Herein, we examine the impact of cations on the structural, morphological, optical properties and degradation of lead perovskite APbI3 (where A = MA, FA, Cs). Its structure, surface morphology and optical properties have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Visible spectrometer. The structure of perovskite thin films was found to be in the direction of (110) plane. It is seen from the XRD results that this kind of cation assumes a significant part in stabilising and improving the performance of APbI3 based solar cells. Here, the cesium lead iodide thin films show a smooth and homogenous surface and enormous grain size without pinhole perovskite film. An optical investigation uncovered that the band gap is in a range from 1.4 to 1.8 eV for the different cations. Additionally, in ~60% humidity under dark conditions for two weeks, the structural and optical properties of CsPbI3 films remained good. Furthermore, the efficiency of FTO/TIO2/CSPbI3/Spiro-Ometad/Au solar cells was calculated to be 21.48%.

Polymers and their composites have recently attracted attention in both pharmaceutical and biomedical applications. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a versatile polymer extensively used in medicine. Herein, three novel PEG-based polymers that are pseudopolyrotaxane (PEG/α-CD) (1), titania–nanocomposite (PEG/TiO2NPs) (2), and pseudopolyrotaxane–titania–nanocomposite (PEG/α-CD/TiO2NPs) (3), were synthesized and characterized. The chemical structure, surface morphology, and optical properties of the newly materials were examined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, SEM, and UV–Vis., respectively. The prepared polymers were used as drug carriers of sulfaguanidine as PEG/α-CD/Drug (4), PEG/TiO2NPs/Drug (5), and PEG/α-CD/TiO2NPs/Drug (6). The influence of these drug-carrying formulations on the physical and chemical characteristics of sulfaguanidine including pharmacokinetic response, solubility, and tissue penetration was explored. Evaluation of the antibacterial and antibiofilm effect of sulfaguanidine was tested before and after loading onto the prepared polymers against some Gram-negative and positive bacteria (E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)), as well. The results of this work turned out to be very promising as they confirmed that loading sulfaguanidine to the newly designed polymers not only showed superior antibacterial and antibiofilm efficacy compared to the pure drug, but also modified the properties of the sulfaguanidine drug itself.

This article discusses the poem "Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa" by W.S. Rendra. The discussion of this poem is motivated by efforts and efforts to apply the concept of poetry structure put forward by Lévi-Strauss. The description of the structure of this poem aims to display the structure of the poem consisting of the outer structure (surface structure) and the inner structure (deep structure). The outer structures that will be discussed are forms of text, diction, and sound, while the inner structures that will be discussed are imagery, compounds, and themes. The method used in this study is descriptive of analytics with a type of qualitative research, namely placing the text of poetry as the object and research data. Data collection techniques are done by identifying, classifying, and recording. Data anlysis is done by meaning direct and directed content. Analysis is done by discussing the structure of poetry consisting of text, diction, and sound, imagery, compounds, and themes. The results showed that the structure of Lévi-Strauss poetry can determine the overall meaning and message of poetry. The use of blank verse, simple diction, dominance of vocal sounds /a/, thought imagery, and metaphorical-rhetorical majas refers to the theme of "openness". This theme can be interpreted very broadly, namely openness to justice, education, employment, income, and livelihood. This openness is tried by students as agents of change and a bridge between the government and the people.

Investigation and development of the post-growth technology for fabricating multi-junction photovoltaic converters based on GaInP/GaInAs/Ge heterostructure has been carried out. Antireflection coating, ohmic contacts and mesa-structure forming stages have been reviewed. The technology of n+-GaAs contact layer etching with the help of plasma-chemical, liquid and ion-beam etching has been investigated. Antireflection coefficient of radiation from the heterostructure with TiOx/SiO2 (x close to 2) antireflection coating surface was less then 3% in wavelength range 450-850 nm. The value of contact resistance for n- and p-type conductivity was 3E−5 − 3E−6 ohm · cm2, the decrease of photosensitive region shading degree at increased bus-bar conductivity has been archived. The mesa-structure surface current leakage decreased to the value of E-9 A at voltage less then 1 V.

In this present research work, TiZrN and TaZrN multilayer coating was deposited on 4140 steel by RF/DC magnetron sputtering for comparative work also prepared in single layer. The flow rate ratio of Ar/N2 was set to 15 : 3 sccm and the thin film was prepared by the PVD (physical vapor deposition) method by RF/DC magnetron using a Ti-Zr and Ta-Zr target with a purity of 99.99%. The crystal structure, surface morphology microstructure, and component arrangements were explored by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It has been found that the crystal structure, surface morphology, microstructure, and elemental composition of the membrane are strongly dependent on deposition parameters. It is mechanically characterized by corrosion and Vickers hardness. In AFM measurements, coarse cluster particles with increasing Ti and Ta values not only increase the average roughness (Ra) by 2.341 nm (200°C) and 2.951 nm (400°C) but also have a continuous average thickness which was shown to increase by 1.504 nm and 781.75 nm. With the increase of hardness, the roughness decreases correspondingly. The TiZrN multilayer microhardness augmented to 314 GPa at 200°C and 371 GPa for TaZrN (400°C).

N, S-doped rGO was successfully synthesized and embedded Co-doped CeO2 via hydrothermal synthesis. The crystal structure, surface morphology and elemental composition of the prepared catalyst were studied by XRD, Raman spectra, SEM, TEM and XPS analyses. The synthesized electrocatalyst exhibits high onset and halfwave potential during the ORR. This result shows that a combination of N- and S-doped rGO and Co-doped CeO2 leads to a synergistic effect in catalyzing the ORR in alkaline media. Co–CeO2/N, S–rGO displays enhanced ORR performance compared to bare CeO2. The superior stability of the prepared catalyst implies its potential applications beyond fuel cells and metal–air batteries.

In this work, FAPbI3 thin films with different antisolvents (toluene, diethyl ether and chlorobenzene) were successfully elaborated by the spin coating technique to study the influence of the different antisolvents in the films. The crystal structure, surface morphology and optical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) photoluminescence and UV–visible spectrometry. According to XRD, the crystalline structure of FAPbI3 was found in the orientation of the (110) plane, and it is observed that the type of antisolvent content in the absorber layer plays an important role in the growth and stabilization of the film. Here, chlorobenzene leads to a smooth and homogenous surface, a large grain size and a pinhole-free perovskite film. Additionally, the optical analysis revealed that the band gap is in the range from 1.55 to 1.57 eV. Furthermore, in an approximately 60% humidity environment and after two weeks, the stability and absorption of FaPbI3 showed low degradation.
