Sarcasm Language Communication in Seloka Pandir and Pak Kaduk ABSTRACT The creative work of traditional Malay poetry is recording the story of a life filled with examples. Traditional Malay poetry serves as the main communication tool used by the ancestors until now. Among the poems involved are seloka; its original function was created to provide entertainment to society by raising certain icons as references. This study focuses on the role of seloka as a tool of personal communication and criticism with the concept of teaching to the imaginary. Among the seloka used as a reference are Seloka Pak Kaduk and Pak Pandir. Library methods and research materials such as articles, books, magazines and theses are used as the basis for this study. The objective of the study is to analyze the communication process in seloka. In addition, this study examines the wisdom of the community to communicate. The theory underlying this study is the SPEAKING framework by Dell Hymes. This theory aims to look at the types of satire found in the two ditches. The findings showed that the method of communication for smooth gentle satire is one of the identities of the Malay community in disseminating criticism among them. Seloka brings a good impact on the communication innovation process in the Malay community in producing a nation that has good social behaviour. Keywords: Seloka, sarcasm, Pak Pandir, Pak Kaduk, SPEAKING framework.

Since the 16th century, the availability of communication technology has advanced the level and accessibility of commerce and personal freedoms. The advent of the computer as a personal communication tool has given individuals new power in their ability to communicate, gain information, and make decisions. A major paradigm shift has been in the control that the individual now has in a consumer role. The internet has provided consumers a vehicle by which they can actively participate in the decision-making process – from need recognition to post-purchase evaluation. Little research has been done to explore the personality characteristics of internet users. This study examines one aspect of personality, locus of control, and internet behavior. Research findings reveal substantial differences in internet usage and attitudes between a consumer's internal or external locus of control orientation. Results and future research relative to this study are discussed.

Daunomycin, an antibiotic used in the clinical management of acute leukemia, produces a delayed, lethal cardiac toxicity. The lethality is dose and schedule dependent; histopathologic changes induced by the drug have been described in heart, lung, and kidney from hamsters in both single and multiple dose studies. Mice given a single intravenous dose of daunomycin (10 mg/kg) die 6-7 days later. Drug distribution studies indicate that the rodents excrete most of a single dose of the drug as daunomycin and metabolite within 48 hours after dosage (M. A. Asbell, personal communication).Myocardium from the ventricles of 6 moribund BDF1 mice which had received a single intravenous dose of daunomycin (10 mg/kg), and from controls dosed with physiologic saline, was fixed in glutaraldehyde and prepared for electron microscopy.

Bovine Factor X is eluted in two forms (X1and X2) from anion exchange chromatographic columns. These two forms have indistinguishable amino acid compositions, molecular weights and specific activities. The amino acid sequences containing the γ-carboxyglutamic acid residues have been shown to be identical in X1 and X2(H. Morris, personal communication). An activation peptide is released from the N-terminal region of the heavy chain of Factor X by an activator from Russell’s viper venom. This peptide can be isolated after activation by gel filtration on Sephadex G-100 under nondenaturing conditions. The activation peptides from a mixture of Factors X1 and X2 were separated into two forms by anion-exchange chromatography. The activation peptide (AP1) which eluted first was shown to be derived from Factor X1. while the activation peptiae (AP2) which eluted second was shown to be derived from X2 on the basis of chromatographic separations carried out on Factors X1 and X2 separately. Factor Xa was eluted as a symmetrical single peak. On the basis of these and other data characterizing these products, we conclude that the difference between X1 and X2 are properties of the structures of the activation peptides. Today there are hundreds of papers published on the problem of labor migration from Central Asian countries, its political, social and economic aspects, as well as on the problem of integration and adaptation of migrants in the Russian society. However, the topic of migrant poetry is still poorly studied in Russia. At least there is no such research on Tajik labor migrants. The genres of Tajik migrant poetry vary significantly and include such forms as love poems, political songs, songs about migration hardships, religious poems. This paper is based on the results of monitoring social networks «Odnoklassniki», «Facebook», as well as on the results of personal communication and interviews with poets. In the paper we use the poems of three authors written in Tajik, Russian and Shugnani languages. The semantic translation from Tajik and Shugnani was done by the author of this paper
