This study provides an application framework toward measures to prevent/control identity theft in conjunction with sources. It also identifies the impact of overall protection of identity theft on consumer trust, the cost of products/services, and operational performance, all of which in turn contribute to a purchase intention using E-commerce (EC). For the first objective, this study proposes a matrix of sources and measures to prevent and control identity theft. From this matrix, using knowledge from a literature review and judgment based on plausibility, the authors identify global laws, controls placed on organizations, publications to develop awareness, technical management, managerial policy, risk management tools, data management, and control over employees are the potential measuring items to prevent identity theft related to EC. A case study in banking sector through a qualitative approach was conducted to verify the proposed relations, constructs, and measuring items. For the second objective, this research paper conceptualizes a model based on literature review and validates that based on the case study in the financial sector. The model reflects the effects of preventing and controlling identity theft on the costs of products/services, operational performance, and customers’ perception of trust, which would lead to purchase intention in EC.

With the rapid development of niche tourism, green tourism activity has become known to the wider public. By taking into account the extended theory of planned behaviour (TPB), this study takes natural dyeing experience as a case study, with the aim of determining the tourist purchase intention of green products under the destination experience scenario. A quantitative approach was adopted, and 349 valid sets of data were collected from individuals who have participated in natural dyeing activities. Partial least squares–structural equation modelling (PLS–SEM) analysis was conducted to test the conceptual model. The results indicate that experience value (EV) had a significant impact on green purchase conception and intention. In addition, subjective norm had a significant positive influence on tourism green purchase attitude. However, environmental knowledge failed to predict green purchase attitude and perceived behavioural control. The PLS–SEM analysis confirmed the extended TPB model, which showed relatively good predictive validity. Findings suggest that TPB mediated the relationship between EV and purchase intention. The extended model considerably contributes to improving understanding of the impact on green tourism products and dissects theoretical and practical implications to practitioners. Apart from strengthening the experience value from attaining, learning, escapism, and fantasy aspects, on the basis of previous literature, this study concludes that practically, environmental education regarding the experimental environment in tourism destinations in China should return to green activity itself and induce the support of green tourism products. Tourism marketers should trigger personal green knowledge through sense experience in the process of stimulating and promoting green tourism activities, as well as stimulate purchasing power.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the advertising impacts brand image and purchase intention. This study used purposive sampling because it is adaptable and suited to the research objectives. The validity and reliability had been tested. Hypothesis testing used Structural Equation Modeling. The results were (1) advertising (X1) has an effect on brand image (Y1) with the value of Critical Ration brand image is 5.776 with a probability of less than 0.05, (2) advertising (X1) have no significant effect on purchase intention (Y2) with Critical Ration value of 1.052 and a probability 0.293, and (3) brand image (Y1) has an effect on purchase intention (Y2) with the value of Critical Ration of 4.174 and a probability value of less than 0.05.

This study aims to explore the scale and measure of the impact of factors affecting theonline shopping intention of the consumer on the Lazada e-commerce website in Ho Chi Minh City. The study confirms the theoretical analysis of consumer behavior (Theory of Reasoned Action - TRA), (Theory of Planned Behavior – TPB), as well as compares the research articles related to online shopping intention of domestic and foreign authors. From the survey results from 300 customers, the author pointed out that six factors positively affecting online purchase intention include usefulness - convenience, trust, behavior control awareness, business competency, and reference group opinion. The other factor is the perceived risk that has negative affect customers' online shopping intentions. Since then, the research offers the causes, solutions, implications to help traders on e-commerce sites capture the needs and psychology of customers and help them partially improve their ability to attract customers online shopping in Ho Chi Minh City.
