Background and Aim: As the new millennium dawned, there were numerous difficulties to overcome, particularly in the field of health education. As the first line of defence against many diseases, oral health was given prime consideration. The study's primary goal is to identify the challenges faced by Pakistan's medical education system. Study Design: Descriptive cross sectional study Place and Duration: Department of Medical Education CMH Institute of Medical Sciences, Bahawalpur during from September 2020 to Jan 2021. Methodology: The data was collected from 200 participants of different age groups from FSc to Ist year of medical colleges. We wish to examine the difficulties that students and their families faced at the beginning and during their medical education in Pakistan. Results: A total of 200 people were surveyed. Interviews were performed with each and every one of the individuals who had been shortlisted. We then come across the following issues that students and their families faced while pursuing medical degrees in Pakistan. The mainstay of education at the undergraduate and graduate levels is the standardisation of instruction. Lectures are considered to be the most efficient method of delivering information to students, as they need minimal engagement from the students. Conclusion: Medical educationists, teachers, administrators, and policymakers in poor nations should endeavour to transform the adversary of difficulties into a chance to construct excellent learning programmes. Perhaps it will lead to new pathways of lear. Keywords: Medical Education, Teaching Methodology, Problems

Objective: To produce Serrano peppers using a new cultivation technique that mixes the best of hydroponic cultivation and traditional cultivation. Design/methodology/approach: We set up a growing system where the Serrano pepper grew from seedling to its full-fledged state, in a growbag containing sand (as support material), potassium polyacrylate (as water retention material), and a nutrient solution for vegetable gardens, under greenhouse conditions. The humidity level of the growbag is controlled by adding as much water with nutrient solution as needed. This technique has generated 100% harvestable plants (total: 20 plants); more than 90% of the water can be saved in comparison to regular and hydroponic cultivation. Results: Once the harvest began, at least 22.857 kg of Serrano pepper were obtained in 3 m2 of soil in a system with a pyramidal structure in which the 20 plants were placed. If we extrapolated this data, approximately 93,000 kg of Serrano pepper could be harvested from a 1 ha system. Study Limitations/implications: This technique tries to tackle the water access limitations that may exist in some areas of Mexico. However, it does not mitigate the initial costs of a greenhouse system. Nevertheless, this technique can be reused up to 10 times without requiring maintenance. Findings/conclusions: Experience has shown that hydroponic crops are truly profitable, despite their vast water requirements, which is precisely what prevents their global expansion. However, our modification of this method saves more than 90% of the water, using potassium polyacrylate as a retention agent and sand as a support material. Therefore, this technique could be implemented even in places where water is scarce

The application of technology in agriculture has become several indicators of progress and developments in technological science. The more specific technology used in IoT (Internet of Things) that the use of the internet network is one of the main factors in developing automated technological machines to improve agricultural systems. Therefore, the use of IoT is very useful in agriculture, especially in strawberry cultivation, which requires s control in every maintenance process, namely for several main activities such as watering, fertilizing, and monitoring temperature and plant conditions in real-time. Through this research and development, it is hoped that the IoT system will be designed using Node-RED as visual programming and will connect to the MQTT protocol as a protocol in data and information transmission. Node-RED is the new technology that use to facilitate the process of implementing the IoT system and controlling and monitoring every data and order received and made. The research method starts from data collection, designing models, collecting tools and materials, conducting tests, implementing tools to objects, and evaluating each implementation process that has been running. The hopes and targets of the Greenhouse Monitoring and Controlling System, Study Case “Strawberry” can reduce farmer labor, time efficiency with a automation system, and be able to maintain the optimal growth process of strawberry plants.

This historical study aims to see how history is relevant to the achievements of the progress of the civilization of the archipelago through the study of sociological science. For this reason, we have searched literature from several well-known journals. Next, we analyzed the literature to find data that could answer the questions of this study as much as possible. The data study starts with a coding system study and a specific evaluation to answer study questions with high validity elements. The journals we have visited include Google Books, Elsevier, Academic docs, and other publishers published ten years ago. Based on the discussion data, we can conclude that there is a very close relevance between the history of the Indonesian nation and the progress of civilization in the archipelago, which is now dominated by the influence of Islamic civilization and westernization. We hope this finding is helpful for future studies of Indonesian historical literature and civilization.
