The development of various forms of information technology, one of them in the field of Artificial Intelligence in the form of data mining. Data mining is a process that employs one or more computer learning techniques (a machine learning) to analyze data and extract knowledge (knowledge) automatically. Data mining is used to analyze the problems of teachers in the use of computer-based learning media. To find out the problem of teachers in the use of computer-based learning media, this study used the calculations in the form of data mining by the method of rough set. Applying data mining rough set to explore the knowledge, which is a source of information in decision making. With this method rough set problems that occurred in the teacher can be overcome in the use of computer-based learning media. Each school can determine the development of teachers in the use of learning media computer technology.

Computer-based learning technologies are now being used worldwide, but are mostly researched in a small number of countries and contexts. Increasing research suggests that modifications are needed to make computer-based learning responsive for all students worldwide. In this article for the inaugural special issue of Computer-Based Learning in Context, we discuss the virtues and limitations of existing theoretical paradigms of culture and context, relevant to computer-based learning. We note cases where existing approaches are successful, while listing some key phenomena in computer-based learning that fail to be explained by current approaches. We close by unpacking some open questions that limit our ability to make progress on such systems and suggesting some of the attributes of useful next-generation theory on culture and context in computer-based learning. In particular, we discuss possible steps forward that can be used to better operationalize culture and make theory on culture and context more concrete and actionable. Zusammenfassung. Der vorliegende Beitrag entwickelt auf der Basis von pädagogischen Überlegungen und lernpsychologischen Forschungsergebnissen zur computerunterstützten Wissensvermittlung eine Konzeptualisierung von E-Learning-Systemen und deren von konsequentem Qualitätsmanagement begleitete Umsetzung. Die vorgestellte theoriegeleitete Vorgehensweise wird anhand der Entwicklung und Realisierung des internetgestützten Lernsystems “CLIC Computer-based Learning: Introduction to Communications“ veranschaulicht, das an der Universität Erfurt erarbeitet wird. Der Aufsatz befasst sich sowohl mit der Koordination auf der Ebene der Produktion (Didaktik, Inhalt, Technik) als auch auf der Ebene der Rezeption (Lern- und Kommunikationsformen, Lernorganisation). Die explorativ angelegte Evaluation des ersten Einsatzes von CLIC belegt ein weitgehend gelungenes Konzept und Qualitätsmanagement. Vorgestellt werden ausgewählte Evaluationsergebnisse zur Koordination und Organisation der Wissensvermittlung sowie des sozialen Kontaktes zwischen Studierenden und Dozierenden. Anhand von drei in der Evaluation empirisch ermittelten E-Learning-Typen werden Probleme und Potenziale beim E-Learning aufgezeigt und Schlussfolgerungen für die koordinierende Gestaltung von E-Learning-Systemen gezogen.

The aimed of this studied was developed learning through computer-assisted as BCBL. Result of this studied have been stated that: (a) the potential of five high schools in Karawang districts supported the implementation of BCBL development, (b) planning of BCBL development through a systematic development stages from preparation, production, simulation, experiment, and publication, (c) the implementation result of BCBL learning through revision tested were learner activity and higher autonomy.
