Employee work productivity is the main thing in maintaining and even improving the quality and strength of the company. This is a challenge that is not easy for employees. One aspect that is often discussed with this variable is the level at which employees work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work stress and productive relationships at PT. Uniplastindo Interbuana, Pasuruan. The results showed that the hypothesis stating there was a relationship between work stress and productifity was rejected at the 5% significance level, where the rxy of -0.203 <r table 5% of 0.279. Thus the level of work stress of employees is not a significant factor for predicting the level of productivity of competition.

In the activities of the tofu industry will be associated with muscle injury and work stress on labor productivity. In this case needed a way to find out how big the relationship between work stress with work productivity and muscle injury with worker productivity in the tofu industry. Research conducted with the population is tofu industry in Kediri Regency using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. From this sample, 17 respondents were identified as having experienced work stress and injuries due to ordering excess tofu with duration <14 days and age of workers> 20 years to <80 years. Distributing questionnaires to respondents was then carried out the relationship test that is Chi-Square Test. From these tests the results obtained in accordance with the hypothesis on work stress have a relationship with productivity that is worth Asymp. The work stress variable of 0,000 has reached the value of 0,000 <0.05 and the productivity variable is 0.002 <0.05. Whereas in muscle injury with work productivity Asymp value. The work stress variable of 0,000 has reached the value of 0,000 <0.05 and the productivity variable is 0.002 <0.05 Keyword : Chi-Square, Purposive sampling, Asymp.SigDidalam kegiatan industri tahu akan berkaitan dengan cedera otot dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerjanya. Dalam hal ini diperlukan cara untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan pada stress kerja dengan produktivitas kerja dan cedera otot dengan produktivitas pekerja pada industri tahu tersebut. Dilakukan penelitian dengan populasi adalah industri tahu di Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dari sampel tersebut didapatkan responden sejumlah 17 orang dengan kriteria pernah mengalami stress kerja dan cedera akibat pemesanan tahu yang berlebih dengan durasi < 14 hari dan usia pekerja >20 tahun sampai < 80 tahun. Dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden kemudian dilakukan uji hubungan yaitu Uji Chi-Square. Dari uji tersebut didapatkan hasil sesuai dengan hipotesis pada stress kerja memiliki hubungan dengan produktivitas yang bernilai Asymp. Sig variabel stress kerja sebesar 0,000 sudah mencapai nilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel produktivitas sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Sedangkan pada cedera otot dengan produktivitas kerja nilai Asymp. Sig variabel stress kerja sebesar 0,000 sudah mencapai nilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel produktivitas sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Chi-Square, Purposive sampling, Asymp.Sig

Absract : Stress is an epidemic that spreads throughout around the world. The job of a nurse is a job that has a high stress, because in working nurses relate directly to patients with different disease diagnoses and patient responses. the impact of stress of work can have an impact on the productivity of the work of nurses. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between stress of work with Work Productivity of nurse at RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. Method in this research uses descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was nurses in the room of residence care of the RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon, with a population is 61 nurses. Results of the study used the chi square test at a significance level of 95%, significant for stress of work with Work Productivity of nurse ( p value 0,0013 ; α 0,05). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dekriptif analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon, dengan jumlah populasi adalah 61 perawat.. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji chi square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95%, signifikan untuk stres kerja dengan produktivitas kerja perawat (nilai p 0,0013 ; α 0,05).Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja.

Berdasarkan data dari produktivitas pegawai PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon pada bulan Maret hingga Mei tahun 2014 terjadi penurunan produktivitas pada pegawai bagian produksi packing yang dimungkinkan dipengaruhi oleh indikator stres kerja (sering mengalami pusing, sakit kepala, gangguan pencernaan, tidak bisa mengontrol emosi, mudah marah, dan tidak bisa berkonsentrasi selama bekerja). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Pada Pekerja Bagian Produksi di PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian produksi packing sebanyak 45 responden pegawai bagian produksi yang bekerja di PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Cirebon. Sampel diambil dengan metode Simple Random sampling dengan undian Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi data hasil produksi dari PT.Cipta Rasa Utama. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Rank spearman pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% atau (0,05).Hasil uji statistik analisis menggunakan rumus Rank Spearman diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,03 pada taraf kepercayaan 5% karena nilai ρ = 0,03 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,03 ≤ 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan tingkat produktivitas kerja pada bagian produksi PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2014.Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACKBased on the results of employee productivity data PT.Cipta Major Pain Cirebon in March to May 2014 there is a decrease in employee productivity made possible the production of packing is affected by occupational stress indicator (often experience dizziness, headache, indigestion, can not control emotions , irritable, and unable to concentrate during work). Samples taken with the way the draw random sampling method. Data collection techniques using the checklist sheet and if the production data of the Main Pain PT.Cipta. Processing techniques and data analysis was done by Spearman Rank statistik test at a significance level of 5% or (0.05). Statistical analysis of test results using the Spearman Rank formula obtained value of ρ = 0.03 at 5% confidence level because the value of ρ = 0.03 is smaller than 0.05 (0.03 ≤ 0.05) Ha received stating that there is a relationship between work stress to the productivity of labor in the production PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Cirebon 2014.Keywords: Job stress, work productivity

