The objective: analyse the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment for early cervical cancer. Materials and methods. Analysed 107 cases of women’s disease on CIN ІІІ, cancer in situ, they were on treatment in National cancer institute and Kyiv dictrict cancer dispensary from 2010 till 2015 years. Results. Diagnosed percent relapse CIN ІІІ, cancer in situ contain 4.57% uninvasive and invasive form – 0.94%. Conclusion. According diagnostic CIN ІІ and CIN ІІІ is recommended to do treatment conization and dynamic dispensary observation. Are making complex program of infection HPV16, 18. In appering of margins resection some elements of tumor after wider conization by forms of cancer in situ. Many of expansive burns in cervical glands, in making of reproductive function, going disease (nodel leiomyoma of corpus uteri etc). In perspective is accept the notion of looking after and screening research of considering infection HPV16, 18 on CIN І, CIN ІІ. Key words: cervical cancer, сancer in situ, CIN І–ІІІ, diagnostic, treatment, conization.

AbstractIn mammalian genomes, differentially methylated regions (DMRs) and histone marks including trimethylation of histone 3 lysine 27 (H3K27me3) at imprinted genes are asymmetrically inherited to control parentally-biased gene expression. However, neither parent-of-origin-specific transcription nor imprints have been comprehensively mapped at the blastocyst stage of preimplantation development. Here, we address this by integrating transcriptomic and epigenomic approaches in mouse preimplantation embryos. We find that seventy-one genes exhibit previously unreported parent-of-origin-specific expression in blastocysts (nBiX: novel blastocyst-imprinted expressed). Uniparental expression of nBiX genes disappears soon after implantation. Micro-whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (µWGBS) of individual uniparental blastocysts detects 859 DMRs. We further find that 16% of nBiX genes are associated with a DMR, whereas most are associated with parentally-biased H3K27me3, suggesting a role for Polycomb-mediated imprinting in blastocysts. nBiX genes are clustered: five clusters contained at least one published imprinted gene, and five clusters exclusively contained nBiX genes. These data suggest that early development undergoes a complex program of stage-specific imprinting involving different tiers of regulation.

We study link-homotopy classes of links in the three sphere using reduced groups endowed with peripheral structures derived from meridian-longitude pairs. Two types of peripheral structures are considered — Milnor’s original version (called “pre-peripheral structures” in Levine’s terminology) and Levine’s refinement (called simply “peripheral structures”). We show here that pre-peripheral structures are not strong enough to classify links up to link-homotopy, and that Levine’s peripheral structures, although strong enough to distinguish those classes not distinguished by pre-peripheral structures, are also in all likelihood not strong enough to distinguish all link-homotopy classes. Following Levine’s classification program, we compare structure-preserving and realizable automorphisms, using an obstruction-theoretic approach suggested by work of Habegger and Lin. We find that these automorphism groups are in general different, so that a more complex program for classification by structured groups is required.

Dynamics of tuberculosis morbidity of population in industrial region and some ways of perfection of fight against this infection is presented. According tothe data tuberculosis of population in Kirov district of Dnipropetrovsk city, as well as Dnipropetrovsk and its province, stays at epidemic level. Rates of morbidity in our region are integrally above the medium rates over the country. Intentional learning of health manpower and their work conditions improving are recommended for development of prevention system. It’s also necessary to increase accounting of complex program, developed for tuberculosis control in Ukraine.

The aim: Elaboration of the complex program of diagnostics and treatment of the polytraumatized overweight patients. Materials and methods: Clinical material was composed of 64 patients with the combined body trauma who suffered from II-III grade obesity. Results: Main principles of rendering the aid to the polytraumatized overweight patients included the pathophysiological and topographic features of the group. The obtained study results confirmed the credible difference of the traumatic disease progress in the patients with the normal weight and overweight patients which was the basis of our differential complex treatment program. The treatment tactics also had certain characteristics connected with the obesity. The development of RDS syndrome is a typical stage of the traumatic disease during the blunt thoracal trauma in case of obesity. The programmed and urgent relaparotomy, as a method of the stage treatment in the present group of patients, is the integral component of the blunt abdominal injury in case of obesity. Conclusions: The study results proved that our complex program of diagnostics and treatment of the polytraumatized patients shall be basic for the patients with II-III grade obesity.

The purpose of this study is to identify the dynamic development of the national, cross-departmental, and complex program of Integrated Health Service Post or called Posyandu in Indonesian. By using the innovation system approach, this paper aims to view this program in terms of the involved actors, the linkages between the actors, and the possible knowledge sharing and diffusion. The main result from this study is that there is a dynamic and multi-relationship between actors engaged directly and indirectly to this program. In sum, there is a critical suggestions found to improve Posyandu program within the future.

Traffic simulation packages like CORSIM and VISSIM are frequently used as tools for the analysis of traffic since they are effective approaches for quantification of the benefits and limitations of different alternatives. The concern of those who are cautious or skeptical about the application of a complex program to making a critical design decision is often appropriate, as many models are unproven or little information about their accuracy is available. As these simulation models become easier to use, it may be practical to use more than one model in some studies. The two-model approach was applied as a means of making the analysis more reliable and the results more defensible. The results proved the consistency and reasonableness of the simulation tools and provided everyone involved with confidence about the analysis. The study also illustrated the value of using a range of performance measures and a sensitivity analysis. More generally, it proved the value of providing as much comparative information as possible before making a design decision. The results were generally consistent, and the end product was a set of clear, defensible, and well-supported conclusions. Although the experience gained through the application of CORSIM and VISSIM was in some ways unique to the study area, this experience can provide insight to other transportation professionals charged with selecting and applying these simulation models to similar networks. To that end, some of the characteristics of both models are contrasted.

The present paper describes a program analysis of a hospitalbased program for terminally ill cancer patients. Using a management information system developed for collaborative use across all psychosocial care providers in the hospital, it was possible to detail program characteristics and patient variables important to the understanding of a complex program.
