Bantuan rumah tidak layak huni adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, namun permasalahan yang ada bahwa proses yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak Kelurahan masih dilakukan secara subyektif dengan hanya mempertimbangkan hasil survey. Oleh karena itu, bagi pihak kelurahan diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan agar seleksi dapat dilakukan secara efisien secara sistemik.  Adanya metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Dari beberapa metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat menggunakan metode air terjun. Tujuan penelitian ini agar pihak kelurahan dapat menyalurkan bantuannya kepada yang berhak menerimanya, sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk memilih penerima bantuan perumahan sesuai dan objektif.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dimana proses penyaluran yang tepat sasaran dengan data yang diperoleh dari pihak kelurahan. Sistem yang dibuat cukup memnatu pihak kelurahan dengan nilai sekitar 73.6% yang diuji oleh 10 orang responden.   Kata Kunci: Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.     Abstract The help of the home is not habitable is one of the government programs to suppress the poverty rate in Indonesia, but the problem exists that the process that was done by the village is still in subjectively Consider the survey results. Therefore, the town needs a decision support system so that the selection can be made by systemic efficiency. There is a method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making, answering all the problems. Of the multiple Attribute Decision-Making methods, Simple Addictive Weighting is chosen to be applied to the decision support system. The decision support system was made using a waterfall method. The purpose of this research is so that the village can distribute its help to the right to receive it, so it is expected by the Web-based decision support system to select the recipient of appropriate and objective housing assistance. This research provides entirely accurate results were the right distribution process targets with data obtained from the village. The system was made enough to inform the town with a value of about 73.6% tested by ten respondents.   Keywords: Unqualified Houses, Multiple Attribute Decision Making, MADM, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support Systems.

This research is the design of a decision support system (DSS) to determining the student as scholarship recipients of the STMIK Pelita Nusantara, Medan, Indonesia, with the approach of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with TOPSIS method. Approach to Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) by specifying the values of the weights for each of the criteria or attributes and TOPSIS method for selecting student scholarship recipients. Implementation of a decision support system that can show the interaction of the user with the software application built using Visual Basic 2008 programming language. Conclusion the results obtained from the discussion shows that the approach with FMADM TOPSIS give final value calculation results ordered that can help decision makers determine the student deserves the scholarship. The existence of a decision support system that has been designed so the process of determining a student scholarship recipients more accurately, quickly, and accurately.

Civil Service Police Unit (municipal police) is part of the area in the enforcement of legislation and arrangements for public order and public tranquility . Decision Support System or DSS ( Decision Support System ) is a computer -based information systems whose main goal is to help decision -making utilize data and models to solve the problems that are unstructured and semi- structured . In accepting prospective members of the previous municipal police PSDM section sorting and selecting applicants one by one entering the data so that the data obtained is not clear didapt results of each participant. By using Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) is used to find an alternative from a number of alternatives to optimize certain criteria , while the Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). SAW method is often also known term weighted summation method . The basic concept is to find a method SAW weighted summation of the performance ratings of all the attributes of each alternative.

Abstract - Motorcycle is a transportation with the most fans. Various types of motorcycle is used more, one of the motorcycle cub/moped. The underbone is one that is a favorite of the riders, especially men's riders. Some motor manufacturers such as Yamaha and Honda produces underbone, with a range of offerings and offered advantages from each manufacturer. It turned out to be one more attention from consumers, they started trouble choosing which underbone that best fits their criteria. In this case, the criteria taken into consideration, including the price, the use of fuel efficient, design body, and the dimensions of the motor frame. This needs to of a Decision Support System that could helped give any information and recommendations on underbone in accordance with criteria consumers. In the development of a decision support system there is one of the models that are commonly used, namely Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). In this research will use one method problem solving of the model , that is simple additive weighting. This method was chosen because it can determine the best alternative of some alternatives so that in accordance with the criteria referred to. In this research will be carried out the calculation of the weighted alternative that will produce the best alternative, namely the underbone elected that could be a recommendation. a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions. a b s t r a k Institusi pendidikan seperti AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia kerap kali membutuhkan suatu bentuk keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian akademik pada unsur tridharma; pendidikan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian dan unsur penunjang yang sesuai untuk akademik sehingga tercapai mutu pendidikan yang baik sesuai dengan penilaian tersebut. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian akademik dengan sistem Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam penilaian akademik unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu Perguruan Tinggi. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi langsung ke AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimental karena menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah metode FMADM menggunakan perhitungan metode SAW. Pendukung aplikasi yang akan dibuat dengan penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON dan database MySQL dengan system operasi Windows. Pada Analisa berjalan dan perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat penulis digambarkan dengan Microsoft Visio 2016. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem adalah metode blackbox dimana pengujian blackbox ini menitikberatkan pada fungsi sistem.

Choosing the right college is a crucial step for students in preparing for their careers and future. With education at the college, the student increases their chances of getting better jobs. But because of the limited capacity of public college, students and parents must select a private college that agrees with desires and abilities. Errors in choosing a college result in students experiencing failure in carrying out education in the college. Therefore, students and parents need to consider several factors such as accreditation status, costs, the number of students, lecturers, facilities, study programs, and others to select a private college. Nevertheless, students and parents experience confusion in choosing a private college. This is due to many private colleges and the lack of information about these private colleges. Therefore, the aim of this study is to build a decision support system to select a private college that matches the desires and abilities of students and parents. This study uses Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) logic with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to rank each alternative private college. The test results showed that the system performance meets functional requirements and the perform system achieved an accuracy of 83,33%. This decision support system helps students and parents make decisions to select a private college that according to their desires and abilities accurately.

Aiming to augment the quality of decision making in vessel dismantling, this paper presents an innovative decision support system that takes into account the diversity of the associated constraints to aid stakeholders handle issues such as the appropriateness of a disposal methodology or the level of safety in a dismantling yard. Being seamlessly integrated with an advanced simulation environment, the system also facilitates the collaborative design of dismantling processes.

Large number of franchises that will be selected as well as indicators of many criteria, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help decide which franchise to choose. The model used in the decision support system is a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) and to perform calculations on the case MADM method in finding the best alternative based on the criteria specified use traditional methods TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to perform the calculations. TOPSIS method is chosen as the method is based on the concept that the best alternative was chosen not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

Tutoring institutions are non-formal institutions engaged in the world of education. the number of tutoring institutions that have sprung up nowadays, making competition increasingly fierce causing parents to be selective in choosing however. This is what sometimes makes parents confused about choosing a tutoring institution that suits their income, causing breakups in the middle of the road because they are not in accordance with their income. In a decision support system, the application of a method that can be used as a reference for problem solving must be carried out. In this case, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) which is one of the methods used in problem solving in Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM).
