DO REALLY EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT AND SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT AFFECT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE?

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. This study uses an explanatory approach Analysis and Descriptive Analysis, which aims to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, the present invention will be described, by observation and research and describe the nature or the events ongoing at the time of the study and examine the causes of the symptoms. In this study examines the influence of variables of training, competence and motivation, simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The benefits of this research is that companies in improving the performance of employees through training programs, attention to improving the competence of employees, increase employee motivation, and in turn can help in improving the work (performance) of each individual employee. The results showed simultaneously and partially variable training and competency positive effect on employee motivation and improve employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on ethical decisions of tax consultants with work experience as moderating variables. The population in this study were all registered tax consultants in the Bali Region who had practice licenses in accordance with the Directory of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association in 2018 as many as 58 people. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method and based on the specified criteria obtained a total sample of 41 people. Research data was collected through survey methods with questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of emotional intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions, intellectual intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions, and spiritual intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions. Work experience moderates the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical decisions of tax consultants.

This research begins with the discovery of problems in employee performance. The problem in this study is the low performance of employees, which is indicated by low human intelligence and competence. This study aims to analyze how the influence of human intelligence on employee performance is mediated by competence. With a sample of 90 people, using path analysis data analysis techniques (Path Analysis), the results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 32.95%. Also, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence of 15.88%. Then, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 22.49%, while intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 12.77%. Furthermore, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 7.31%, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 2.62%. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 73.44%.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The company strives to remain at a high level of competition with various strategies in maintaining its business. Many new companies find it challenging to keep their company due to marketing strategies that do not follow current globalization developments. Therefore the company will try to find ways to market its products, starting from promoting products, knowing products to make customers loyal. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of advertising, promotion, personal selling, direct digital marketing, and public relations on sales performance and customer loyalty by taking samples at the Paul Bakery Kota Kasablanka Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive, namely an analysis that describes the variables to the bakery's sales volume at Paul Bakery Kota Kasablanka. The results showed: the advertising variable has no positive effect on sales performance, customer loyalty, and sales performance through customers; promotion variable has no positive impact on sales performance and sales performance through customer loyalty but has a positive effect on customer loyalty; personal selling variable has a positive effect on sales performance, employee performance through customer loyalty but has no effect on customer loyalty; direct digital marketing variable has a positive effect on sales performance and customer loyalty but does not have a positive effect on sales performance through customer loyalty, and public relations variables have a positive effect on sales performance, customer loyalty and sales performance through customer loyalty.

<p>This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and employee performance at the PT. PLN (Persero) Distribsui Bali. The research population is employees who are permanent employees with a minimum work period of 1 year totaling 189 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of respondents 128 people and using SPSS 2.1 as an analytical tool. Research findings indicate that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on emotional intelligence. In addition, organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance. And emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. This study also emphasizes that emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Finally, this study verifies that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence in private organizations are able to provide useful finding such as those found in public organizations (BUMN). This research only focuses on spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Subsequent research can investigate other intelligence possessed by humans such as intelligence quotient and physical intelligence. In terms of comparing the two human intelligences with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in the hope of verifying whether employees who are intellectually intelligent, physical, spiritual and emotional can greatly help the organization to improve employee performance. </p>

<p>Faktual problem yang saat ini sedang dihadapi oleh PNS adalah sorotan negatif akibat kemerosotan mental dan moral yang ditunjukkan dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan, mengemukanya praktek KKN (Kolusi, Korupsi dan Nepotisme), menguaknya issue amoral yang telah melibatkan penyelenggara negara, juga terungkap perilaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dilakukan oleh anggota PNS adalah fakta yang tidak dapat dipungkiri. Mengacu pada temuan faktual problem yang ada maka masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan adalah “Bagaimana meningkatkan sikap etis dan kinerja PNS di lingkungan kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah?”.</p><p>Dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden pegawai Biro Umum di Kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap sikap etis dan kinerja. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda.</p><p>Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap etis. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual serta sikap etis terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p> </p><p><em>Factual problems currently being faced by civil servants is negative spotlight due to mental deterioration and moral demonstrated in carrying out the ministry, collusion, corruption and nepotism, to reveal issue amoral that has involved state officials, also revealed violent behavior in the home the stairs were made by members of civil servants is a fact that can not be denied. Referring to the factual findings of the problems formulated the research problem is "How to improve ethical attitudes and performance of civil servants in the Central Java Provincial Secretariat office?".</em></p><p><em>By using the data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents employee in the Office of General Bureau Secretariat of Central Java province, this study examines the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence of the ethical attitude and performance. Testing the influence between variables is done by using multiple regression test.</em></p><p><em>The test results of multiple regression showed that emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence proved significant positive effect on the ethical attitudes. The results also indicate that emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence and ethical attitude shown to have a significant influence on employee performance.</em></p>
