Abstract Objective: Verify whether the practice of physical activity, before the social distancing imposed by COVID-19, influences children’s routines during this period, in children of different ages. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study carried out with an online questionnaire from LimeSurvey and disseminated for four months during social distancing. The questionnaire contained questions about family composition, household characteristics, household and children’s routines, including habits such as sleeping, physical activity, intellectual activity, playing with and without physical activity, and screen time. The final sample consisted of 916 participating families that answered about the physical activity habits of their respective children before the pandemic. Children were divided into three age groups (three to five years, six to nine years, and ten to twelve years). Independent Student’s t-tests were performed to investigate whether the previous practice of scheduled physical activity group and the no physical activity group differed as to the time dedicated to children’s activities and routines (intellectual activity, sleeping, screen time, playing with and without physical activity), by age groups, during social distancing. Results: There was a decrease in the levels of physical activity undertaken by Brazilian children during social distancing. There was no difference when both groups. The children with previous practice of scheduled physical activity did not display different habits from the children who did not adopt this practice. Conclusions: The practice of physical activity before social distancing did not influence the level of physical activity and other habits during social distancing. Healthy habits should be encouraged and targeted for all children during the pandemic. These findings can contribute to the formulation of public policies for children during pandemic times.

The relevance of our topic is that a highly organized and purposeful educational process is impossible without the development of public consciousness in the youth environment. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the process of socialization of a person, in particular students, and their involvement in volunteering. Student years are a period of awareness and evaluation of their actions and deeds, the formation of personal concepts. Young people try to look for a reflection of moral qualities in others and begin to project these qualities on themselves. During the forming of the moral potential of students, it is necessary not only to provide an idea of the best human values but also to help them understand, which will motivate the actions of the younger generation. One of the important consequences of the development of civil society in Ukraine was the active development of a relatively new social phenomenon for the country – the volunteer movement. This movement was founded on the tradition of selfless assistance to the needy. It is a historically inherent feature of the Ukrainian national culture. Adopting the experience of a number of advanced Western countries in this area, the domestic volunteer movement is becoming stronger every year, uniting more citizens and attracting significant resources, which requires legislative regulation. Thus, there is reason to claim that volunteer work and the student volunteer movement have been and actually are very relevant. Defining volunteer work, it should be noted that this phenomenon is a social practice that can be mastered by future social workers outside of studying in higher education institutions, but also on the basis of public organizations. Volunteering is based on the ideas of selfless service to humane, the ideal of humanity. It is done without profit, receiving pay, or career growth. Volunteering obtains comprehensive satisfaction of personal and social needs through assistance to other people. It is the basis of public organizations and territorial communities functioning. It is the form of civic activity, as it is low-specialized assistance in various fields. It is also important to keep in mind that a person's values are inextricably connected with motivation and focus. Volunteering contributes to positive changes in the worldview of young people, communicative consciousness, as well as a social and intellectual activity, competence, and ability to act in unusual life situations. The paradox of this work is that by making changes in society, the student rethinks themselves. Therefore, the subject of changes in volunteering is the individual that carries it out. Such work, as well as preparation for it, creates optimal conditions for the development and self-improvement of the personality of a young human, who voluntarily conducts charitable, non-profit, motivating, and socially useful activities. Students are the most mobile social group in the modern world. They take an active part in solving the challenges that are facing the state. The competitiveness of the country at the international level depends on its position in socio-political life, active participation in the socio-economic and cultural development of the country.

The purpose of the article is to determine the impact of the combination of saumal consumption, physical exertion and staying in the middle mountains on the human body. Saumal or fresh mare's milk is an excellent alternative to cow's milk when feeding children or the elderly. The therapeutic properties of mare's milk were used by the ancestors of the Kazakh people 5 thousand years ago. The article provides data on the dosed use of saumal in combination with physical exertion and staying in the middle mountains for 5 years in order to improve the health of older athletes. The research methodology is based on the analysis of tourist and medical literature, system analysis, and also includes a stating experiment. The project is based on a combination of the therapeutic and health-improving potential of the climate of the Middle mountains, technologies of sports and health tourism and ancient traditions of the peoples of Central Asia on the use of saumal. The accumulated experience allows us to draw the following conclusions: 1) as a person stays in mid-mountain conditions, the body's resistance to a lack of oxygen increases, people's well-being improves, body functions stabilize, and efficiency increases; 2) all participants in the collection significantly reduced their weight, blood pressure and heart rate leveled off to the age norm; 3) the working capacity has significantly increased; 4) the prophylactic efficacy of Saumal and the restorative potential for aged athletes who had suffered a stroke and heart attack were revealed; 5) in the process of using saumal, the intellectual activity of the participants increases.

There is no alternative to Russian science in the innovative development of the Russian economy. Without discussing the obvious role of science in the development of defense technologies to protect the country’s borders, under the conditions of sanctions, which inevitably hamper the development of the Russian economy, the reform of science is necessary. The main direction seems to be the creation of a full-fledged applied branch of science with a variety of organizational and legal forms. On this path, the role of education is high. A cardinal mistake in the reform of education was made with the adoption of the Western model of combining education and science. It should be taken into account that fundamental science and education represent different spheres of intellectual activity. But applied science and education are closely linked, if only for the reason that students’ interests in attractive specialties are dictated by the real prospects of the future profession used in Russian industry. The personnel policy of the Government is closely connected with the innovative development of Russia. The bureaucratic power vertical created in the country is not conducive to the entry of professionals in this or that field of knowledge into the circle of top managers. Therefore, the executive energy of managers responsible for scientific innovations is aimed exclusively at achieving the goals of formal competition with other powers, contributing little to the real scientific and technological progress in our country.

