The warehouse process, as one of many logistics processes, currently holds an irreplaceable position in logistics systems in companies and in the supply chain. The proper function of warehouse operations depends on, among other things, the type of the used technology and their utilization. The research in this article is focused on the design of a warehouse system. The selection of a suitable warehouse system is a current research topic as the warehouse system has an impact on warehouse capacity and utilization and on the speed of storage activities. The paper presents warehouse system design methodology that was designed applying the logistics principle-systematic (system) approach. The starting point for designing a warehouse system represents of the process of design logistics systems. The design process consists of several phases: project identification, design process paradigm selection, system analysis, synthesis, and project evaluation. This article’s contribution is the proposed methodology and design of the warehouse system for the specified conditions. The methodology was implemented for the design of a warehouse system in a cold box, which is a part of a distribution warehouse. The technology of pallet racking was chosen in the warehouse to store pallets. Pallets will be stored and removed by forklifts. For the specified conditions, the warehouse system was designed for two alternatives of racking assemblies, which are served by forklifts. Alternative 1—Standard pallet rack with wide aisles and Alternative 2—Pallet dynamic flow rack. The proposed systems were compared on the basis of selected indicators: Capacity—the number of pallet places in the system, Percentage ratio of storage area from the box area, Percentage ratio of handling aisles from the box area, Access to individual pallets by forklift, Investment costs for 1 pallet space in EUR. Based on the multicriteria evaluation, the Alternative 2 was chosen as the acceptable design of the warehouse system with storage capacity 720 pallet units. The system needs only two handling aisles. Loading and unloading processes are separate from each other, which means that there are no collisions with forklifts. The pallets with the goods are operated on the principle of FIFO (first in, first out), which will facilitate the control of the shelf life of batches or series of products. The methodology is a suitable tool for decision-making in selecting and designing a warehouse system.

ABSTRACT<br />Background of research is human errors in manual data recording, less accurate and data<br />searching requires several time, thus cause difficulties in traceability system, while traceability is<br />to collect product history from receipt of raw materials, processing, packaging until product<br />delivery to customer. The purpose of this research is to design, and develop information system in<br />fish processing to assist traceability of seafood product from receiving, processing until shipping<br />to customer. System have feature to print QR Code label to put in products, which is readability<br />through label scanning, in packaging stage and product shipments. Information label consist of<br />product information,, species type, grade, and weight, supplier information, processing date, and<br />fishing location. System design consist of feasibility study, data collection, system analysis,<br />system design, and development, testing and implementation. Through the summary transaction<br />module, fish processing can be traced from the beginning, starting from the stage of receiving,<br />cutting, retouching to packaging. The QR code stores information where input data is faster<br />through scanning. The use of internal lot codes, makes it easier to trace fish resources at each<br />stage of fish processing, which consists of the code of the fish catch area, supplier code, and fish<br />processing date.<br />Keywords: Traceability, QR Code, Data Management, Information System<br />ABSTRAK<br />Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya kesalahan dalam input data manual,<br />ketidakakuratan dan pencarian data yang memerlukan waktu yang lama, kesulitan dalam sistem<br />penelusuran dimana penelusuran sebagai kegiatan mengumpulkan data riwayat produk dari<br />penerimaan bahan baku, pengolahan, pengemasan sampai pengiriman ke pelanggan.Tujuan<br />penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang, dan membangun sistem informasi pengolahan ikan untuk<br />membantu penelusuran produk perikanan dari awal sampai akhir. Sistem menyediakan fitur untuk<br />print label QR Code untuk ditempel pada kemasan produk yang dapat dibaca oleh alat pemindai<br />dalam pengemasan maupun pengiriman produk. Informasi label terdiri dari informasi produk,<br />jenis spesies ikan, jenis, grade dan berat, informasi pemasok, tanggal pengolahan dan lokasi<br />penangkapan ikan. Perancangan terdiri dari studi pendahuluan, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem,<br />perancangan sistem dan pengujian dan implementasi sistem. Melalui modul summary transaction,<br />dapat di telusuri pengolahan ikan dari awal mulai dari tahap penerimaan, pemotongan, retouching<br />sampai pengemasan. Kode QR menyimpan informasi sebagai kode untuk scanning tahap<br />pengolahan lanjutan, proses penginputan data lebih cepat melalui pemindaian maka data ikan<br />sudah otomatis tercatat pada sistem. Penggunaan kode internal lot, memudahkan dalam<br />melakukan penelusuran sumber ikan pada setiap tahap pengolahan ikan, yang terdiri dari kode<br />wilayah tangkapan ikan, kode supplier, dan tanggal pemrosesan ikan.<br />Kata Kunci: Penelusuran, QR Code, Manajemen Data, Sistem Informasi

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI

The process of a minimarket retail business needs a system infrastructure so that the management process is easier to do and business processes can run more effectively. In this research, a system design process is carried out to give an overview of the business units at the Surya Mart minimarket retail, to create a system design object-oriented system analysis by making a UML diagram (unified modeling language) including making use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagram, and class diagram. From the results of the analysis, the results of this study obtain the results of a design or system design in the form of user interface design, database structure and structured query language to become a reference in the development process of the business to become a product application for the Surya Mart retail minimarket business process.

Many system development consultants nowadays using the XP framework (eXtreme Programming) in software development, This is based on the needs of the era where software can be completed quickly and when user software development is involved. The XP framework does not need too many team members, so it emphasizes effectiveness of work. In software development must begin with good planning to avoid patchwork (software crisis) in software development. The stage in research on the development of rental heavy equipment applications with an XP framework start from planning, designing, coding, testing and releasing software. Studies that do in this research include: literature studies, interviews, observations, document examinations. Next is do the analysis on the application made, and make documentation for system development. That was done as a system analysis and system design in the research. The selection of the right framework at the time of application development is very important, so that the application can be completed on time. The XP framework focuses more on making programs, the system design is enough with the CRC (Class Responsibility Collaborator). In the framework of XP, it always involves users during application development. Each module made by programmers that always tested by the system test section, so the applications that are made can be completed on time, suitable with user needs, and have high quality.

Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. There has been a significant amount of research investigating the design task of concept analysis, and much research on reconfigurable system design. Despite previous efforts, further research is still needed that explores how concept analysis should best be conducted for reconfigurable systems. Because reconfigurable systems have multiple configurations and different performance levels, additional information is required to understand each concept, making the design selection process more demanding. Desirable functions, concepts for each phase, and concepts for transition methods between configurations all need to be evaluated. In this paper, the fundamental challenges of reconfigurable system analysis are identified. A framework is then developed to evaluate the many options a designer may face when performing the concept analysis phase of reconfigurable system design, identifying the influence of reconfigurable systems on the process. A mini unmanned aerial vehicle case study is used to demonstrate how the framework is applied, and how existing concept analysis tools can be adapted to account for additional criteria. The paper concludes with a review of the contributions of this work and identifies areas of future work.
