Artikel ini membahas tentang fundamentalisme dan radikalisme khususnya pada gerakan Hizbut Tahrir di Indonesia dalam perspektif historis. Dengan mengambil teks-teks dari buku-buku dan jurnal kontemporer, kajian ini mendeskripsikan apa yang menjadi formasi dari fundamentalisme dan radikalisme, khususnya gerakan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia, mengapa ia muncul, dan bagaimana perkembangannya di Indonesia. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa kehadiran Hizbut Tahrir di Indonesia yang kemudian mengambil nama Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) adalah bagian dari penyebarluasan ideologi, ajaran, strategi gerakan, dan sistem kaderisasi Hizbut Tahrir keseluruh penjuru dunia. Akhirnya, kajian ini pun menyarankan bagaimana baiknya bangsa Indonesia menghadapi ancaman fundamentalisme dan radikalisme tersebut.

Program Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) adalah program wajib yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa pada program studi Pendidikann Agama Islam (PAI). Pelaksanaan program PPL pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami banyak penyesuaian termasuk program PPL di SMPN 3 Sambas tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengelolaan program PPL di SMPN 3 Sambas pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah lima orang guru PPL IAIS Sambas, satu orang guru pamong, dan kepala sekolah. Data pada penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program PPL di SMPN 3 Sambas tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring. Program PPL diselenggarakan selama dua bulan pada awal Juli hingga awal September 2021. Pada bulan pertama, pelaksanaan PPL dilaksanakan secara daring dan guru PPL belum dilibatkan secara langsung namun melaksanakan micro teaching yang dibimbing guru pamong. Pada bulan pertama, guru PPL melaksanakan pembelajaran daring yang melalui grup WhatsApp dan Google Meet. Pada bulan kedua, pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara luring karena kasus Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sambas telah menurun sehingga pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan alokasi 50% jumlah siswa perkelas dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program PPL dengan pembelajaran luring jauh lebih baik diselenggarakan daripada daring karena keterbatasan penguasaan penggunaan e-learning baik bagi guru maupun murid. Kehadiran guru PPL juga memberikan dampak positif dengan inovasi pembelajarannya.

The complexity of the challenges posed by teaching staff who are not ready and do not understand multicultural education today has become a major obstacle, especially in the 4.0 era as it is today. In addition, materials and resources must be free from biases, such as social class, gender, ethnicity, religion, and urban bias. Thus, authors of sources, materials, need to use the perspective of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Era 4.0 in terms of implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency and reflection of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Indonesia, where Islamic education today continues to experience its own complexities of challenges. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented for teachers, leaders, school members and campus communities who have a multicultural attitude and have the ability to properly organize Islamic education in the era 4.0 which is full of challenges. This will also be a challenge, because schools in general cannot be separated from stereotypes and prejudices that stem from a sense of primordialism, ethnicity, religion and social class. There is the Islamic concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin as a solution, and also a method of paying attention to the situation in the delivery of subject matter without disturbing the students' souls.

ABSTRACT The concept of humanistic education is education that has principles to humanize humans such as education that explores, respects, serves, and helps students develop their potential with the aim of making students a generation that is intelligent, religious and has good character. Education has many obstacles and very complex problems. Various factors including the development of science and technology have led to changes in the behavior of adolescents, especially high school students, who commit crimes such as immoral crimes and so on. This moral degradation causes PAI teachers to try to educate students not to be carried away by the current of modernization which has a negative impact by instilling religious values. However, in reality, many people think that PAI is not important. A different phenomenon occurs in one high school in Lumajang City, namely SMAN 1 Lumajang. Where students really like PAI lessons because learning PAI at school is carried out with a humanistic approach. This journal discusses the implementation of the humanistic approach in Islamic Education lessons and also the constraints and reasons for using humanistic theory in Islamic Education learning. The research method used is qualitative research methods. Keywords: Approach, Humanistic, Pendidikan Agama Islam ABSTRAK Konsep pendidikan humanistik adalah pendidikan yang memiliki prinsip untuk memanusiakan manusia seperti pendidikan yang menggali, menghargai, melayani, dan membantu siswa mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki dengan tujuan agar siswa menjadi generasi yang cerdas, religius dan berakhlakul karimah. Pendidikan banyak mengalami kendala dan permasalahan yang amat komplek. Berbagai faktor termasuk perkembangan IPTEK menyebabkan perubahan tingkah laku remaja khususnya siswa/siswi SMA banyak melakukan tindak kriminalitas seperti kejahatan asusila dan sebagainya. Degradasi moral inilah yang menyebabkan guru PAI berusaha untuk mendidik murid agar tidak terbawa dengan arus modernisasi yang membawa dampak negatif dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak yang menganggap pelajaran PAI itu tidak penting. Fenomena berbeda terjadi pada salah satu SMA di Lumajang yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Lumajang. Dimana para siswa sangat menyukai pelajaran PAI karena pembelajaran PAI disekolah tersebut dilakukan dengan pendekatan humanistik. Jurnal ini membahas mengenai implementasi pendekatan humanistik pada pelajaran PAI dan juga kendala serta alasan menggunakan teori humanistik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan, Humanistik, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesadaran wajib pajak restoran dalam kepatuhan pelaporan pajak menggunakan aplikasi E-SPTPD di Kota Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan paradigma intepretif dan pendekatan etnometodologi. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik restoran yang sudah terdaftar dan belum terdaftar sebagai wajib pajak restoran di Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kurangnya kesadaran pemilik restoran dalam pelaporan pajak restoran. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan pemilik restoran terhadap perpajakan dan lokasi yang terpencil membuat petugas pajak yang ada dilapangan sulit mengetahui keberadaan restoran tersebut. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Depok juga tidak membuahkan hasil kesadaran para pemilik restoran terhadap kewajiban perpajakannya karena masih banyak pemilik restoran yang tidak hadir dalam sosialisasi tersebut.

