0.102228 with a significance value of 0.286. This shows that there is no significant correlation between confirmation bias and lying behavior.
