Based on the theory of hierarchy analysis, the post-assessment indexes system of cold recycling technology project have been established, and the hierarchy analytic procedure have been used to determine the weighing coefficients for post-assessment indexes of cold recycling engineering of asphalt pavement, and the weighing values for various levels factors were given for the cold recycling base layer project of highway of Shenyang-Yingkou. Considering the road performance and economic benefit, societal and environmental benefit, the analytic hierarchy procedure (AHP) method can effectively avoid making wrong decisions subjectively and made it more scientific and reasonable to determine the weighing values of post-assessment indexes, and it is an effective method to determine the weighing values for post-assessment indexes of the cold recycling technology project.

Abstract. Cold recycling technology is applied to road rehabilitation in the recent years, and it has the advantages of mixture without heating, high RAP availability, low cost, quick speed of construction etc. Cold in-place recycling technology in this paper has been summarized including applied scope, cold recycling layer type, additives and new aggregates. We gives a detailed comparison and analysis to cold recycled mixture design method, and points out important design indexes. Combined with practical engineer of the technology in China, it analyzes application prospect and development trend on cold recycling technology.

Cold recycling technology of old asphalt pavement is a relatively new technology which has important application in the road surface treatment. Combining with the application of the cold recycling technology in rural old asphalt pavement, this paper analyzes and elaborates its construction technology and experience approach. The existing old asphalt pavement material is used in accordance with the new design requirements to form a special pavement structure surface. On rolling forming sections, the test is conducted for compaction, smoothness, bending and sinking and drill-core sampling for compressive strength. The results show that this process meets the general requirements of pavement base, and the quality is good with the advantages of saving costs and reducing waste damaging the environment.

Abstract: Water damage on asphalt pavement will accelerate pavement destruction, and decrease the service life of highway. Water stability of recycled mixture especially should be strengthened in design and construction of cold-recycled pavement. Taking for cold recycling technology as research object , We studied water stability and freeze-thaw stability of cold recycled mixture stabilized with emulsified asphalt, cement and emulsified asphalt through tests of Marshall stability and immersion Marshall、split test 、soaking split test and freeze-thaw split etc. The results obtained show that: Water stability of Cold recycled mixture stabilized two different additives all can satisfy requirement, and cold recycled mixture adding little cement has better stability. Cold recycled mixture stabilized emulsified asphalt can be used as highway base or sub-surface of pavement. The experiment research results provide a reliable reference for cold recycled mixture design and its applicability.

ntroduction. Rehabilitation of public roads network requires a comprehensive recovery with strengthening of the bearing capacity of the pavement foundation. Rehabilitation of the foundation bearing capacity performed by arranging layers of road material made by cold recycling technology (hereinafter — CRRM) in accordance with [4] or by arranging a layer of crushed stone — sand mixture reinforced with cement or complex binder (hereinafter — CSSM 20) according to [13]. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to study the feasibility of using acrylic additives for the preparation of mixtures made by cold recycling technology and crushed stone-sand mixtures treated with cement in the layers of pavement foundation. Materials and methods. Experimental comparative tests of CRRM and CSSM 20 with different content of complex binder were performed. Results. Feasibility of acrylic additives use has been established (hereinafter — the additive) for the preparation of CRRM and CSSM 20 in the pavement foundation layers. Recommendations on technological parameters of preparation, transportation, laying and compaction of mentioned mixtures are given. Conclusions. Performed researches have shown that according to physical and mechanical indicators CRRM and CSSM20 meet the requirements of the current normative documents of Ukraine. The advantages of use are noted.

Through the foaming mechanism and foaming effect evaluation, this paper analyzes the production procedure, optimum content and strength of foamed asphalt mixture thoroughly. Combined with the construction process quality control and inspection and acceptance criteria, this paper provides data for reference and theoretical basis for application of cold recycled technology of foamed asphalt to pavement project. Its construction without disrupting traffic, thus shorten the construction period and improve efficiency, which also have advantages such as energy conservation, environment protection and economy. Above all, it is beneficial to foamed asphalt′s popularization and application.

The early asphalt pavement in our country severely reduced the road performance due to various external factors during the use process. According to incomplete statistics, there are more asphalt pavements that need to be renovated and repaired every year in China, and the amount of construction waste such as asphalt concrete and other construction waste reaches 1,000. About ten thousand tons. If such a huge amount of construction waste is not used, it will inevitably cause great pollution to the environment. If it can be reused, not only will it be environmentally friendly and energy-saving, it will also save more than one billion yuan in costs. In view of the above problems, this article conducts related Research and Analysis on the Principle in Plant Cold Recycling for Foamed Bitumen and Mixture Performance to provide reference for future projects.
