The internet service is provided by a given number of servers located in the main node of internet service provider (ISP). In some cases; the overload problem was occurred because a demand on a given website goes to very high level. In this paper, a fuzzy logic control (FLC) has proposed to distribute the load into the internet servers by a smart and flexible manner. Three effected parameters are tacked into account as input for FLC: link capacity which has three linguistic variables with Gaussian membership function (MF): (small, medium and big), traffic density with linguistic variables (low, normal and high) and channel latency with linguistic variables (empty, half and full); with one output which is the share server status (single, simple and share). The proposed work has been simulated by using MATLAB 2016a, by building a structure in the Fuzzy toolbox. The results were fixed by two manners: the graphical curves and the numerical tables, the surface response was smoothly changed and translates the well-fixed control system. The numerical results of the control system satisfy the idea of the smart rout for the incoming traffics from the users to internet servers. So, the response of the proposed system for the share of server ratio is 0.122, when the input parameter in the smallest levels; and the ratio is 0.879 when the input parameters are in highest level. The smart work and flexible use for the FLC is the main success solution for most of today systems control.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. There are many facilities that support the growth of cyber politics, such as Facebook, Twitter, mailing list, YouTube, and others. Keywords: Cyberpolitik, Internet  Abstrak:Internet berkembang pertama kali di Indonesia pada awal tahun 1990-an. The net neutrality principle states that users should have equal access to all Internet content and that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) should not practice differentiated treatment on any of the Internet traffic. While net neutrality aims to restrain any kind of discrimination, it also grants exemption to a certain category of traffic known as specialized services (SS), by allowing the ISP to dedicate part of the resources for the latter. In this work, we consider a heterogeneous LTE/WiFi wireless network and we investigate revenue-maximizing Radio Access Technology (RAT) selection strategies that are net neutrality-compliant, with exemption granted to SS traffic. Our objective is to find out how the bandwidth reservation for SS traffic would be made in a way that allows maximizing the revenue while being in compliance with net neutrality and how the choice of the ratio of reserved bandwidth would affect the revenue. The results show that reserving bandwidth for SS traffic in one RAT (LTE) can achieve higher revenue. On the other hand, when the capacity is reserved across both LTE and WiFi, higher social benefit in terms of number of admitted users can be realized, as well as lower blocking probability for the Internet access traffic.

One of the internet service used by the people of Indonesia is a blog that can be accessed via http://blogspot.com or http://wordpress.com and others. Everyone can use this medium for the purpose of publication of information in the form of text, images, sounds, or video without having to master web programming languages. One of the obstacles a person who has a blog is a way of increasing number of visitors to his blog. In order for many visitors the blog owner needs to understand about SEO (Search Engine Optimization). To allow users to blog in increasing the number of visitors and ranking his blog, they invented a system that utilizes parallel processing techniques and create a new method, named TSC (Together in a Single Connection) to increase the number of visitors, number of pages viewed and ranking.Increase blog traffic system based on parallel processing can improve the effectiveness in increasing traffic to a blog. With this system the blog owner is expected to be easier to rise to visit his blog.

The method of calculating the level of equity of internet services of several cities or provinces in a country is a statistical measure showing how far the internet service speed distribution being measured is to have similarities with the reference distribution of all elements equal to one, where the determination of the level of equity is done by calculating the Index Haryadi from the relationship between internet service speed distribution as measured by reference distribution. In this case, an equalization index equal to one represents a perfect similarity between the elements of the distribution as measured by the pairs of elements of the reference distribution. Let R be the reference distribution = {0.7 Mbps; 0.8 Mbps; 0.9 Mbps; 1 Mbps; 1.1 Mbps; 1.2 Mbps; 1.3 Mbps; 1.4 Mbps} and Y is the measured internet rate = = 1.05 Mbps; 1.2 Mbps; 1.35 Mbps; 2 Mbps; 1.65 Mbps; 1.8 Mbps; 1.95 Mbps; 2.1 Mbps}, then Y has an Internet service equalization index equal to one, through the Y = 1.5R relationship function because all elements of Y are equal to 1.5 times of the pairing elements of R.

Under the current situation of prevention and control Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19), the development of fitness industry in Liuzhou is analyzed, and the survival environment, management, coaches' quality and reasons for the closure of the club are analyzed. The results show that Liuzhou fitness market is greatly affected by the economic and social environment, and the seemingly prosperous fitness market has met with bottlenecks, and its operation is in danger. Taking “Internet+” as a new power engine, we should build a service platform of Liuzhou fitness alliance, strengthen the supply side reform such as management and coach quality, increase effective supply of high quality, and guide clubs to play their own advantages to develop differentiated competition, which is an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional fitness industry.

In this paper, co-evolution is used to examine the long-term evolution of business models in an industry. Two types of co-evolution are used: synchronous, whereby the entire population of business models is replaced with a new population at each generation, and asynchronous, whereby only one individual is replaced.
