The regional economic evaluation and analysis has guiding significance for the subsequent economic strategy formulation. Due to the influence of various factors, the volatility of some current economic evaluation models is relatively large. According to the needs of regional economic evaluation, this study uses computer technology combined with regional economic development to build an economic development evaluation model to evaluate and analyze the regional economy. Through comparative analysis, this study selects the entropy weight-TOPSIS model as the comprehensive evaluation model of regional economy, uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index, and then uses the TOPSIS method to conduct comprehensive evaluation. In addition, this study designs a control experiment to analyze the performance of this study model. Moreover, this study uses the model proposed in this study to conduct regional economic evaluation in recent years, and compares it with real data, and observes the test results with statistical charts and table data. The research results show that this research model has a certain effect, which can provide analytical tools for the follow-up economic strategy research and analysis.

Through the research and analysis of Shanghai Port Container transportation capacity, we can see that the construction of underground container transport system is important to transfer Shanghai into an international hub. Combined the functional orientation of the concept program of underground container lines with the underground characteristics of the container transport system, a system of evaluation target has been set up. Sorted the concept lines by using AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the result can reflect the actual situation of concept lines objectively, and can also provide optimizational service for the concept program of underground container line.

In this study, we have designed a new intermodal automated container transport system (ACTS) via a roll-on/roll-off method that connects a logistics hub between a port and inland. Further, we have presented the development of a simulation model and the results of the simulator development. A simulation program was developed using a general-purpose simulation system (GPSS)/H to predict the processing capacity of the ACTS system and derive the optimum input equipment size and operation method. Additionally, the PROOF5 program was used for the visual verification of the system algorithm and for users to intuitively view and monitor events occurring in the terminal. The simulation program developed in this study can be used in the future as a tool to compare and analyze the efficiency of the existing road-transport-based system and the proposed ACTS system when the latter is implemented in a specific region.

The Far-Eastern federal district today is characterized by one of the lowest indicators of economic development. Maintaining the socio-economic system of the region requires substantial resources from the state. Specificity of the region determines the need to apply special management decisions. The tools for stimulating the regional economy include priority development of the territories, the free port of Vladivostok, regional investment projects etc. These instruments have been implemented since 2014 as a part of the «new model» of regional development. Organization of the new production facilities and expected growth in the export volumes will require development of the region's transport system. The «new model» of economic development of the Far East formulates a new task for the development of transport system, including new goals, projects, spatial aspects of the development of transport infrastructure and vehicles. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the economic effects of a new model for development of the Far East in the transport system. Using the standard methods for analyzing statistical information, dynamics of the transport indicators of the Far-Eastern federal district and the directions of state support for the creation of infrastructure in the period 2015-2019 are considered. It was revealed that the development of transport infrastructure for the companies-residents of the territories of advanced development does not have a significant impact on the overall dynamics of the transport network of the Far East. The projects implemented in the terms of transport infrastructure are of a local nature and are designed to meet the needs of individual enterprises through the creation of small sections of roads and railways. The main direction of influence the applied measures of the state support will have on the transport accessibility of the deposits of the region within the framework of regional investment projects. Thus, the «new model» for the development of the Far East actually supports and strengthens the existing transport and transit model of the regional economy.
