This paper presents a strategic roadmap to handle the issue of resource allocation among the green supply chain management (GSCM) practices. This complex issue for supply chain stakeholders highlights the need for the application of supply chain finance (SCF). This paper proposes the five Vs of big data (value, volume, velocity, variety, and veracity) as a platform for determining the role of GSCM practices in improving SCF implementation. The fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) was employed to prioritize the five Vs by their roles in SCF. The fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) was then applied to evaluate GSCM practices on the basis of the five Vs. In addition, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) was used to visualize the optimum implementation of the GSCM practices. The outcome is a hybrid self-assessment model that measures the environmental maturity of SCF by the coherent application of three multicriteria decision-making techniques. The development of the Basic Readiness Index (BRI), Relative Readiness Index (RRI), and Strategic Matrix Tool (SMT) creates the potential for further improvements through the integration of the RRI scores and ISM results. This hybrid model presents a practical tool for decision-makers.

The efficient vehicle procurement is an important business segment of different companies with their own vehicle fleet. It has a significant influence on reducing transport and maintenance costs and on increasing the fleet’s energy efficiency. It is indispensable that managers consider various criteria from several aspects when procuring a vehicle. In that sense, we defined 13 relevant criteria and divided them into four multidisciplinary aspects: Construction-technical, financial, operational, and environmental. Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-Based Analytic Network Process (DANP) method was applied to evaluate the significance of defined criteria and aspects and their interdependency. It is established that the three most important criteria for vehicle procurement are vehicle price, vehicle maintenance, and vehicle selling price. The most important aspect is construction technical aspect, while the aspect of the environment is the least important. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method was used to rank eight different vehicles, which were considered by vehicle fleet manager at the observed company. This model assists fleet managers in the selection of the most suitable vehicle for procurement, while significantly reducing decision-making time and simultaneously observing all necessary criteria and their weights. Moreover, we have considered 10 different scenarios to establish whether and how the rank of the observed alternatives would change.

The sale of UD Truck Quester unit at PT Astra International UD Truck SO Semarang branch does not show any improvement in 2015. This condition even tends to stagnate. Not achieving the target that has been set is an indication that the marketing strategy that is used today has not given optimal results. Therefore, the need for a new marketing strategy that can drive sales in PT Astra International UD Truck SO Semarang branch. Nevertheless, of course the marketing strategy developed will be very diverse and needs to be chosen well so as to give the best results. For this reason we use the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method and also TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to select the best marketing strategy in choosing the best marketing strategy. The result of this research got the conclusion that best strategy chosen for PT. Astra International UD Truck SO Semarang Branch is a segmentation based on the ideal solution of negative and positive

Acceptance of any new approach by the organizations depends upon the users’ needs. Currently, reducing the cost and time invested in maintenance is a major challenge for the practitioners. Moreover, symmetrical and optimal maintenance is the need of the hour and it can be achieved by increasing the durability of software. Many attributes of the quality may affect the durability of the software and identification of durability attributes is a crucial task at the early stage of software development. Thus, it is a problem that contains multi-criteria within it. With the help of quantitative estimation, software durability may be assessed symmetrically and increased. In this row, the authors of this article have attempted to posit an effective technique to assess the durability of software. Based on empirical data through research, the presenters of this article suggest that fuzzy-based symmetrical method of Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) would be an accurate methodology for assessing the durability of software. For determining the efficacy of this assessment, the researchers took six alternative software of a University. The results, as presented in this paper, would serve as guidelines for the practitioners who aim at achieving the preferred software durability.

Developments in environmental issues in the last few years have been forcing manufacturing companies to improve their environmental performances. Many firms developed integrated relationships with their suppliers to increase their environmental performance and to decrease their hazardous effects on the environment. Then, selecting suitable and green suppliers in the supply chain has become a key strategic consideration. A performance evaluation system for green suppliers is necessary to determine the suitability of suppliers to cooperate with the firm. Therefore, in this study, a model for evaluating green performance of suppliers is proposed, and a hybrid multicriteria decision making model is developed in order to evaluate green performance of the suppliers. The analytical network process technique is applied to handle the relationships and dependence of selection criteria and subcriteria and determine weights of the criteria. The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to sequence the suppliers for ideal solution of the suppliers’ green performance evaluation problem. After a comprehensive literature survey, evaluation criteria of green performance for suppliers are determined. Finally, green performance of 18 suppliers of an automobile company was evaluated by this model. These 18 suppliers manufacture chassis and its components.
