Geography is a worldview science. The structure of the geography course in the Russian secondary school, which has developed over the decades, is familiar to each of us and consists of four stages. At the University, the system of teaching future teachers of geography consists of the same stages, however, it is not just an indepth repetition of the school curriculum, it is a completely new, higher level of geographical education. At both the school and University levels, changes occur in the scale of topics and sections of individual stages, but the stages remain the same. The interstage level is the limit, its awareness does not fall into the field of reflection of teachers and methodologists. There are no scientific papers on its analysis. The method of research is dialectics, the laws of which work in the form of worldview formulas. In school geographic education, the problem of perception formation is not clearly manifested and therefore is not realized. Problems begin to emerge at the interstage level. The worldview formula of dichotomy ceased to work in the form of the opposition sectoral geography regional geography, the interaction in this binary opposition was based on the principle of sectoral analysis regional synthesis. Mechanisms (energy production cycles) and forms of synthesis (naturalterritorial and territorialproduction complexes) have disappeared in the sections of the district geography. There was a loss of expediency of studying of regional geography. New forms of synthesis in the postSoviet period were not adopted by the Russian school and University geography. In the University course, which was aimed at understanding the dialectical knowledge of the school course and their development, it is impossible to reflect, as the basis of geographical knowledge of students formless. The possession of ideological formulas is the question of geographic reality. In the transition from level to level increases the independence of geographical thinking and the distance from stereotypes, heuristic potential increases due to the combination of formulas, which gives variability of reflection of geographical reality.

After thirteen long years of military dictatorship, national elections on the basis of adult franchise were held in Pakistan in December 1970. The Awami League, led by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and the Pakistan Peoples Party, under Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, emerged as the two majority political parties in East Pakistan and West Pakistan respectively. The political party commanding a majority in one wing of the country had almost no following in the other. This ended in a political and constitutional deadlock, since this split mandate and political exclusiveness gradually led to the parting of ways and political polarization. Power was not transferred to the majority party (that is, the Awami League) within the legally prescribed time; instead, in the wake of the political/ constitutional crisis, a civil war broke out in East Pakistan which soon led to an open war between India and Pakistan in December 1971. This ultimately resulted in the dismemberment of Pakistan, and in the creation of Bangladesh as a sovereign country. The book under review is a political study of the causes and consequences of this crisis and the war, based on a reconstruction of the real facts, historical events, political processes and developments. It candidly recapitulates the respective roles of the political elites (both of India and Pakistan), their leaders and governments, and assesses their perceptions of the real situation. It is an absorbing narrative of almost thirteen months, from 7 December, 1970, when elections were held in Pakistan, to 17 December, 1971 when the war ended after the Pakistani army's surrender to the Indian army in Dhaka (on December 16, 1971). The authors, who are trained political scientists, give fresh interpretations of these historical events and processes and relate them to the broader regional and global issues, thus assessing the crisis in a broader perspective. This change of perspective enhances our understanding of the problems the authors discuss. Their focus on the problems under discussion is sharp, cogent, enlightening, and circumspect, whether or not the reader agrees with their conclusions. The grasp of the source material is masterly; their narration of fast-moving political events is superbly anchored in their scientific methodology and political philosophy.

The development of Islamic law studies in Indonesia is increasingly interesting to follow. the use of a multidisciplinary approach to Islamic sciences, making the science of Islamic law not only a normative-theological analysis but also integrated with many scientific fields both in the sciences and the humanities. Contemporary global issues require observers and Islamic law reviewers to seriously review Islamic law in depth, one of the global issues that is currently interesting and has become a topic of discussion among many is the issue of the protection of human rights. Human rights formulation in international law cannot be separated from the issue of foreign policy. This paper will conduct a theoretical study of how the concept of Islamic Law itself protects human rights and how it relates to its relationship with post-reform foreign policy. This paper uses a comparative study between legislation and texts (verses) both in the Koran and the hadith, a comparative-critical analysis method makes it easier for the author to find substance in terms of answering the problem statement in this study. The results or conclusions obtained are that human rights are a reflection of carrying out Islamic law in order to realize the nature of universal human benefit. Islam considers that human rights are in accordance with sharia principles, namely protecting one's right to life. This is a strong basis for the study of Islamic law in contributing to the development of human rights principles in the international communityKeywords: Islamic Law, Human Rights, Globalization, International LawPerkembangan kajian hukum Islam di Indonesia makin menarik untuk diikuti. penggunaan pendekatan multidisipliner ilmu-ilmu keislaman, membuat ilmu hukum Islam tidak hanya bersifat normatif-teologis analisanya tapi sudah terintegrasi dengan banyak bidang keilmuan baik ilmu-ilmu sains maupun humaniora.

One of the major global issues today is energy consumption. Consequently, power management was introduced in various communication technologies. For IEEE 802.11wireless communication, there is a Power Saving Mode scheme (PSM) for increase the battery life of cell phone. In this PSM, there are two key parameters: beacon period interval (BI) and listen interval(LI). In most work these values are chosen arbitrary. Here, a scheme to determine the optimal BI and LI for accomplishing the most astounding conceivable vitality proficiency is introduced. This is implemented with the application of a numerical sample to the standard IEEE 802.11 PSM and Access Point-PSM (AP-PSM) schemes. To ensure the quality of network performance analysis on the normal and change of parcel delays is doing. The well-known queuing (M/G/I) model with bulk services are utilized. After the implementation of the proposed analysis, “maximum rest plan time ratio optimal Sleep Scheme (OSS)” which is when participate stations stay in the doze mode it can be determined. In this research shows that the optimal BI and LI produce optimal OSS time ratio scheme also achieved optimal average and variance of packet delay.

Nanocomposites are substances that incorporate nanoparticles (0.5-5% by weight) into a matrix of standard material, which enhances the mechanical strength, toughness including thermal or electrical conductivity and other properties. Nanocomposites are versatile in terms of their applications such as anti-corrosive, healing of bones, sensors, environmental protection, packaging, wastewater treatment, and diagnosis of tumors and other diverse uses. They may be fabricated by blending nanofillers with a polymer to produce a composite. The current trend of processing is by polymerizing monomers. Nanocomposites serve as sustainable solutions to curb global issues. Evaluation is performed on properties such as mechanical, thermal, dispersion, and toxicological. Some marketed products of nanocomposites include In Mat (coating), FiltekZ350 XT by 3M (tooth fillers), chitosan/organic rectorite nanocomposite films (bactericidal activity), graphene oxide/Carboxymethylcellulose (targeted drug delivery of anti-cancer drug doxorubicin), MD1 Flex, Nano Clean MD1, Plactive TM (Antimicrobial nanocomposites) and NovaProTM(Tooth fillers). This article discusses about Nanocomposites–their types, preparation methods, recent research and applications.
