The present study is based on a systematic research review. The review of literature is an important component of the research process and should be carried out in an orderly manner. It is also known as the back bone of research study. It involves a systematic identification, location and analysis of documents containing information related to the research problem. The purpose of reviewing literature is to determine what has already done by the scientific community related to the research problem and to gain an impression regarding different aspects of the topic understudy. The major objective of the current study is to conduct a systematic review on Perceived social support and resilience among orphans. To go ahead with this goal, it was very important to collect the literature on; (A). Orphans (B). Perceived social support among orphans. (C). Resilience among orphans.

In the realm of muscle atrophy research, many studies address minute details of molecular function but few examine the effects of atrophy in terms of mobility, strength, endurance, and performance of activities of daily living. The relationship between impairment and functional limitation is the focus of this research review. A wide array of studies constitute this area of inquiry, including investigations as diverse and widely disparate as molecular chemistry and space travel and populations as different as rats, healthy young men, and elderly women. Thirty-four studies were selected based on their fit with the Enabling-Disabling Model. Three paradigms of atrophy and function emerged. Adaptation reflects the plastic nature of muscle when placed under certain conditions, ranging from disuse to high-resistance exercise. Injury/loss describes damage to muscle tissue from ischemia, medications, or reloading or reperfusion trauma. Also in this category is the loss of muscle that is seen with aging. Integrity relates to the muscle’s tendency to protect itself and maintain structural adjacencies and cellular proportions. Based on the 3 muscle research paradigms, the relationship of muscle atrophy to function is portrayed as a bidirectional interaction wherein form and function have an influence on each other by way of physical changes, including those of adaptation, injury/loss, or integrity. A conceptual model is constructed to reflect this relationship.

Abstract The passage of the Higher Education Opportunity Act in 2008 extended the expectation of previous legislation (the Education for All Handicapped Children Act and Individuals With Disabilities Education Act) regarding general education academic access for students with intellectual disability, from elementary to secondary and now through to postsecondary education. In light of this extension of academic access, the authors conducted a systematic research review of the studies that explored access to and progress in college academics for students with intellectual disability (ID) enrolled in inclusive postsecondary education (PSE) programs. Of the 43 studies that met criteria, between 1987 and 2017, less than half provided sufficient contextual information to confirm academically inclusive course attendance or participation. Findings and implications, regarding the lack of research exploring access to and progress in academically inclusive college course content for students with ID are discussed. Authors also discuss the need for consensus on academic expectations of students with ID enrolled in college courses and the timely use of compensatory technologies and strategies.

Abstract Compliance to treatment is one of the important and essential components of healing and schizophrenia patient’s quality of life. Treatment compliance can be improved by identifying internal and external factors from the patient. This review aims to identify Psychosocial, Internal and External Factors of Treatment Compliance of Schizophrenic Patients. The systematic research for articles begins by identifying research articles in four databases, from Scopus, Science Direct, Sage and Proquest in 2019 – 2021 using predetermined keywords. Articles were selected using PRISMA methode, and based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria that set out. Twenty-five articles analyzed in this lyteratur review were all quantitative studies. The results of the research review show that psychosocial, internal factors and external factors are components of supporting compliance to treatment for schizophrenic patients
