Coalbed water injection is the most basic and effective dust-proof technology in the coal mining face. To understand the influence of coalbed water injection process parameters and coalbed characteristic parameters on coal wetting radius, this paper uses Fluent computational fluid dynamics software to systematically study the seepage process of coalbed water injection under different process parameters and coalbed characteristic parameters, calculation results of which are applied to engineering practice. The results show that the numerical simulation can help to predict the wetness range of coalbed water injection, and the results can provide guidance for the onsite design of coalbed water injection process parameters. The effect of dust reduction applied to onsite coalbed water injection is significant, with the average dust reduction rates during coal cutting and support moving being 67.85% and 46.07%, respectively, which effectively reduces the dust concentration on the working face and improves the working environment.

Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) have emerged as potential drug delivery systems for various applications that are produced from physiological, biodegradable, and biocompatible lipids. The methods used to produce SLNs and NLCs have been well investigated and reviewed, but solvent injection method provides an alternative means of preparing these drug carriers. The advantages of solvent injection method include a fast production process, easiness of handling, and applicability in many laboratories without requirement of complicated instruments. The effects of formulations and process parameters of this method on the characteristics of the produced SLNs and NLCs have been investigated in several studies. This review describes the methods currently used to prepare SLNs and NLCs with focus on solvent injection method. We summarize recent development in SLNs and NLCs production using this technique. In addition, the effects of solvent injection process parameters on SLNs and NLCs characteristics are discussed.

Considering the efficiency and microscale requirement of melting polymer in micro-injection process, we present an experimental analysis of the CO2 laser irradiating Polyamide 12 (PA12) based on the photo-thermal effect of laser-materials interaction. The orthogonal experiments of laser plasticizing were designed by Taguchi method of Minitab software, the influence of process parameters on PA12 plasticization was investigated, and the effect sequence rule of the experiment parameters to melting depth was analyzed. Accordingly,the optimal process parameters combination on PA12 plasticization were obtained,i.e. laser power 3 W, beam diameter 2 mm, scanning velocity 200 mm/min, scanning distance 0.5 mm and environment temperature 20°C.

In order to study the influence of process parameters on forming quality of printer board with metal-insert,shorten the development cycle,reduce the enterprise cost,the warp trend and reasons of injection process parameters,including packing time,hold pressure,mold temperature,melt temperature,on the warpage of the part were analyzed by means of software moldflow. The results show that warpage amounts decreases with packing time and hold pressure increasing,larger packing time and longer hold pressure is advantageous to the injection parts molding;And warpage amounts increases with mold temperature and melt temperature increasing,the lower mold temperature and melt temperature is advantageous to the injection parts molding;Among the four parameters,the melt temperature had the greatest influence,followed by the mold temperature and the hold pressure,packing time had the minimal influence on the warpage.
