This paper analyzes the tool path generation of the microlens arrays by the single point diamond (FTS) turning, while focuses on the algorithm of tool radius compensation. Firstly, the mechanism of the fast tool servo machining process is introduced. Secondly, the tool path generation for FTS is calculated. The algorithm of tool radius compensation and the form error of the microlens is analyzed. Subsequently, the transitional zone is research, base on the algorithm of tool radius compensation, the optimized algorithm is proposed. Finally, using the optimized algorithm generate the tool path. Modeling of the tool path with the optimized algorithm of tool radius compensation is simulated with MATLAB. The simulation of the 3-D microlens arrays with the algorithm of tool radius compensation has done. According to the modeling of the simulation, algorithm of the radius compensation is discussed. The results show the optimized algorithm can improve the form accuracy of the microlens. The optimized algorithm is practical significant in the tool path generation.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Corporate governance systems are developed to govern corporations, build trust and create sustainable value for all stakeholders. Paradoxically, in spite of massive efforts in developing governance systems, corporate scandals are persisting. Different studies have strongly recommended business ethics as a solution to this paradox. Thus, this study explores if business ethics supports corporate governance practices in a sample of Algerian corporations. The study used a mixed methodology; qualitative: since this subject is poorly addressed in the Algerian context that requires an exploratory study. Quantitative by developing a structural model demonstrating the relationship between business ethics and corporate governance, Data for the study were collected by means of a questionnaire distributed on an anonymous basis to corporations’ senior managers in Sidi Bel Abbes district. Treatment of collected data is done using two types of analysis: the structural equations modeling approach by using the PLS Path approach (PLS Path Modeling) and linear regression. The study finds out that business ethics leads to better levels of corporate governance and supports its practices; and the reason is mainly due to an implicit involuntary commitment to laws as a minimum required level of compliance, and that the protection of stakeholders’ rights are the most important corporate governance’s dimension affected by business ethics.

With excellent properties, high-temperature superalloys have become the main application materials for aircraft engines, gas turbines, and many other devices. However, superalloys are typically difficult to machine, especially for the thread cutting. In this article, an ultrasonic vibration–assisted turning system is proposed for thread cutting operations in superalloys. A theoretical analysis of ultrasonic vibration–assisted thread cutting is carried out. An ultrasonic vibration–assisted system was integrated into a standard lathe to demonstrate thread turning in Inconel 718 superalloy. The influence of ultrasonic vibration–assisted machining on workpiece surface quality, chip shape, and tool wear was analyzed. The relationship between machining parameters and ultrasonic vibration–assisted processing performance was also explored. By analyzing the motion relationship between tool path and workpiece surface, the reasons for improved workpiece surface quality by ultrasonic vibration–assisted machining were explained.
