Economic globalization has promoted the cultural exchange between countries. Under the background of increasingly frequent personnel exchanges between countries, it has generated the strong demand for professionals in the hotel industry. However, many domestic colleges and universities still face many urgent problems in training hotel management talents. Therefore, the integration of experiential teaching elements into the construction of the curriculum system of hotel management major is not only conducive to the enhancement of students' active thinking and learning ability, but also beneficial to the improvement of students' practical skills and comprehensive quality. In order to cultivate outstanding hotel management talents with strong practicality, comprehensiveness and high professionalism, this article from the perspective of ubiquitous teaching situation in domestic various universities hotel management professional, through the analysis of the concept and essence of experience education, and the characteristics of the experience type teaching, points out the necessity for domestic colleges and universities hotel management professional to implement experience type teaching, and expounds the practical application of experience type teaching is of great significance to innovation hotel management teaching mode.

The smart teaching mode overcomes the shortcomings of traditional teaching online and offline, but there are certain deficiencies in the real-time feature extraction of teachers and students. In view of this, this study uses the particle swarm image recognition and deep learning technology to process the intelligent classroom video teaching image and extracts the classroom task features in real time and sends them to the teacher. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the premature convergence of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, an improved strategy for multiple particle swarm optimization algorithms is proposed. In order to improve the premature problem in the search performance algorithm of PSO algorithm, this paper combines the algorithm with the useful attributes of other algorithms to improve the particle diversity in the algorithm, enhance the global search ability of the particle, and achieve effective feature extraction. The research indicates that the method proposed in this paper has certain practical effects and can provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.

This study aims to investigate the impact of parental career behaviors on undergraduate student’s career exploration and the mediating role of career self-efficacy. In the literature it is suggested that some social and individual factors facilitate students’ career exploration. Therefore, parental career behaviors and career self-efficacy is considered as predictors of student’s career exploration attitudes within the scope of the study. In this respect, data which are collected from 405 undergraduate students having an education on tourism and hotel management field by the survey method are analyzed by using the structural equation modeling. The results of the study indicate that parental career behaviors which are addressed support; interference and lack of engagement have a significant effect on student’s career exploration behaviors such as intended-systematic exploration, environment exploration and self-exploration. In addition, it has been found that one of the dimensions of parental career behaviors addressed as a lack of engagement has a significant effect on career self-efficacy levels of students. However, research results indicate that student’s career self-efficacy has a significant effect on only the self-exploration dimension. On the other hand, career self-efficacy has a partial mediating role between lack of engagement attitudes of parents and career exploration behaviors of students.
