This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of information systems ASN, work facilities and the ability to work on the performance of employees in the BKPSDM of Bukittinggi both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research with the type of associative research using multiple linear regression analysis tools. In this study used a census technique where the entire population of 35 people was used as a respondent. Data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS program. The results of this study showed a significant influence of information system ASN on performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.201, there is a significant influence from the work facilities to the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.228, there is a significant influence of ability to work on the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi city with a coefficient value of 0.410, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous significance testing known that ASN information system variables , Work facilities and work ability simultaneously have significant effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees of Bukittinggi City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Informasi ASN, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian assosiatif menggunakan alat bantu analisis regresi linear berganda. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 35 orang dijadikan sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari Sistem Informasi ASN terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.201,  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.228, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.410, berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian signifikansi simultan diketahui bahwa variabel Sistem Informasi ASN, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kota Bukittinggi.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of usability, profit, security simultaneously and partially on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. It was a quantitative research used multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this researchshow thatusability, profit and security perceptions simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Usability perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.Profit perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Security perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegunaan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam penggunaan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapersepsi kegunaan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Descriptive Approach

The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. This research was conducted on customers at PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, response, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The sampling method used is incidental sampling and the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, test the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing with the t test and test f. The results of the physical evidence research t count> t table so that the physical evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of reliability research t count> t table so that reliability has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of the research t count> t table so that the responses affect the customer satisfaction, the results of the research guarantee t count> t table so that shows that collateral affects customer satisfaction, the results of empirical research t count > t table so that it shows empathy affects customer satisfaction and the results of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. f count > f table so that it shows physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, profit, safety simultaneously and partially on the public's interest in using the rahn product of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the perception of convenience, the perception of profit and the perception of security simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using the rahn products of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. The perception of convenience has a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of profit have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the e-filling system, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique used in this study using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This type of research is quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the E-Feling system had no effect on taxpayer compliance at the Padang 1 Primary Tax Service Office, while taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions partially had an effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Primary Tax Service Office Padang 1.

The purpose of this studyawas to determine the effect of laisse faire leadershipAstyle, work discipline and communication on the performance of the employees of PT. Trans Retail Sidoarjoapartially and simultaneously and to find out the most significant influence among variables laissez faire leadership style, workadiscipline andacommunication. This study took 86 samples with non-probability samplingatechniques, especially saturated samplingausing multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption tests withaSPSS version 18. Thissstudy uses quantitative methods, surveysaand explanatoryaresearch. The results of thisastudy indicateathat there is an influenceaof laissez faire leadershipastyle, work discipline andaacommunication simultaneouslyaand partially on employee performanceaand the laissez faire leadership styleavariable is the most influentialavariable on employeeAperformance.
