In order to solve the general problem, that is, the accurate recognition rate is low in a small extent or when the image resources are few and scattered. This article puts forward a building recognition system that combines GPS positioning information with an improved SIFT algorithm, and adds a pre-processing mechanism to predict the possibility of the building existence in the system, which further reduces mismatch and improves response speed. The final verification shows that this research is actually effective.

Because the received signal strength indication (RSSI) ranging technology has problems with line-of-sight and multipath effects in indoor environments, the actual received RSSI value is unstable. In order to reduce the influence of RSSI value volatility on ranging accuracy, according to the fluctuation characteristics of the signal itself, a combined filtering method of Gaussian, median and mean is proposed to process the collected RSSI values, and the least squares method is used to fit and optimize the ranging parameter. Experiments show that using the RSSI intensity value processed by the combined filtering method to establish a model to achieve ranging, the maximum absolute error is about 2 m, and the absolute average error is about 0.763 m. The accuracy of the ranging has been significantly improved, and the ranging model has been optimized.

In the modern information society, high-precision clocks are particularly important in the fields of electric power, communications, aviation, and finance, and have very strict objective requirements in terms of frequency accuracy. Currently, the technology of using GPS satellite clock sources to synchronize local clocks has become one of the mainstream methods for generating high-precision clocks at home and abroad. The core idea of this technology is to use the satellite clock to tame the local clock. Due to the development and application of 5G, the accuracy of the system's punctuality have higher requirements, Through analysis, it is found that the combination of BP neural network and PID control can be used to optimize the control of the constant temperature crystal oscillator and improve the precision of punctuality. Finally, the simulation results show that the method has a significant effect in improving the accuracy of punctuality.

The horizontal tracker is essential for the reliable operation of the Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS). In ACAS target tracking, for the non-linear state estimation problem of using sensor measurement values to track in Cartesian coordinates, this paper proposes a horizontal tracking algorithm based on the Augmented Unscented Kalman Filter (AUKF) to achieve the horizontal of the target. Accurate tracking of direction. Firstly, the tracking model of the relative horizontal state of the target aircraft is established, and then the data is processed by AUKF. In order to verify the effectiveness of the horizontal tracking algorithm, the computer simulation method is used to simulate the track of the local aircraft and the intruder in the horizontal direction, and noise is added to the measured values. The traditional Kalman Filter In Polar Coordinates (KFPC) and AUKF algorithm are used to filter the ACAS horizontal tracking. The simulation results show that AUKF can achieve more accurate target tracking.

Information aggregation is an essential component of text encoding, but it has been paid less attention. The pooling-based (max or average pooling) aggregation method is a bottom-up and passive aggregation method, and loses a lot of important information. Recently, attention mechanism and dynamic routing policy are separately used to aggregate information, but their aggregation capabilities can be further improved. In this paper, we proposed an novel aggregation method combining attention mechanism and dynamic routing, which can strengthen the ability of information aggregation and improve the quality of text encoding. Then, a novel Leaky Natural Logarithm (LNL) squash function is designed to alleviate the “saturation” problem of the squash function of the original dynamic routing. Layer Normalization is added to the dynamic routing policy for speeding up routing convergence as well. A series of experiments are conducted on five text classification benchmarks. Experimental results show that our method outperforms other aggregating methods.

In auto-driving cars, incorrect object detection can lead to serious accidents, so high-precision object detection is the key to automatic driving. This paper improves on the YOLOv3 object detection algorithm, and introduces the channel attention mechanism and spatial attention mechanism into the feature extraction network, which is used to autonomously learn the weight of each channel, enhance key features, and suppress redundant features. Experimental results show that the detection effect of the improved network algorithm is significantly higher than that of the YOLOv3 algorithm.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infection caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus infection that was discovered in some hospitals in Wuhan, China in December 2019. From a global perspective, COVID-19 epidemic is still in a pandemic period. Every country is taking timely preventive measures. Therefore, it is necessary to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) identification to assist radiologists in diagnosing COVID-19. This paper proposes a network model of dynamic self-attention machine for pneumonia images. The model adopts DPN92 and GCNet. It implements CR images and CT image classification of COVID-19. A COVID-19 detection system based on dynamic auto-attention machine is designed. The lung CT or CR images that meet the design requirements will be uploaded through the browser, and the background server will analyze and process the lung images, and finally output the detection category of the lung images.
