Cities in hilly arid areas of northwest China have generally experienced a low level of economic development; they also have unique natural characteristics such as climate, soil, terrain, environment, and surface cover. High quality ecological lands are those that provide humans and the environment with relatively high levels of ecological services including soil, water, and air purification, adsorbing pollutants, or providing water or nutrients needed by plants. In this study, ecological lands were classified as woodland, grassland, water area, and bare land. The present study constructed an ecological land model designed to evaluate the importance of such land from the perspective of ecological service function and ecological demand intensity. Results revealed that: (1) This model can help researchers to better analyze the structure and spatial characteristics of ecological land in cities and also meet the needs of ecological protection and urban management in highly urbanized areas. (2) In terms of ecological service function and ecological demand intensity, the most important ecological land is mostly distributed in densely populated and urbanized areas, and the spread of urbanization is conducive to the improvement of land ecological value for the arid hilly area of northwest China. (3) Among all types of ecological land, the water area had the highest ecological value in the study area, while the grassland had the most potential for improvement, as careful planning and use can allow grassland to function as an ecological barrier while providing good, aesthetically pleasing space for leisure activities for the general public. (4) Qilihe and Xigu districts have more generally important graded areas of forest, grassland, and bare land, although the current ecological value of these lands is limited, though they have great potential for ecological improvement.

This study, using the method of economic quantitative analysis, studied the land use changes of Qilihai Wetland from 2008 to 2017, and the effects of these changes on the ES (ecosystem service) values of the wetland. This article benchmarked the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, based on the systematic analysis and analysis of current ecological service function value evaluation methods. The research results show that the total values of the wetland ecosystem services in 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2017 were 317 million yuan, 299 million yuan, 283 million yuan, and 321 million yuan, respectively. In 2008 and 2011, the ES of the Wetland was mainly based on supply and support services, and in 2014 and 2017, it was mainly based on supply and regulation services. Changes in human utilization, natural conditions, and social economy will all lead to changes in the ES value of the whole Wetland. This research can enable decision makers to intuitively understand its ecological changes and plan the use of land and formulate ecological protection measures in a reasonable and effective manner. Finally, the article puts forward relevant suggestions for sustainable development based on the resource and environmental foundation and characteristics of Qilihai Wetland.

Water loss and soil erosion will cause damage of city land resource, result in deterioration of ecological environment and maladjustment of ecology balance, so it will influence national economy and social development. The soil nourishment function of land greenbelt is the important part of ecological service function of urban greenbelt, precisely calculate the substance quantity and value quantity of nourishment soil of urban greenbelt is one of the important basis to scientifically determine value of urban greenbelt and evaluate resource and asset of urban greenbelt, it is also the important basis to realize city ecological civilization and sustainable development. Currently, there are fewer research of calculation methods for substance quantity and value quantity for soil nourishment of urban greenbelt, it has not formed relative calculation method suitable for urban greenbelt calculation method with popular meaning, comparatively uniform, suitable for water self-restraint suitable for soil nourishment of urban greenbelt This article will discuss the connotation, index of soil nourishment of urban greenbelt, as well as calculation method of corresponding substance quantity and value quantity, it has important inspiration and reference meaning to scientifically carry out the effective calculation and management optimization of ecological service function of soil nourishment in urban greenbelt.

The fundamental principles and methods of ecological function regionalization were defined in this paper based on field investigation in the estuarine wetland of Shenzhen River and Xinzhou River. The regionalization scope of the two rivers estuary wetland was delineated, and the main ecological service functions, such as climate regulation, water purification, material production, biodiversity conservation, wildlife habitats, education, recreation and tourism etc., were analyzed and summarized in accordance with the integrity of the eco-system and the administrative divisions status quo. According to the proposed regionalization principles and methods, the two rivers estuary wetland was divided into 6 ecological function units combined with its service functions and distribution characteristics, which were urban construction control area, terrestrial forest ecological belt, futian national mangrove reserves, mangrove restoration area, off-shore tidal flat reservation and estuary waters comprehensive treatment area. For each ecological function units, the leading service functions, Status quo and existing problems were elaborated, the ecological protection, repairation and restoration directions were pointed out, and the strengthening measures of ecological service function were put forward.

In this paper, a company greening plan to evaluate ecological service function and value analysis, to determine whether a company greening scheme to the excess emissions of alternative to repair the enterprise ecological environmental damage caused by the results show that a company in September 2019 ~ 2020 at the end of greening measures total carbon release oxygen value of 605000 yuan, including carbon value of 278900 yuan, releasing oxygen value of 326100 yuan. The total value of the greening measures taken by the enterprise from September 2019 to the end of 2020 is 16, 300 yuan, of which the value of providing negative ions is 12, 300 yuan, and the value of absorbing pollutants and catching dust is 4, 000 yuan. The ecological service function of the greening scheme can partially offset the ecological environmental damage caused by the excessive emission of enterprises.

With the accelerating developments of the current urbanization in the world and the increasingly severe environmental problems, the research on ecological service function of urban green spaces has been the frontier subject for the international ecology. The urban green spaces are a special underlying surface, an important composition of the urban natural eco-system. For the urban green spaces, the crowns of the plants can block, absorb and reflect the radiation from the sun to obviously reduce the sunshine penetrating to the ground through the spaces of the leaves, which can reduce torridness and sever sunshine and enhance people’s environmental comfortableness. Hence they are entitled with a significant ecological service function. The research focuses on classifying the shading effect of various urban green spaces in summer in Hangzhou in order to realize the amount situations of shading effect of urban green spaces in summer in Hangzhou and to provide inspiration and reference for elaborately classifying and evaluating service function values of shading effect of ecological service function of urban green spaces
