Senior High School's Partnership in Handling Bullying

This study aimed to describe the partnership pattern developed by the state senior high school 1 Depok Sleman in handling bullying cases. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample included the headmaster, the counseling guidance teacher, the homeroom teachers, and students. The data analysis process used the interactive analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman, which included data reduction, data serving, and conclusion. The results showed that the school has a bullying handling strategy through the school’s partnership program. The school’s leadership forged a partnership with several institutions to handle bullying cases, including West Depok Sector Police, psychologists, parents and the Public Health Center. Cases can be referred internally and externally, while the bullying is handled through individuals and groups. The partnership built by the school runs continuously through various programs for socialization and character strengthening for students. The type of participation that was found to have the strongest contribution in solving school bullying cases was strengthening the student’s character periodically and collaboratively by involving informants and various parties. However, efforts in handling bullying need to be increased to prevent it happening again in the future. Keywords: bullying in school, school partnership

Increasing Student Learning Motivation by Guidance and Counselling Teachers During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Motivation is an important thing in learning. During the current covid-19 pandemic, with many different learning patterns, it causes students to experience a decrease in learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in increasing student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative research type, with a case study research design. The results of the study show that the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in increasing learning motivation are collaborating with subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and also information from parents of students.

The Role Of The Ppkn Teacher In Improving Student Discipline At Muhammadyah Private SD 2 Binjai Timur

The role of the PKN teacher is that with the motivation and directions given by the Civics teacher, student discipline can be formed from the example of the teacher and also from each one so that students are more disciplined in class and at school. Discipline is a form of obedient behavior and is subject to applicable regulations, but compliance is more emphasized on self-awareness not because of coercion. The school discipline applied to the students of Muhammadiyah 2 Binjai Timur Private Elementary School is quite good so that the discipline applied at school becomes positive. This research was conducted by means of observation and interviews with the principal of SD Swasta Muhammadyah 2 Binjai Timur with homeroom teachers and several students.

Indikator sikap karakter disiplin siswa berbasis hadis-hadis Bukhari dan hierarkinya menurut Wali Kelas SDIT di Jakarta

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>The formation of disciplined character is one of the important aspects in primary education. This study aims to formulate attitude indicators taken from disciplined character education that is based on Bukhari ahâdîth and to explore the perceptions of homeroom teachers at SDIT in Jakarta on these attitude indicators. This research is a mixed study with a literature study approach and an analytic network process approach. The indicators of discipline character attitudes that are formulated are obeying, being responsible, not bullying, and being polite. The homeroom teachers have the opinion that the most significant variables as indicators, are obedience (0.33), responsibility (0.27), respect and courtesy (0.21), and not bullying (0.11).</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"><strong><br /></strong></p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Pembentukan karakter disiplin salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan indikator sikap hasil pendidikan karakter disiplin dari hadis-hadis Bukhari serta menggali persepsi wali kelas SDIT di Jakarta atas indikator sikap tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran dengan pendekatan studi pustaka serta pendekatan <em>analytic network process</em>. Indikator sikap karakter disiplin yang terumuskan adalah taat, bertanggung jawab, tidak merundung dan bersikap santun. Para wali kelas berpendapat bahwa variabel yang paling signifikan sebagai indikator secara berturut-turut adalah sikap taat (0,33), bertanggung jawab (0,27), hormat dan santun (0,21) dan tidak merundung (0,11).</p>

SAS (SYNTHETIC STRUTURAL ANALYTIC) METHOD IN IMPROVING STUDENT'S READING SKILLS

The problem in this study is that there are still students who have not been able to read, there are still students who still have difficulty spelling the reading, and there are still low reading skills in students. This study aims to determine the application of the SAS (Synthetic Analytical Structural) method to improve reading skills of grade II students of SDN 1 Wonosari. This type of research is a qualitative method. The research population was class II homeroom teachers, class II students, and principals. The sample of class II students was 13 students. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, documentation. Based on the results of the study, the application of the SAS (Synthetic Analytical Structural) method can improve reading skills of grade II SDN 1 Wonosari students, this can be seen from the progress of students who were not able to read as much as 50% to 70%. Students who had difficulty spelling a reading from 40% to 60%. Based on this, the application of the SAS (Synthetic Analytical Structural) method is very helpful in improving the reading skills of grade II students of SDN 1 Wonosari. Abstrack In general this study aim to determine the cooperation of parents and homeroom teacher in increasing the learning motivation of grade V students at the MI Mathlaul Anwar Talang Padang during the covid-19 pandemic. The data were analyzed by means of a qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection using interview teachniques, observation and documentasi. This research is to see the problems that occur in these madrasas. This is beause there is still a lack of cooperation between parents and homeroom teachers in increasing student motivation. The teacher has a duty as an educator and also as a guide for students in the learning process. Therefore, teachers must be aware of their position as professional educators and have high performance. Teacher performance will be optimal if it is supported by good leadership from the principal as well as good and adequate work facilities and infrastructures. Principal leadership is one of the determining factors to improve teacher performance in the school. As a leader, the principal should have an ability to influence everyone, especially the teachers, so that they can work better for the realization of educational goals. This study explores the theme of the Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the principal's leadership influences on the performance development of teachers in schools. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by online interview techniques through the WhatsApp application and also directly or face to face interview. Respondents in this study consisted of seven teachers, namely homeroom teachers I-VI and student affair section at SDK St. Yusuf Madiun.

Relaksasi Beban Kerja Guru PAI melalui Upaya Bimbingan Akhlak Siswa pada Masa Covid-19

This study aims to examine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in guiding the morals of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which is done as their responsibility in completing the aspects of guidance on teacher workloads, as well as examining supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions offered to optimize efforts. moral guidance during the pandemic. This research is qualitative descriptive by collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with 3 (three) PAI teachers at SMAN 1 Jatiluhur. The results show that 1) PAI teachers' moral guidance planning has a focus on cultivating moral values in Allah, oneself, family and the environment; 2) moral guidance is carried out formally and informally using the methods of advice, habituation, ibrah and exemplary. PAI teachers collaborate with homeroom teachers and parents in fostering student attitudes when carrying out online learning, at home and on social media, as well as how students carry out fardhu prayers, sunnah prayers and habituation of reading al-Qur'an. 3) assessment and evaluation are mostly carried out through the google form, google classroom, zoom meeting, whatsapp and youtube platform. PAI teachers develop more interactive PAI teaching materials and assign tasks based on the principle of honesty; 4) The supporting factors for the implementation of moral guidance consist of Islamic Education teachers, homeroom teachers, parents and students; 5) The obstacles faced are limited mastery of IT, limited devices and signals as well as student backgrounds; 6) The solution offered is to consider the selection of the appropriate method of moral guidance and in accordance with the characteristics of students, increased mastery of information and technology and the provision of supporting facilities to assist the process of moral guidance for students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
