Most experts recommend as an alternative to traditional approaches to physical education of preschoolers, to use the modern pedagogical technologies, among which preference is given to various fitness directions, in particular, step aerobics, fitball aerobics, aqua aerobics, the use of modern multimedia in the educational process, innovative methods, etc. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the main recommendations of implementation the modern pedagogical technologies in physical education of preschool children for future teachers. In the process of physical education with preschoolers, the teacher must solve educational and health tasks. For the health effects of fitball-aerobics on the body of preschool children, the teacher must to follow the basic principles of physical education, select the optimal characteristics of the equipment (size, color, elasticity of fitballs) taking into account the age of children, rationally dose the load. One of the promising health technologies for the development of motor skills of older preschoolers is step aerobics. Particular attention should be paid to the selection of musical accompaniment, use the game form of step aerobics, imitation exercises, select different forms for classes, etc., taking into account the age of children. In the process of tourism, it is important to interest children in the use of new equipment for them, a certain story (for example, treasure hunt), the use of interactive methods, game forms and more. To solve educational tasks, focus attention of preschoolers to the need for mutual assistance, discipline, courage, and so on. The outlined recommendations should be used in the process of preparing future teachers for the implementation the modern pedagogical technologies in physical education with preschool children.

Improved outcomes for many types of cancer achieved during recent years is due, among other factors, to the earlier detection of tumours and the greater availability of screening tests. With this, non-invasive, fast and accurate diagnostic devices for cancer diagnosis strongly improve the quality of healthcare by delivering screening results in the most cost-effective and safe way. Biosensors for cancer diagnostics exploiting aptamers offer several important advantages over traditional antibodies-based assays, such as the in-vitro aptamer production, their inexpensive and easy chemical synthesis and modification, and excellent thermal stability. On the other hand, electrochemical biosensing approaches allow sensitive, accurate and inexpensive way of sensing, due to the rapid detection with lower costs, smaller equipment size and lower power requirements. This review presents an up-to-date assessment of the recent design strategies and analytical performance of the electrochemical aptamer-based biosensors for cancer diagnosis and their future perspectives in cancer diagnostics.

Seawater flue gas desulfurization (SWFGD) is considered to be a viable solution for coastal and naval applications; however, this process has several drawbacks, including its corrosive absorbent; low vapor loading capacity since the solubility of sulfur oxides (SOx) in seawater is lower than that of limestone used in conventional methods; high seawater flowrate; and large equipment size. This has prompted process industries to search for possible advanced and intensified configurations to enhance the performance of SWFGD processes to attain a higher vapor loading capacity, lower seawater flowrate, and smaller equipment size. This paper presents an overview of new developments as well as advanced and intensified configurations of SWFGD processes via process modifications such as modification and optimization of operating conditions, improvement of spray and vapor distributors, adding internal columns, using square or rectangular shape, using a pre-scrubber, multiple scrubber feed; process integration such as combined treatment of SOx and other gases, and waste heat recovery; and process intensification such as the use of electrified sprays, swirling gas flow, and rotating packed beds. A summary of the industrial applications, engineering issues, environmental impacts, challenges, and perspectives on the research and development of advanced and intensified SWFGD processes is presented.

In this study, we have designed a new intermodal automated container transport system (ACTS) via a roll-on/roll-off method that connects a logistics hub between a port and inland. Further, we have presented the development of a simulation model and the results of the simulator development. A simulation program was developed using a general-purpose simulation system (GPSS)/H to predict the processing capacity of the ACTS system and derive the optimum input equipment size and operation method. Additionally, the PROOF5 program was used for the visual verification of the system algorithm and for users to intuitively view and monitor events occurring in the terminal. The simulation program developed in this study can be used in the future as a tool to compare and analyze the efficiency of the existing road-transport-based system and the proposed ACTS system when the latter is implemented in a specific region.

Within the framework of the program Digital Economy of the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in its resolution No. 1632-r dated July 25, 2017, the research workers of the Institute for Engineering Support of Agriculture branch of FSAC VIM have developed a software package to build the optimal machinery and equipment system for performing agrochemical operations, taking into account individual peculiarities of farms, such as: financial sustainability, provision with technical equipment, agroclimatic conditions, etc. It is based on the algorithm of calculating the rational structure of equipment fleet for performing agrochemical works on the basis of the calculation method for machine-tractor unit, tailored to specific operations. To solve this problem the proposed algorithm involves a method of multivariate comparative analysis of the calculated variants of building a machine-tractor unit. This method allows combining the most significant technical and economical characteristics into a comprehensive indicator for the assessment of efficiency of the unit being built. The choice of an effective machine is determined by the maximum value, reflecting the optimal combination of different indicators, characterizing the maximum difference between their values per unit of cultivated area by machine-tractor unit (МТU), per unit of turnover by tractor-driven units (ТDU) or cars. The developed software package has been tested in three farms of Ryazan region with different level of technical equipment, size and field of activity. The calculations carried out on the data of these farms have shown, that the software package can be applied in agricultural enterprises of different levels of development, provision with equipment and specializations.

Bibliometric studies allow to collect, organize and process information that can be used to guide the development of research and innovation and to provide basis for decision-making. Paraffin/olefin separations constitute an important industrial issue because cryogenic separation methods are frequently needed in industrial sites and are very expensive. As a consequence, the use of membrane separation processes has been extensively encouraged and has become an attractive alternative for commercial separation processes, as this may lead to reduction of production costs, equipment size, energy consumption and waste generation. For these reasons, a bibliometric survey of paraffin/olefin membrane separation processes is carried out in the present study in order to evaluate the maturity of the technology for this specific application. Although different studies have proposed the use of distinct alternatives for olefin/paraffin separations, the present work makes clear that consensus has yet to be reached among researchers and technicians regarding the specific membranes and operation conditions that will make these processes scalable for large-scale commercial applications.

This study estimates the effect of state ownership and other firmspecific variables on the capital structure of Chinese listed industries operating in different sectors. State ownership and leverage are both negatively and positively associated. The negative association of state ownership with leverage was found in construction, metals and metal products, services and transport sectors, while positive association was found in chemical, rubber, plastic & non-metallic products and machinery & other equipment. Size and profitability are the other most prominent factors affecting capital structure of the firms across different sectors in China. Hence, this study shows that in addition to other firm specific variables, ownership structure also determines capital structure of Chinese firms.