Program Keluarga Harapan atau yang dikenal dengan PKH merupakan bantuan dan perlindungan sosial termasuk klaster I strategi penanggulangan kemiskinan berkaitan dengan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pemenuhan dasar bagi lanjut usia dan penyandang disabilitas berat. Penelitian betujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan dalam pengentasan kemiskinan, perubahan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta memberikan informasi dan evaluasi kepada pemerintah, seberapa efektif dan tepat sasaran bagi masyarakat yang mendapatkan bantuan. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan data kuantitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh yang terdiri dari 37 peserta PKH. Dalam menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif  dari data-data yang telah dikumpulkan. Efektivitas yang diukur menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu input, proses dan output. Dari ketiga indikator tersebut tingkat efektivitas di Desa Semberang Dusun Solor Medan sangat efektif. Dari sisi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang menerima PKH yang berdasarkan standar BKKBN juga sudah termasuk kedalam keluarga sejahtera.

The importance of the Role of Organizational Motivation in Managing Private Islamic Educational Institutions, especially in Era 4.0 is a necessity, where many private Islamic higher education institutions are now established to compete with each other, where the 4.0 era (disruption) which is now present in the midst of Society 5.0 needs a strategy specifically to maintain the existence in every private Islamic higher education institution. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of organizational motivation by managers of private Islamic universities in managing private Islamic educational institutions in Era 4.0 so that they can still exist and be able to compete; To find out what obstacles are faced by managers of private Islamic universities in maintaining the existence of their institutions in Era 4.0; and to find out the solutions offered to overcome these obstacles. The method used in this research is library research, with data sources obtained from various literature books, journals, internet related to the Urgency of the Role of Organizational Motivation by managers of private Islamic universities in Indonesia in Managing their Institutions in Era 4.0. The results show that the success of a manager of a private Islamic higher education institution is the ability of higher education managers to manage the institutions they lead, one of which is through the role of motivation for the human resources they manage and using a unique and attractive management model in order to improve the performance of human resources, facilities, facilities and adequate infrastructure to be able to compete with other private Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia.

This study aims to review poverty through Karl Marx's view of religion as an opium. The method used in this research is qualitative with library studies approach. The current globalization and the order of capitalism occurred in Indonesia, certainly enriching the strong and impoverishing the weak. The role of religion in Indonesia in dealing with poverty is not much different from the reality faced by Karl Marx. Karl Marx thought of religion as an impediment to social change. This thought is reflected in his own assertion that religion is the opium of society. In Indonesia, religion only directs people to accept poverty and entertain them by inviting them to preach to the afterlife.

The Legislative Function of the Regional Representative Council The bicameral structure, especially in Indonesia, is viewed from a maslahah perspective. This study aims to analyze: (1) What is the legislative function of the Regional Representative Council in the bicameral system in Indonesia after the enactment of Law No.17 of 2014 concerning MD3, (2) What is the legislative function of the Regional Representative Council when viewed from the Maslahah perspective. This research is a type of normative legal research using two approaches, namely legislation and history. The statutory approach aims to examine in depth the various regulations governing the legislative duties and functions of the DPD, while the historical approach is used to understand the parliamentary system in Indonesia. After the data has been collected, the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis method which aims to describe the object under study in order to get a comprehensive picture. Furthermore, the data is analyzed based on maslahah theory using deductive methods because it analyzes through reasoning from a general form to achieve a special form. The results showed that: the legislative authority of the DPD which was originally expanded by the Constitutional Court in its decision No. 92 / PUU-X / 2012 apparently were not accommodated in the formulation of Law No.17 of 2014, this is evident in the MD3 Law that still contains several articles that again narrow down the constitutional authority of the DPD. If viewed from the maslahah perspective, the legislative functions of the DPD and Ahlul halli wal 'aqd in the Islamic constitutional system are very different. Although both have the same authority, namely in the field of legislation, the authority of Ahlul halliwal 'aqd is clearer and not as clear as the DPD legislation, besides that the DPD has not been placed equal to the DPR and the President in exercising its authority as a legislative institution especially after the enactment of Law No. .17 of 2014.

Tolerance between religious communities is an important issue to be discussed. This is because in recent years various acts of radicalism and tolerance in the name of religion have increasingly occurred in various parts of the world. This study aims to analyze the inter-religious tolerance model practiced by the Prophet Muhammad in Medina. Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research found that the tolerance built by the Prophet in Medina was dominant with the positive-active tolerance model. This study also found that the reality of tolerance in Medina is basically relevant to the plurality of religions in Indonesia. Therefore, the tolerance model developed by the Prophet in Medina is relevant to be implemented in Indonesia. Of course, the implementation of the tolerance model is by adjusting the sociocultural construction of today's society.
