The background of this research is that there are still not many people (traders) in Lubuk Basung, who use sharia banking services in financing assessments at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Lubuk Basung. This can be seen from the number of outdated Lubuk Basung market traders which increased from 2014-2018 but still cannot be utilized by Bank Syariah Mandiri Lubuk Basung KCP to become its customers. Research by the author is to use field research methods or quantitative descriptive field research that is about phenomena, events, and human life by being involved directly and / or indirectly in the settings studied, contextual and comprehensive. This research was conducted to determine the business opportunities of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP in Lubuk Basung. Based on the results of research and analysis by the author about the business opportunities of the Bank Syariah Mandiri Lubuk Basung KCP with a case study of outdated Lubuk Basung market traders, there is a business opportunity of the Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Lubuk Basung as seen in terms of problem analysis and situation analysis, analysis of unknown areas and analysis of targeted customer surveys. Whereas the biggest opportunity comes from problem analysis and situation analysis.

This study aims to determine whether changes in SBI interest rates and changes in the USD / IDR exchange rate have an influence on the PT BCA Stock Market Price during the period January 2015-December 2019. The data used are secondary data provided by relevant institutions. The research method uses multiple linear regression models. To test the significance of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially, the t test is used. The partial test results on changes in the independent variable on changes in the dependent variable note that changes in SBI Interest Rates have a negative and insignificant effect on the Stock Market Price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, while The USD / IDR exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on the Stock Market Price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. The value of the coefficient of determination is 4.2%, which means that the proportion of changes in the PT BCA Stock Market Price which can be explained by variations in changes in SBI interest rates and changes in the exchange rate of USD / IDR is 4.2%, while the remaining 95.8% is explained. by other variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan Suku Bunga SBI dan perubahan Kurs USD/IDR mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT BCA selama periode Januari 2015–Desember 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang disediakan lembaga yang relevan. Metode penelitian  menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial digunakan uji t.Hasil pengujian secara parsial atas  perubahan variabel independen terhadap perubahan variabel dependen diketahui bahwa perubahan Suku Bunga SBI mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, sedangkan Kurs USD/IDR mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Pasar Saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi adalah sebesar 4,2% yang artinya besarnya proporsi variasi perubahan Harga Pasar Saham PT BCA yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi perubahan tingkat Suku Bunga SBI dan perubahan Kurs USD/IDR adalah sebesar 4,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 95,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did, and to find out if the financial report of CV. Mitra Dinamis has been appropriate according to SAK EMKM.The research method that been used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Kind of data in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data collecting methods are interviews, observe, and literature review. The result from this research showed, that CV. Mitra Dinamis only created invoice financial report, resulting in this case not yet appropriate to SAK EMKM that presuppose a complete financial report, including financial position report, profit and loss report, and note of the financial report. And financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did not yet appropriate enough according to SAK EMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis, dan untuk mengetahui apakah penyusunan laporan keuangan pada CV. Mitra Dinamis telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini mempergunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa CV. Mitra Dinamis hanya membuat laporan keuangan berbentuk invoice. Sehingga, hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang mensyaratkan laporan keuangan lengkap terdiri atas Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan (CaLK). Dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at PT XYZ Branch by looking at the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance and the influence of work engagement variables on employee performance using organizational commitment variables as intervening variables. This type of research is a comparative causal study. The population in this study were all employees of PT XYZ Branch from all company departments totaling 150 people. In this study the census method is used by giving questionnaires to the entire population of 150 people consisting of employees of all company departments. Data Data analysis techniques in this study use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated on the basis of Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 tools. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture variables do not significantly influence employee performance indirectly, work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable, with good organizational culture and maximum employee work engagement can make employee performance better at PT XYZ Branch.This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at PT XYZ Branch by looking at the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance and the influence of work engagement variables on employee performance using organizational commitment variables as intervening variables. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of information systems ASN, work facilities and the ability to work on the performance of employees in the BKPSDM of Bukittinggi both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research with the type of associative research using multiple linear regression analysis tools. In this study used a census technique where the entire population of 35 people was used as a respondent. Data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS program. The results of this study showed a significant influence of information system ASN on performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.201, there is a significant influence from the work facilities to the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.228, there is a significant influence of ability to work on the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.410, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous significance testing known that ASN information system variables , Work facilities and work ability simultaneously have significant effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Informasi ASN, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian assosiatif menggunakan alat bantu analisis regresi linear berganda. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 35 orang dijadikan sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari Sistem Informasi ASN terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.201,  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.228, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.410, berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian signifikansi simultan diketahui bahwa variabel Sistem Informasi ASN, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi.
