Ideological and political education is the most important part of the daily education management of college students. The methods and methods of ideological and political education are very old, and students’ learning efficiency is very low. How to use ideological and political education technology combined with modern technology for teaching has become a current research hotspot. Based on this background, this article proposes to use a new type of Internet multimedia technology interactive teaching. In the ideological and political network multimedia teaching system, use occasions suitable for IP multicast applications, such as broadcast teaching, group discussions, and on-demand courseware. Among these functions, the IP multicast mechanism is appropriately used. The adoption of the extended conversation node scales each conversation group to a multicast group, and the members of the multicast group represent the participants, which brings convenience and ease of management. Through case study analysis, it can be seen that this method can reduce the burden on the system and improve efficiency, and the number of multicast members is unlimited, which has a very good auxiliary effect on course learning. Through the Internet multimedia technology, the innovation of ideological and political education has been realized, the learning environment of students has been improved, the ways of ideological and political education have been broadened, and the education system has been better optimized.

The student’s political and ideological practices is a vital portion of education, and it is related to optimization of task based on fundamental scenario in establishing morality. In order to establish a scientific, reasonable and operable evaluation model for students’ ideological education, and evaluate the status of college students’ ideological education. In this paper, firstly, in view of the shortcomings of evaluation objectives, single evaluation methods, lack of pertinence of evaluation indicators and subjectivity of evaluation standards in the current evaluation system of university students’ ideological and political education, the basic principles for constructing evaluation models of university students’ ideological and political education are put forward. Secondly, in case to meet changing needs of the times, an artificial neural network algorithm based on artificial intelligence data mining and a traditional multi-layer fuzzy evaluation model are designed to evaluate the ideological and political education of college students. This newly proposed model integrates learning, association, recognition, self-adaptive and fuzzy information processing, and at the same time, it overcomes their respective shortcomings. Finally, an example analysis is carried out with a nearby university as an example. The evaluation results display that the evaluation model of students’ ideological education established in this paper is in good agreement with the previous evaluation results. It fully shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy neural network for college students’ ideological and political education established in this paper is scientific and effective.

Based on directed normal junior college students of Guangxi K College, who have graduated from high schools, this paper analyzes the characteristics of normal college students majoring in all subjects of rural primary schools, and puts forward three dilemmas of ideological and political education under the background of the widespread use of the Internet, namely, the ideological and political education is still mainly conducted by teachers, the “Internet Plus” ideological and political education system needs to be innovated, and the “Internet Plus” vocational ideal education is insufficient. In this paper, three ways are put forward to solve the problems, namely, taking students as the main body to build internet platforms, innovating the ways and methods of “Internet plus Ideological and Political Education”, and using the internet to strengthen students’ vocational emotion education.

The rapid development of wireless communication technology has caused the computing speed and performance of information terminals to increase exponentially. Artificial intelligence technology emerged in this context. As an efficient work system, artificial intelligence has been introduced into many areas of social life. Especially in the field of education, it has made outstanding contributions. At this stage, the conflict between Eastern and Western civilizations is intensifying. As the most active ideological group, college students have not yet formed a scientific understanding of the pros and cons of Eastern and Western civilizations, and it is easy for them to fall into confusion in this kind of ideological turmoil. This requires that the ideological and political education in our country’s colleges and universities effectively play a role, strengthen ideological guidance, and create a new system of practical teaching of college ideological and political theory courses under the background of wireless communication. Ideological and political education, as one of the courses with outstanding characteristics in our country’s university education courses, has a guiding role that cannot be ignored for university students. This paper uses a questionnaire survey method to conduct an online survey of 500 college students from 6 universities in Shanghai to obtain first-hand information on the current ideological and political practice courses of Chinese universities and then sort out the emergence of artificial intelligence-based decision support systems in China. The practical class encountered difficulties and explored strategies to alleviate this dilemma, hoping to provide a useful reference for the development of ideological and political teaching in China in the future.

Computational ideological and political education is the product of the high degree of integration of ideological and political education with computers, big data, artificial intelligence and other information technologies, and is a new paradigm of ideological and political education in the information age. Through intelligent data collection, data model construction, algorithm analysis, simulation and other links, ideological and political education can not only scientifically explain the various complex ideological and political education phenomena that have already occurred, but also accurately calculate and predict the future state of the ideological and political education system, so that the discipline of ideological and political education can be like natural science, engineering technology through data, model, calculation, simulation and other scientific means. Realize from empirical research to empirical research in order to achieve the political goal of ideological and political education in a more scientific, accurate and efficient way. However, there are still a series of conceptual, technical, data, legal and ethical problems in the construction of computational ideological and political education. In order to improve the effect of remote ideological and political education, this paper builds a Web ideological and political education system based on Agent technology, and adopts a three-layer abstract system architecture including Web service layer, Agent processing layer and service process layer. Moreover, based on this architecture foundation, this paper proposes an Agent-based Web service integration structure, and illustrates the overall execution process of the system through the execution process of the system integration structure. Then, this paper proposes the organization structure of multi-agent in the Agent processing layer and the organization structure of service process in the service process layer of the system. In addition, this paper uses multi-agent system design to ensure the efficient operation of the entire system, and combines algorithms to implement system resource recommendation modules and practical teaching functions. Finally, this paper designs a control experiment to test the performance of the distance ideological and political education system constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

The importance of the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is objective to the importance of ideological and political theory courses. At present, the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has big problems in both macro and micro aspects. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to build an intelligent management system for ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on artificial intelligence, and conducts classroom supervision through intelligent recognition of student status. The KNN outlier detection algorithm based on KD-Tree is proposed to extract the state information of class students. Through data simulation, it can be known that the KD-KNN outlier detection algorithm proposed in this paper significantly improves the efficiency of the algorithm while ensuring the accuracy of the KNN algorithm classification. Through experimental research, it can be seen that the construction of this system not only clarifies the direction of management from a macro perspective, but also reveals specific methods of management from a micro perspective, and to a certain extent effectively solves the problems in the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
