Life Skills Education plays a pivotal role in safeguarding children’s personalities the 21st century as they are entrusted with different kinds of adversity such as changes in the global economic, technological transformation, social problems, and critical health issues. Academic success alone is inadequate to meet the difficulties confronted in one’s daily life. Bhutan strongly believes in the well-being of the citizens and Gross National Happiness (GNH) has been the guiding principle in the country’s development and in enhancing values in the Bhutanese children. Along with GNH principle, Life Skills Education plays a significant role in emotional, intellectual, social, and physical development of an individual. Life Skills Education (LSE) has been incorporated in many developing countries including Bhutan and has prepared children to overcome the challenges in everyday life. This article describes LSE and its importance in the educational systems to enable students to develop positive behavioral changes, sound livelihood values, skills, and positive attitudes to deal with critical health issues, make informed use and decisions, and enhance self-esteem in Bhutan.

In the process of development, the most important thing is to train talents and improve the comprehensive quality of employees. As the main content of talent training, corporate culture and performance management can be said to provide theoretical support for performance management.A good corporate culture environment can not only restrain the behavior of staff, but also improve the quality of performance management and promote the benign occurrence of enterprises in society. Based on this, this paper analyzes the correlation between corporate culture, performance management and employee development, and perfects the content and system of performance culture.

Music textbooks of PMP is a set of mature teaching materials widely used in music course of elementary education in China. The study of the music theory knowledge in this set of textbooks can not only help the music teachers in primary and secondary schools to more deeply understand the compiling spirit of the textbooks, but also have a great significance to the cultivation of music education talents in normal universities. Through combing the music theory knowledge involved, this paper makes a brief summary of the characteristics of PMP textbooks.

COVID-19 pandemic had affected Education system around the world. Bhutan also closed down its academic institutions for around 4 months after detection of the first COVID-19 patient. Ministry of Education rolled up the idea of using online forum as an instructional tool to ensure the continuity of education. Besides many available platform, Shari Higher Secondary School decided to use Google Classroom as an instrument for online teaching learning process. Hand-on training were given to both the teachers and students on the usage of G-suite Moodle focusing on Google Classroom. This study attempted to assess students’ perception on the acceptance and challenges of using Google Classroom tool. An online survey based on 5-point Likert scale saw 219 students responding. The survey included statements of agreement on acceptance and challenges dimension. A follow up interview was also sought from few participants. SPSS was used to compute both descriptive and inferential statistics that include mean scores, one sample t-test, and correlation. It was found that students were ready to accept the Google Classroom based online teaching and learning notwithstanding the few challenges that they face.

Abstract: As we all know, information teaching design belongs to the product of the application of modern educational technology theory, and its core lies in solving the difficult problems existing in teaching activities through multimedia technology and network technology.As far as the actual situation is concerned, the emergence of information teaching design has caused a certain impact on the traditional teaching mode.Therefore, information teaching design has become an important educational method for college teachers.The teaching practice shows that the introduction of information teaching design into the teaching of architecture is helpful to promote the high quality of teaching activities and to improve students’ interest in learning.Based on this, this paper will take the concept and design of information teaching design as the starting point, and then discuss it around it, in order to give some reference to the majority of colleagues.
