Aim: to assess the effect of abdominal stretching exercise on the reduction of intensity of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girl students at the State Senior High School. Method: This study was a quasi-experiment using a pretest-posttest research design with a total of the study samples were 40 respondents by purposive sampling technique. Assessment of the effect of abdominal stretching exercise was carried out before and after 8 abdominal stretching exercise trials. The gathered data were processed and analyzed using the paired samples t-test using IBM SPSS statistical software, version 26. Results of the present study demonstrated a significant effect of abdominal stretching exercise on the reduction of dysmenorrheal intensity (P < 0.05). Discussion The effects of high-intensity exercise on progesterone, prostaglandin metabolites (13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F2 alpha (KDPGF2α), TNF-α, and pain intensity were found to be increased in progesterone and decreased KDPGF2α, TNF-α, and pain intensity after exercise high intensity is relative without exercise. The mechanisms underlying high-intensity exercise-induced analgesia use hormones (progesterone) and cytokine-mediated mechanisms to reduce pain associated with primary dysmenorrhea. Conclusion: abdominal stretching exercise significantly reduced the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girl students. Therefore, abdominal stretching exercise is beneficial to be used as an alternative method in reducing intensity of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls.

SummaryBackground: COPD can decrease patients' activity because of dyspneaObjectives: To critically evaluate the effect of RMT as a treatment of COPD.Method: Five databases were found from 2008, a randomized clinical trials (RCTs) research will be a reference if they evaluated RMT against any type of control in patients with any form of respiratory muscle weakness.Result: Five trials met the inclusion criteria. One journal has the good of sampling technic by using the COPD patient from 3 hospitals. Only four journals show the significant effect of RMT to decrease dyspnea of COPD. The impact of RMT is going to increase the lung capacity, lung function, activity, respiratory muscle straightness, and minimize the effort of breathing. Only one journal does this intervention for 12 weeks. Conclusion: The evidence for the effect of RMT to decrease the dyspnea scale has a significant impact. For future studies, it will be better to use RMT longer to get a more considerable impact.

Depression is a problem that often occurs in the older adults population. The use of technology in the implementation of health services has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness and quality of providing health services to patients. Several mobile apps that have been available have the potential to improve services for people with depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of information technology in preventing depression in older adults. This study uses a simple literature study method based on a specific theme from several databases including the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), ProQuest, and SAGE between 2014 and 2020. 27 journal articles that met the inclusion criteria passed the screening process using the PRISMA diagram. Research showed positive results in the use of technology for depressive conditions experienced by older adults. The importance of developing health applications in order to keep up with the conditions needs to be the attention of health workers. Easy, inexpensive, and attractive health applications can increase public curiosity and participation in the health sector.
