Synchronous sampling allows alternating current (AC) quantities, such as the root mean square (RMS) values of voltage and power, to be determined with very low uncertainties (on the order of a few parts of 10-6 [1]). In this a new mathematical expression for estimating measurement uncertainties in non ideal synchronization with fundamental frequency AC signals is presented. The obtained results were compared with those obtained with a high-precision instrument for measuring basic AC values. Computer simulation demonstrating the effectiveness of these new expression, are also presented.

Conventional uniaxial techniques generally require shifting objects or projection grating with the assistance of a high-precision mechanical moving component. To overcome this limitation, we propose a novel uniaxial 3-D shape measurement system with auto-synchronous phase-shifting and defocusing by using a tilted and fixed projection grating. The tilted focused image plane (FIP), which is reflected by a mirror at about 90 degrees, could be shifted across the measured surface by slightly rotating the mirror within a small angle range. This procedure will simultaneously introduce the change in defocusing and phase-shifting of the fringe. The modulation curve of each point can be deciphered by Fourier fringe analysis after a sequence of fringe intensities is acquired. Since both the measured object and projection grating are fixed, the proposed method could make the measurement system more compact and flexible. Both computer simulation and experiments are carried out to demonstrate the validity of this proposed system.

In order to satisfy the demand of good performance of detection at 340nm ultraviolet light Spectrum, the author design a preamplifier circuit of photoelectric detector. Moreover, through theoretical analysis and computer simulation the author also propose a universal method of the designation of photoelectric detector’s preamplifier which can make the circuit we design satisfy the demand of stability and high speed. In the end, the result of experiment proves that the circuit we design can meet the detection of 340nm ultraviolet light spectrum fairly well and achieve a fairly high precision.

As an important component of urban landscape elements, garden plants have the role of improving urban ecological environment and forming landscape effects. Digital landscape is a high-simulation model of the system combined with computer hardware and software systems, which allow analysis of the application of computer simulation in the analysis of the value of urban landscape design. In this paper, we propose a “Task-Crowd-Process-Evaluation” computer simulation analysis framework to support management decision, which can form 2D or 3D spatial data, realize real-time and statistical analysis, make use of the multidimensional, efficient, and humanized human living environment, and make the environment landscape planning more reasonable and practical. The simulation shows that the effective use of urban vegetation can not only beautify the urban landscape, but also play the function of rainwater utilization.

Conventional SAD patterns as obtained in the TEM present difficulties for identification of materials such as asbestiform minerals, although diffraction data is considered to be an important method for making this purpose. The preferred orientation of the fibers and the spotty patterns that are obtained do not readily lend themselves to measurement of the integrated intensity values for each d-spacing, and even the d-spacings may be hard to determine precisely because the true center location for the broken rings requires estimation. We have implemented an automatic method for diffraction pattern measurement to overcome these problems. It automatically locates the center of patterns with high precision, measures the radius of each ring of spots in the pattern, and integrates the density of spots in that ring. The resulting spectrum of intensity vs. radius is then used just as a conventional X-ray diffractometer scan would be, to locate peaks and produce a list of d,I values suitable for search/match comparison to known or expected phases.
