Die Komplexität bei der Planung und Optimierung von Routenzugsystemen ist auf die Vielzahl der unterschiedlichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und auf Interdependenzen zwischen den Einflussfaktoren zurückzuführen. Die im Fachartikel vorgestellte Verfahrensweise zur Einflussstärkenberechnung verschiedener Dimensionierungsparameter dient der Rangfolgebildung systemspezifischer Einflussfaktoren. Durch quantitativ-explorative Untersuchungen werden zudem Hypothesen für weitere Arbeiten gewonnen.   The complexity of planning and optimizing internal milkrun systems is a consequence of the multitude of different design options and interdependencies between the factors of influence. The calculation method for measuring the influence of different dimensioning parameters presented in this article serves to rank system-specific influence factors. Hypotheses for further research are obtained via quantitative-exploratory studies.

LPD’s (lighting power density) definition, calculation method, standard value, influence factors and ways to reduce it are talked in this article. The aim is to take measures to reduce LPD properly. LPD should be less than standard value while guaranteeing traffic safety, average and uniformity road surface luminance. Then a road lighting system of energy-saving should be built as soon as possible.

The paper aims at the analysis of machine spindle runout characteristics and designs of a laser displacement sensor in non-contact spindle runout measurement system. To ensure accuracy, we designed the laser displacement sensor calibration device, and the test calibration experiment was carried out by using laser displacement sensor. Experimental results showed that the test methods met the accuracy requirements of test system.

It begins with the relationship between different region's disposable income, economic level and commodity prices to search for computation spatial value added for commodity to transport. Then it analyzes calculation method of spatial value added for commodity to transport and establishing the space added value-price model to reflect commodity space added value. Last it raises commodity space value-added effective method. It gives full use of goods value and promotes commodity reasonable space layout.

In China high-speed railway engineering practice, embankment settlements calculated values were often greatly different to the measured values, which may result from the stresses distribution under the embankment usually simplified. According to this issue, the elastic embankment method was introduced, the stresses under various embankment were calculated, the influence factors of the stresses values and distribution were analyzed. The stresses calculated by elastic embankment method, proportional load form and uniform load form were compared with the measured stresses. The relationship among the four kinds of stresses was analyzed. The applicable conditions of the various calculation methods were put forward. If the ratio of embankment half surface width and height was less than 4.5, when the stresses calculated by uniform load form were multiplied by correction coefficient 1.15, they were tallied well with the measured stresses.

To get the generation mechanism and influence factors of the coal-rock electrical signal, it provides a reference for coal-rock electric signal prediction and dynamic disaster. Firstly, the law of charge energy relation is deduced by using the universal or functional relation of Newton’s law, and then coal and rock mass with different properties such as coal, granite, and sandstone are selected. Using the established test system, the influence of coal and rock electric signal is analyzed from the coal-rock temperature, coal and rock properties, coal-rock friction, coal-rock loading speed, and coal-rock load size. The chief results can be summarized as follows: in the process of coal-rock rising with temperature, the change rule of electrical signals can be divided into three stages according to the strength of electrical signals generated. The amplitudes of electrical signals generated by uniaxial compression of coal-rock mass with different properties are obviously different. Electrical signals can be generated during the friction of coal and rock. With the augment of loading speed, the electrical semaphore generated when the coal rock is about to fracture tends to be enhanced. The size of the electrical signal is not proportional to the size of the load, but the electrical signal is greatest when the rupture is imminent. The analysis of the influence factors of coal and rock electrical signals can provide a reference for the research on the generation mechanism of coal-rock electrical signals.

The accuracy of gear meshing efficiency model is the key to study the influence factors of gear meshing efficiency. Experiment is an effective method to verify the theory model. Therefore, the acquisition of experimental value of gear meshing efficiency is particularly important. Taken double helical gears as the research object, on the analysis of a large number of experimental data, the experimental value of gear meshing efficiency for double helical gears are calculated and then the influence of rotational speed and torque on meshing efficiency of double helical gears is studied. Firstly, the calculation method of transmission efficiency for experimental value in different layout of gear test-rigs with closed power flow is summarized. Secondly, the calculation method of meshing efficiency for experimental value in gear test-rig with closed power flow is introduced. Thirdly, the calculation method of load-dependent bearing loss is given. Finally, the experimental value of meshing efficiency for double helical gears is calculated and the influence of rotational speed and torque on meshing efficiency of double helical gears is obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further improvement of the transmission efficiency of double helical gears.

This paper studied the calculation method of basic reserve fund (BRF) based on distribution fitting and Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) in power grid construction project (PGCP). BRF copes with the various unforeseen expenses in the process of budget compilation. Nowadays, the measuring method with fixed rate cannot adapt to the request, because of the BRF with larger uncertainty influence factors. MCS technique can achieve a good simulation to solve the problem of uncertainty. The research first uses MINITAB to analysis the distribution of various influence factors, then uses MATLAB to build calculation model to take the stochastic simulation for many times, finally gets a more realistic BRF. A case from China is used to confirm this calculation method works well.

The meshing equation of the toroidal drive with cylindrical tooth was established based on space meshing theory, and the formula of contact stress between planet and worm or the toroidal internal gear are derived. Major influence factors were analyzed and forecasted. The contact stress is sensitive to the tooth number of planet center distance and planet radius. Finally, the calculation method of contact strength of toroidal drive was given.

As for active magnetic bearing, ordinary electromagnetic force formula based on air gap well-distributed. However, radial active magnetic bearing always face the situation that the rotor is eccentric and the air gap doesn’t well-distributed. This paper gives the calculation method of the electromagnetic force at that situation through calculating the air gap and using integrative approach. Then analysis the influence factors---eccentric rotor distance from center and eccentric angle to electromagnetic force. The result can provide the basis for suspension characteristic of active magnetic bearing.
