<p class="AbstractText">Product Support is one of the divisions in the company who deliver technical support to customers, especially in terms of after sales service. Commonly, the data obtained by the product support division at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk is still a general information concerning the units owned by the company. This data needs to be analyzed and then reprocessed using an application such as Excel spreadsheets to find out the periodic service of heavy machinery in each period, in order that the data processing time is relatively longer and allow for errors or human error. In addition, the data processing tends to be ineffective.</p><p class="AbstractText">This research aims to design a "Application Monitoring of Periodic Services Heavy Machinery" that can help companies monitor the periodic service of heavy machinery better by using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database.</p><p class="AbstractText">The results of this research to build a monitoring application using the method of system development RUP (Rational Unified Process) to determine schedule of periodic service heavy machinery in order to processing the information would be more appropriate, effective, and efficiency can improve the quality of customer service.</p>

Queue is a condition where the number of service recipients is higher than the number ofservice providers. This condition can cause a buildup of service recipients, and eventually,bottlenecks will occur. It faced by all service organizations that focus on service to customers.No exception is a car wash business whose business processes focus on providing fast andquality car wash services. But unfortunately, many car wash businesses get complaints fromcustomers, especially related to the queue buildup and unclear queue information received bycustomers. Therefore this study aims to produce a mobile-based car wash queue application,which includes a dynamic priority scheduling algorithm that functions as a queue manager.To carry out these objectives, a research methodology that is sequential and iterative used,namely, the software development methodology using the Rapid Application Development(RAD) model. This model consists of four phases: planning needs, prototype development,system development, and finally, testing. The Application test is finished with two approaches,namely testing of application code, specifically the application of dynamic priority schedulingalgorithm and testing of the overall functional system. From the test results, it knows that thecar wash queue application managed to sort customer orders based on the specified priorityrules based on the distance and time of the law. While the results of testing the systemfunctionality show that the application successfully manages a variety of errors, both causedby system failures and due to human error.

Pada era digitalisasi dan apalagi pada masa pandemik Covid-19 ini pencatatan yang efisien dan aman lebih ditekankan. Ketika instruksi manual bisa diganti dengan sistem elektronik. Salah satu contoh adalah pencatatan rekam medis pada Klinik dr. Mulio Soreang yang dirasa kurang efisien, karena masih menggunakan cara manual. Cara manual membutuhkan banyak waktu dan tenaga, rawan terjadi human error, mengurangi kualitas berkas rekam medis, dan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi pandemik. Akibatnya proses pemberian pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien menjadi tidak optimal dan menurunkan kualitas kerja petugas. Maka, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis baru sebagai solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut yang oleh peneliti diberi nama SIRCoVIT Klinik dr. Mulio Soreang. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall, karena sesuai untuk membuat aplikasi secara sederhana sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah PHP dan Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Sedangkan, teks editor yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio Code dan Bootstrap dipilih sebagai framework.

AbstractThe monitoring system carried out at Unit X still uses Microsoft Excel, making it less effective and frequent errors. Monitoring records have not been able to provide a warning when contractual deadlines and supplier data have not been properly recorded. So a database application is needed that can help the finance department in monitoring the contractual package. This study uses the Research and Development method. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which through several stages including Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing, implementation and maintenance. Development of this application using the PHP and MySQL program. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring procedures that have been done manually are not optimal. The design of the contractual package database application is expected to be able to overcome the obstacles encountered before and minimize human error. The application of this application is able to facilitate the financial section in monitoring contractual packages and producing new products that are declared effective and feasible to use. Keyword : Contractual Database, Web. AbstrakSistem monitoring yang dilakukan pada Satker X masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kurang efektif dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Pencatatan monitoring belum bisa memberikan warning ketika paket kontraktual deadline dan data – data supplier belum terekam dengan baik. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi database yang dapat membantu bagian keuangan dalam memonitoring paket kotraktual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang melalui beberapa tahap diantaranya Analisis, Desain, Pengodean, Pengujian, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Pembangunan aplikasi ini  menggunakan Program PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur monitoring yang telah dilakukan secara manual kurang maksimal. Perancangan aplikasi database paket kontraktual ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala yang ditemui sebelumnya dan meminimalisir human error. Penerapan aplikasi ini mampu memudahkan bagian keuangan dalam monitoring paket kontraktual dan menghasilkan produk baru yang dinyatakan efektif dan layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Database Paket Kontraktual, Web.


