ABSTRAK Terdapat berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Peran orang tua sangat menentukan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak selain bertanggung jawab dalam pendidikan anak. Sekolah dan guru turut mendukung tidak hanya pendidikan anak namun juga pengembangan identitas diri, eksistensi diri, serta eksplorasi diri anak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa ‘Webinar Edukasi Peran Orang Tua dalam Tumbuh Kembang Anak dan Well-Being Keluarga’ dilakukan di SMP Sekolah Tunas Indonesia yang berlokasi di Bintaro, pada tanggal 26 Maret 2021. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran orang tua dalam tumbuh kembang anak dan membangun Well-Being keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi yang terdiri dari dua sesi, yaitu: ‘Konsep Well-Being Keluarga’ dan ‘Peran Orang Tua dalam Optimalisasi Tumbuh Kembang Anak’. Webinar diikuti oleh 63 peserta yang terdiri dari 10 Guru, 21 orang tua dan 32 sisw/i. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan sebagai berikut: (1) Karakteristik keluarga; 82.6% peserta memiliki tipe keluarga inti, 95.7% peserta memiliki relasi yang dekat dalam keluarga, 95.7% peserta memiliki quality time bersama keluarga secara rutin (minggu/bulan), dan 43.5% peserta memiliki prioritas untuk membangun hubungan keluarga, (2) Tumbuh kembang anak; mayoritas anak terpenuhi tugas perkembangannya pada aspek fisik dan psikososial, (3) Pengetahuan orang tua dan guru terkait topik masih rendah, hal ini terlihat dari rerata nilai pre-test (n=23) sebesar 4,58 dan rerata nilai post-test sebesar 3,56 (n=18), (4) Peserta dan sekolah (lembaga mitra) antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai dengan akhir dan menilai kegiatan baik dan memuaskan. Kegiatan dapat berkelanjutan dan orang tua bersama pihak sekolah dapat lebih terlibat dalam mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak.  Kata Kunci:  Keluarga, Peran Orang Tua, Tumbuh Kembang Anak, Well-Being  ABSTRACT There are various factors that influence the growth and development of children. The role of parents greatly determines the Child's growth and development, in addition to being responsible for children's education. Schools and teachers also promote not only children's education but also the development of self-identity, self-existence, and self-exploration. Community Service activities, namely 'Educational Webinar on the Role of Parents in Child Development and Family Well-being'. The activity was held in the Tunas Indonesia Junior High School in Bintaro, on March 26, 2021. This activity aims to optimize the role of parents in the child's growth and development and build a Family Well-Being. The method used was a health education which consists of two sessions, namely: 'The Concept of Family Welfare' and 'The Role of Parents in Optimizing Children's Growth and Development. The webinar was attended by 63 participants including 10 teachers, 21 parents, and 32 students. The following were the outcomes of the activities: (1) Family characteristics; 82.6% of participants belonged to a nuclear family, 95.7% of participants had close family ties, 95.7% spent quality time on a regular basis (weeks/months), and 43.5% prioritized family ties, (2) Child growth and development; the majority of the child's accomplishments in physical and psychosocial aspects, (3) The knowledge of parents and teachers related to the topic is still low, as evidenced by the average pre-test score (n = 23) of 4.58 and the average post-test score of 3,56 (n=18), (4) Participants and school (partner institution) passionately participated in the activity from beginning to end and rated it acceptable and satisfactory. Since 2019, Russia has been implementing The Federal project “Older generation”, which is one of the five Federal projects (FP) of the national project”Demography”. The purpose of the project is to expand the boundaries of active and efficient old age, strengthen the health of older people, and provide them with decent care from the state [Federal.., 2019]. In addition to government efforts, the family ties of the elderly are also important. One of the indicators of well-being of older people is the nature of their relationships with adult children. To analyze the mutual assistance of adult children and parents in Russia, we used the databases of the 2011, 2014, 2016, and 2018 COHR. Sub-samples of urban citizens aged 55–64 and 65 years and older who have adult children living separately were formed. The dynamics of various types of mutual assistance is described, and the change in the balance of monetary mutual assistance between parents and adult children in these age groups is shown. The differences in monetary mutual assistance and care for grandchildren by gender of parents, among educated/ uneducated parents and living in households with different income levels in the selected age groups are analyzed. Changing the models of interaction between parents and adult children can become one of the adaptive strategies in the next crisis social conditions in Russia.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendidikan yang diperuntukkan bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, khususnya slow learner dalam pembelajaran mengalami keterlambatan dalam memahami materi. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus untuk membantu memberikan pendidikan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan karakternya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa peran orangtua yaitu meliputi: orangtua sebagai pendamping utama, orangtua sebagai advokat, orangtua sebagai guru, orangtua sebagai diagnostian. Serta peran guru pembimbing khusus yang meliputi: merancang dan melaksanakan program kekhususan, melakukan identifikasi, asesmen dan menyususn program pembelajaran individual, memodifikasi bahan ajar, melakukan evaluasi, dan membuat laporan program dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan peran peran tersebut, maka sebagian besar anak berkebutuhan khusus di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun dapat memberikan layanan dengan baik. Saran untuk penelitian ini orangtua senantiasa mendorong anaknya untuk belajar bersungguh-sungguh di rumah dan di skolah, serta menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang mendukung perkembangan pendidikan bagi anaknya. Children with special needs have different characters, thus affecting their learning achievement. Therefore, the role of parents and special tutors were needed to help them improve learning achievement. The research question of this research was how the role of parents and special guidance teachers towards learning achievement of children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The focus of this research was the role of parents and special guidance teachers on learning achievement of children with special needs in grades 1, 2 and 3 of SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and special guidance teachers on the learning achievement of children with special needs in Arcawinangun 5 Public Elementary School. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Technique of data collection was observation, interviews, documentation and source triangulation. The results of this research indicated that there were several roles of parents, namely: parents as the main companion, parents as advocates, parents as teachers, parents as diagnostics. As well as the role of a special mentor teacher which includes: designing and implementing specific programs, identifying, assessing and arranging individual learning programs, modifying teaching materials, evaluating, and making program reports and development of children with special needs.With this role, most of the children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun can improve their learning achievement well.Suggestions of this research were parents always encourage their children to study seriously at home and at school, and provide learning facilities that support the development of education for their children. The report describes the steps for creating a musical tale by children in the art studios of „Art Workshop“, Shumen. These studios are led by students volunteers related to the arts from pedagogical department of Shumen University, and are realized in time for optional activities in the school where the child studies. The stages of creating a complete product with the help of different arts are traced – from the birth of the idea; the creation of a fairy tale plot by the children; the characterization of the fairy-tale characters; dressing them in movement, song and speech; creating sets and costumes and creating a finished product to present on stage. The role of parents as a link and a necessary helper for children and leaders is also considered, as well as the positive psychological effects that this cooperation creates.
