According to Ayurveda the whole life processes are governed by the Tridosha i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Vata Dosha has been given prime importance because it is the primary force that motivates and mediates other Dosha, Dhatu and Mala for performing their functions in the body. Vata Dosha possesses various Guna. Based on such Guna it performs different Karma in the body. Vata control motor as well as sensory functions. It is a self-generating and self- propagating energy responsible for the regulation of almost all the activities in our body. It should be considered as an invisible force that is recognised through its functions. This paper aims at understanding the effect of Vata Dosha on Intelligence Quotient and Emotional Quotient. The word quotient means amount of a specified quality or characteristic. The characteristics of individuals are developed on the predominance of Dosha during intra-uterine life and it is mentioned in classical textbooks in Prakruti concepts. In the formation and maintenance of Deha Prakruti and Manasa Prakruti the role of Dosha is inevitable. Among the five types of Vata, Prana is responsible for controlling the functions of Buddhi and Manas, while Udana helps in recalling the past experiences.

There are three theories of human intelligence, namely Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ). In its subsequent development, following the SQ era that considered the God Spot in the human brain as a source of intelligence, the concept of the Heart's Code (HC) indicates that the source of intelligence lies in the heart, not the brain. The SQ model proposed by Zohar-Marshall and the HC model suggested by Pearsall only touched the biological and psychological realms, namely the material brain and the material heart. Both have yet to touch upon the transcendental level of divinity, namely the spiritual brain and the spiritual heart. By using Thomas Kuhn’s scientific revolution approach, the current article intends to prove that the source of intelligence is not the brain but the ruh. When God has perfected the creation of man by blowing ruh in him, the sense of hearing subsequently radiates through the ears, sight through the eyes, smell through the nose, speech through the mouth, taste through the tongue, and intelligence through the brain. As a consequence, the brain is but a tool, it is not a source of intelligence. If IQ, EQ, and SQ are regarded as intelligence models originating from the human mind, which is certainly artificial in nature, then Ruhani Quotient (RQ) is an intelligence model originally created by God. Ruhani Quotient (RQ), which is based on the ruh, has implications on new studies pertaining to ruhiology.

The main purpose of this study was to identify critical factors that contributed towards business sustainability among Malay women entrepreneurs in Malaysia. The independent variables were resilience and emotional quotient, and the dependent variable was business sustainability. The study focused on Malay women entrepreneurs involved in service sectors such as food service business, tailoring, and others. About 200 questionnaires were distributed randomly to Malay women entrepreneurs in Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Sentul, Keramat, and Kampung Baru. However, only 110 questionnaires were received and 100 were usable for the study. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software to test for reliability of items and relationships between the independent and dependent variables. The findings revealed that there was no relationship between Malay women entrepreneurs’ Emotional Quotient and business sustainability during the economic crisis. Interestingly, there was a positive and significant relationship between EQ and resilience among Malay women entrepreneurs.  This implies that Malay women entrepreneurs in Malaysia were highly resilient to ensure that their business was sustained during the economic crisis.  Hence, both EQ and resilience of women entrepreneurs need to be enhanced to promote business sustainability during the economic crisis.

The instrument used was a anemotional quotient questionnaire. The results of the emotional quotient show that there is an increase in the emotional quotient of students between the experimental group before and after the treatment of information services using the problem-based learning method is carried out, there is an increase in the emotional quotient of the control group students before and after being provided with information services without the problem-based learning method, there is a significant difference in the level students' emotional quotient between the experimental group that was provided with information services using the problem-based learning method and the control group that was provided with information services.