Bersama Maju Clinic, located in Basuki Rahmat is one of the clinics with a lot of public interest. In the patient registration, management process, patient data are still recorded in the archives or paper documents, so that if the archive is lost, there is no replacement. Data accumulation often occurs, so it is relatively long in the data search process and the process of making the report. Data redundancy often occurs, data recording that repeatedly causes duplication of data so that the capacity needed to swell and service becomes slow, heaps of filing so that it requires a large filing area. Then there was also an irregular patient registration due to human error, the admin forgot that the patient had registered beforehand so that he was given a new queue number. This research was conducted to design and implement an information system that can provide comfort, speed and ease of service to patients who come to the clinic. The system development model used is the prototype model. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams. The flowchart drawn by the Visio 2010. By building interfaces using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The database is stored using PHP and displayed via XAMMP. This system is also built with a system framework that is bootstrap

The goal of the system is to improve the efficiency of automotive service management , to make the information management standardized,and to make the statistics and scientific inquiry rapadly, thereby reducing the workload of management and human error. Using JSP technology development process, and try to use jQuery technology to make the system more attractive. Meanwhile, add the page scripting language JavaScript for the necessary information to fill in when the check, use the MVC pattern to build the overall system development framework, to ensure that the view layer and control layer separation.

The time of managing financial reporting is still done by making the calculation in the MS. Excel, so that the accounting records in the Treasurer is less effective at generating financial reports quickly and accurately. As well as financial statements have not been fully made use of accounting standards in force in Indonesia. To these problems, the writer took the title "Designing Standard Financial Statements of Accounting Information Systems PSAK 45s". Research design that writer used is research design with the data of primary / secondary analytical and descriptive, this type of research that writer used is academic research, type of data that the authors use quantitative and qualitative data, the authors use the research method is descriptive research methods and survey methods, data collection techniques that I use is a field study consisting of interviews and observations and literature studies, method development system that I use is a process-oriented methodology, data, and output, the structure of system development which writer use is Waterfall. The author’s purpose to make the design of accounting information system of financial reporting standards of PSAK 45, the expected data processing cash receipts and disbursements in the Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga city Cimahi well be computerized so that no human error and the resulting output financial statements will be accurate and relevan.

School is a level and continuous education unit for organizing teaching and learning activities. The system of financial administration of students at schools such as SPP (tuition) payments is one example of administration system that most of the data writing still use manual system. Writing data using a manual system sometimes has errors (human error) and data loss, this is because the writing and storage is done as well and less precision when entering data. Developing a Web-based school's financial administration information system using the Laravel Framework resolves these issues. In this study, system development used the PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework. Functional testing System using Black Box testing with Equivalence Partitioning (EP) method. The result of the developed system provides the school's ease of logging the student SPP (tuition) payment.

The research aims to apply the fingerprint and Short Message Service technology in the attendance system. Presence or attendance is an important activity in the lecturing process. SMK Global Teknologi has a problem in the student attendance data. The human error factor in captured student attendance is a problem in itself. On the other hand, there are cases of students who went to school but did not arrive at school to become complaints from parents. Fingerprint technology has been proven to be able to validate someone as proof of attendance, while the SMS gateway is proven to be a reliable telecommunications technology for data communication. The research method used was to conduct observations at the SMK Global Technologi. The interview method was carried out with the principal, representatives of parents, teachers, and students. The system development method used is Waterfall which consists of the stages of planning, analysis, design, finally implementation. The testing method used a black-box. The results of the research are the application of student attendance information systems with an attendance system indicator that has been integrated between parents, teachers, homeroom teachers. So that student attendance data can be directly known. Presensi atau kehadiran merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. SMK Global Teknologi memiliki masalah dalam data presensi siswanya. Faktor kesalahan manusia dalam merekap kehadiran siswa menjadi masalah tersendiri. Disisi lain adanya kasus peserta didik yang berangkat ke sekolah tetapi tidak sampai kesekolah menjadi keluhan orang tua. Teknologi fingerprint telah terbukti dapat memvalidasi seseorang sebagai bukti kehadiran, sedangkan SMS gateway terbukti untuk sebagai teknologi telekomunikasi yang handal untuk komunikasi data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakuan observasi di SMK Global Teknologi. Metode wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, perwakilan orang tua, guru, dan siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan penerapan. Metode pengujian menggunakan black-box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diterapkannya sistem informasi  kehadiran peserta didik dengan indikator sistem kehadiran sudah terintegrasi antara orang tua, guru, wali kelas. Sehingga data kehadiran siswa dapat secara langsung diketahui. Kata kunci: Sistem Kehadiran, Fingerprint, SMS Gateway