This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. This study has been aimed to find out the correlation emotional intelligence and Rhtype. The simple sizes were 35 undergraduate and graduate of Abadan Oil College with the cluster sampling.The correlation between emotional intelligence and P/N blood groups was 0.085 and it does not accept by standard statistics. We enter the other variable as emotional intelligence groups. The correlation between Rh type and emotional intelligence groups was 0.136 and this correlation in 0/2 significance level had been reported significant.The result was tested by t test, and analysis shown significance difference.it was found that scattering of Rh type was not equal on EI.As well as positive groups can receive upper scores of EI than negative ones and negatives groups have less scores of EI the other. In fact most positives have scores between "114-148", means that they can perch in the medium and high groups of EI.

<span><em>This study aims to explain the influence of the Social Security </em><span><em>program on performance and job satisfaction and job stress as a mediating </em><span><em>variable. In addition, this study also describes the effect of job satisfaction on </em><span><em>the performance and the effect of work stress on performance. The relationship of </em><span><em>each variable in this research is to be measured by conducting a survey on 145 </em><span><em>employees of private companies that included in Social Security program on </em><span><em>DIY and Solo. Then the path analisys used to test the effect of social security </em><span><em>program performance in mediation by job satisfaction, performance and job stress</em><span><em>, job satisfaction, and examines the effect on the performance and the effect of </em><span><em>work stress on performance. The results showed that the social security program </em><span><em>significant positively affects job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction was </em><span><em>also positively and significantly affect performance. Even though mediating role </em><span><em>of job satisfaction in the relationship between social security program performance </em><span><em>partial. Because merely direct relationship between social security program with </em><span><em>greater performance than the mediating role of job satisfaction. Social Security </em><span><em>program did not significantly affect the stress of work, as well as job stress did </em><span><em>not significantly affect performance. Therefore, the mediating role of work stress </em><span><em>on the relationship between social security program with the performance did not </em><span><em>occur. Background: Workload may indirectly cause stress. The ability to manage work stress may affect staff’s motivation and performance. The staff performance will affect decision-making in improving the service quality. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between stress management, work motivation and work performance. Method: This was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 19 medical record staff, working at Prof. Dr. R Soeharso orthopedic hospital Surakarta, were selected for this study. A set of questionnaires were developed and administered to measure stress management, work motivation and work performance. Data were then analyzed with a bivariate correlation analysis. Results: There were statistically significant correlations between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. The ability to manage stress positively increased the motivation (r= 0,56; p= 0,013), as well as the work performance (r= 0,49; p= 0,036). Moreover, a higher motivation will lead to a higher performance (r= 0,42; p= 0,071). Conclusion: There were positive relationships between work stress management, work motivation and work performance. Key words: work stress management, motivation, performance.

Local governments play a significant role in the life of the community and the national economy which can be achieved in fiscal health conditions reflected in the low disparity in income structure towards regional expenditure. The inability of regions to escape fiscal dependence is due to the low income, especially from Pendapatan Asli Daerah, which causes fiscal stress which then impacts on policies and implementation of regional spending through spending on programs and activities. This study will examine the relationship between Fiscal Stress and Pendapatan Asli Daerah and expenditure of East Nusa Tenggara Province through simple linear regression testing using secondary data Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung using a sample of six (6) districts / cities in 2014-2016 The results of the study show that the fiscal stress variable does not affect the income structure through Pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah and Belanja Langsung at a significance level of <0.05. The results of this study contribute to local budget policies and theoretically to the use of direct expenditure variables that are different from previous studies. Key Words: Fiscal Health, Fiscal Stress, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Belanja Langsung