This study aims to investigate two manuscript texts on some syntactical and morphological issues, which are “The difference between the plural, collective noun and the gendered noun” by Ibn al-Nazim, and the second the adverb which is connected with"Qad’ by Amir Badshah. Those twoscholars left many precious scientific works. The researcher found these issues deserve to be published since they consider as one of the main issues that had been discussed by the scholars with their students during lessons. These issues did not reach the size of huge classifications, but it is one or two issues where the classified book express its opinion in concise and focus, which is considered of fruitful and great benefits in language research and the intellectual activity in general, and they were not attainable and accessible, particularly in obtaining second copies of those letters. Accordingly, in order not to remain a buried treasure waiting for someone to discover or get it out to the light, the researcher has obtained one letter with two different versions from two different places; and the other one is a unique copy where the researcher followed the scientific methodology in its publication and verification.

Keywords: systematization; recodification; legislation; intellectual property; collision;protection of rights; the results of intellectual, creative activity Implementation ofan innovative model in Ukraine is not possible without the creation of a modern systemof regulatory relations in the field of protection of intellectual property that would ensureprotection of human subjects of creative work (authors, artists, and inventors), guaranteeingobservance of their rights, and protection against possible violations. The first steps in improving a legal mechanism for the use of results of intellectualand creative activities are laid in adopted in 2003 by the Civil Code of Ukraine, which notonly greatly expanded the scope of intellectual property rights, but also significantly enrichedits substance. In the Civil Code of Ukraine relations in the field of intellectualproperty were first fixed in a separate structural part (book 4 «Intellectual PropertyRights»), which indicates their importance to private law.Further improvement of the normative array in the field of protection of the results ofcreative activity should provide for the specification of the provisions of the Civil Code ofUkraine at the level of laws and by-laws, aimed at the formation of reliable legal mechanismsfor the implementation and protection of intellectual property rights. However, only now changes have been made to special laws in the field of intellectual property. In2014, Ukraine signed an Association Agreement with the EU. It became necessary tobring the existing regulatory material not only to the Civil Code of Ukraine, but also tocomply with the approaches defined in the provisions of the Association Agreement,Chapter 9 of which contains the requirements and standards for the protection of intellectualproperty rights. The article examines the problems of updating and systematizing the legislation ofUkraine in the field of legal protection of the results of intellectual, creative activity, analyses the collisions and shortcomings of certain norms governing relations in the fieldof intellectual activity. The legal basis for the regulation of the protection of differenttypes of intellectual property objects is investigated, the ways of their improvement aredetailed, the steps taken in this direction in Ukraine are described. Within the frameworkof the research subject, the shortcomings of special legislation, as well as the normsof the Civil Code of Ukraine, contradictions between various legislative acts in the field ofintellectual property are noted and ways of their resolution are proposed.

For the development of the national economy, an effective system of legal support of relations is formed, which is formed as a result of transformation of intellectual activity results into innovative products and innovations, introduction of intellectual property rights into economic turnover. Given the expansion and complexity of ways to commercialize intellectual property rights in connection with the acquisition of these rights of various qualities, it is important to study not only the statutory agreements on the disposal of intellectual property rights, but also to develop other legal forms that mediate acts of transfer objects of intellectual property in the field of management. The purpose of the article is to refine the scientific and theoretical provisions on the legal forms of transfer of intellectual property rights in the field of management. The ways of involving intellectual property rights in the economic turnover within the framework of corporate, contractual, mortgage legal relations are revealed. It is established that the specificity of these relations leaves its mark on the legal forms of transfer of intellectual property rights. It has been found that with the complication of economic relations, the spheres and ways of involving intellectual property rights in economic turnover are expanding. Thus specificity of mechanisms of realization of the specified ways of transfer of the rights causes necessity of working out of the legal form adequate to this specificity. It is proved that economic and legal regulation of transfer of intellectual property rights does not provide proper definition and differentiation of legal forms of transfer of intellectual property rights in the organization and implementation of economic activities, which should take into account the broad economic potential of these rights. The study substantiates the types of legal forms of transfer of intellectual property rights in the field of management in the case of these rights as: contribution to the formation of the authorized capital of the business organization, contribution to joint activities (simple partnership); use as a subject of pledge and subsequent alienation of the pledged property right as a result of foreclosure on it. On this basis, a conclusion was made about the expediency of improving the economic and legal regulation of relations in the field of transfer of intellectual property rights in terms of normative definition of types of legal forms of transfer of these rights.

This article aims to analyze the resocialization of prisoners through literary production. The population crisis plaguing the Brazilian penitentiary system is a reality. One of the main factors contributing to the high occupancy rate of prisons is the high rate of recidivism. This situation denotes the failure of current public policies for the rehabilitation of inmates, who do not satisfactorily fulfill their mission. In this context, it is worth highlighting the lack of incentives on the part of our legislation, and public authorities, for literary production by those who are confined to prison. The intellectual activity promoted by the production of literary works requires, in its most varied nuances, a level of knowledge and awareness on the part of the author, which, by itself, requires greater engagement on the part of the one who sets out to express his thoughts. Because it requires more commitment, it is natural that these people’s propensity for intellectual life becomes more natural. Precisely for this reason, the hypothesis raised in this work is that the incentive to literary production, in Brazilian prisons, would help in the re-socialization of prisoners. In the search for answers to the formulated hypothesis, bibliographic research was adopted as a research method. The results found confirmed the raised hypothesis, demonstrating that the correct incentive to literary production could be an agent of transformation in prison, promoting the adequate resocialization of prisoners through intellectual production.
