AbstractAs the industrial digitalization has been recently leaping forward, high-efficiency production processes emerge, and assembly integration technologies are being progressively developed. For high-tech industries (e.g., aerospace manufacturing), however, unprecedented challenges are imposed on the conventional assembly manufacturing process technology. To be specific, the shallow digitizing and intelligent technologies fail to satisfy the rising requirements for efficiency, pass rates and cost; in particular, the way to down-regulate the unqualified rate and assembly cost of parts production remains unclear. In the present study, an intelligent matching assembly system was designed for reapplying out-of-tolerance parts. In addition, the concept of the mating base is proposed. Next, the fit relation between parts is quantified by employing the functional expression of dimension data, and such a relation is characterized as a function constraint with a variable of dimension. Moreover, the designed intelligent matching system was introduced into the existing assembly process to reemploy a number of unqualified parts and determine the matching parts most suitable for the original unqualified parts. On that basis, the most suitable parts are enabled to be involved in the assembly activities, as an attempt to satisfy the design requirements. To efficiently find the optimal matching scheme in the database of the unqualified parts and most effectively employ the unqualified parts, a set of optimal matching algorithms are proposed, thereby significantly down-regulating the production cost. Lastly, Monte Carlo method was adopted to simulate the actual production data, and the optimal matching scheme determined by the intelligent matching system was analyzed and assessed, which verified the effectiveness and practicability of the system.

In the modern world a new world economic structure is being formed, which is characterized by the instability of the geopolitical situation and the «redrawing» of trade and economic relations, as well as the forced development of high technologies and their active introduction into the production sphere. In this regard, an urgent issue is the strengthening of Russia's position in the international market through the implementation of competitive advantages of domestic food products. The basis of any high-efficiency and high-quality production, including agricultural, is technical and technological equipment, the high level of which ensures the timely implementation of agricultural technological measures without violating the technological terms of agricultural work. The conducted studies have shown that in our country there is a significant lag in the technical and technological provision and innovation of the agro-industrial complex in comparison with advanced agricultural countries, which does not allow us to fully realize the potential of the agricultural industry. In the developed countries of the world, there is a transition to the sixth technological structure, based on the use of high-tech technologies. In this regard, the issues of technical and technological modernization and digitalization of the agricultural sector, increasing the innovative activity of agribusiness entities, the widespread use of scientific achievements of the fifth technological structure and the accelerated transition to the «rails» of the sixth technological structure are becoming increasingly relevant for our country. The solution of these issues will ensure the parity of Russia with the leading agricultural countries in terms of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of agricultural products on the international market. One of the solutions to this problem can be the development and implementation of a unified state policy for the modernization of the agricultural sector of the country.

the push-pull switch power is a kind of form in the family. It has the characteristics of good voltage output, high efficiency, the simple circuit and so on. On the design of the push-pull switch power supply, the key and difficult point is the design of switch transformer. Taking the switch transformer of a push-pull switching power supply as the research object and based on the design requirements, this paper aims to realize the calculation of the coil turns in switching transformer. Meanwhile, under the consideration of the skin effect and the proximity effect and the choices of switch transformers wires and the methods of wires winding, the design of switch transformer of the push-pull switch power supply has been completed by circuit simulation and implementation.

Impinging jet is widely used in both traditional industrial and new high-tech fields. High efficiency heat transfer in impinging jet cooling makes it an important method for heat transfer enhancement, in particular in cooling of electronic devices with high heat density. This paper presents an experimental study of heat transfer by an impinging circular water jet. A Constantan foil with the size of 5 mm × 5 mm was used to simulate a microelectronic chip with heat generated by passing an electrical current through the foil. A high heat flux over 106 W/m2 was achieved. The surface temperature was measured by a thermocouple glued onto the back surface of the foil. Both a free surface jet and a submerged jet were investigated. Effect of the nozzle-to-surface spacing as well as the jet speed at the exit of the nozzle on cooling was examined. By positioning the jet away from the center of the heating foil surface, the radial variation of the heat transfer coefficients over the foil was also investigated. Quantitative heat transfer data have been obtained and analyzed.

When growing fish in high-tech breeding systems, it is exposed to many stress factors. To reduce stress, we used spore forms of microorganisms — Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis, possessing probiotic properties. Two groups were formed, a control group and an experimental group that received probiotic microorganisms with feed. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of microorganisms — Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis to reduce stress in fishes. For this indicator points were selected — stress hormone cortisol and antioxidant defense enzymes. The research results showed that stress level assessed by cortisol in fishes fed with probiotic microorganisms is 2.8 times lower than in the control group. The use of micronucleus test to assess cytogenetic damage showed that against the probiotic microbiota background, the number of cells with fragmented nuclei decreases by 5.7 times. Antioxidant defense enzyme activity when using Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis increased, indicating activation of the defense system against oxidative stress. The obtained results demonstrated the high efficiency of the use of spore forms Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis when growing catfish in high-tech fish farming systems. The Russian Foundation for Basic Research has supported our study with the grant No. 18-016-00127.
