Relevance. In connection with the development of nuclear energy, many aquatic ecosystems have been exposed to radioactive substances. Fish, as an element of biota, is capable to accumulate radionuclides. However, fish is a traditional food. The control of the technogenic radionuclides accumulation level in the ichthyofauna is an important link in ensuring human security.Intention. To analyze the long-term data on the content of long-lived technogenic radionuclides 90Sr and 137Cs in the ichthyofauna of the Ob-Irtysh river system for the period from 2004 to 2016 and Beloyarsky pond for the period from 1977 to 2018.Methodology. Fish as a food product was assessed according to two criteria: a) permissible levels of specific activity of radionuclides (SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01); b) using the indicator of conformity B and the uncertainty of its definition В (GOST 32161-2013 and GOST 32163-2013).Results and Discussion. Fish of all species that live in the river Tetcha, is not suitable for food use according to the criteria of SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01, GOST 32161-2013 and GOST 32163-2013. The fish of the Ob-Irtysh river system, the habitat of which is located outside the Tetcha, meets the requirements for fish products. In the period from 1977 to 1989 in the Beloyarsk pond the accumulations of technogenic radionuclides in fish in quantities exceeding sanitary and hygienic standards were possible. Currently, the fish of the Beloyarsky pond fully complies with the sanitary and hygienic requirements for the radiation factor and is safe for human consumption.Conclusion. In the ponds exposed to the atomic energy enterprises, it is necessary to continuously monitor the content of long-lived technogenic radionuclides in fish and assess their amount in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01 and using the conformity indicator В and the uncertainty of its determination В.

Preclinical study of the drugs toxicity was analysed it allows predicting the safety of veterinary drugs in laboratory animals. The fundamental normative instruments in the field of preclinical study of drugs for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry are Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated 06.03.2018 N 101 and GOST 33044-2014 Principles of Good Laboratory Practice. An important indicator of the preclinical study of the veterinary drugs is the determination (calculation) of median lethal dose value (lethal dose for half of the animals tested) or concentration (LD50 or LC50). Existing methods for determining this indicator make it possible at the initial study stage to determine the degree and class the drug of toxicity. Studying the symptoms of intoxication in the analysis of pharmacological substances one obtains significant information about the nature of the action of the future drug. The clinical manifestations of intoxication with damage to various organ systems are presented. As criteria for assessing the toxic effects of veterinary drugs it is recommended to determine LD50, cumulation coefficient, latitude index of therapeutic effects, dose level of toxic effects in the experiment which allows predicting the nature and degree of toxic effects of the drug even at the stage of preclinical veterinary drugs study.

The article presents the results of the first research on artificial reproduction in industrial conditions of the endemic, narrow-areal subspecies of Brachymystax lenok Savinovi, which lives in lake Markakol, East Kazakhstan region. The indicators of the heat sum characteristic for each stage of development, the rate of development and growth of the Markakolsky lenok from the moment of pre-breeding to late juveniles are described. To develop technological approaches for artificial fish reproduction, one of the most important points is to determine the optimal conditions for each stage and assess the risks (loss of fish products). At the stage of insemination and transportation of eggs to the place of incubation, the loss was 50 %. The largest losses of fish products were registered during the incubation stage. The most painlessly passed the period of holding and lifting on the float, where the loss was only 3 %. When growing pre-larvae and larvae in the pool, the daily waste did not exceed 1 %. Small-sized animals that were unable to adapt to artificial feeds fell into the waste. Losses during this period amounted to 15 % of the previous stage. In General, the yield of juveniles from the moment of fertilization to the end of the experiment was 16 %. The crucial factor in the development and growth of Lenok Markakolosky is the temperature regime. For the period of embryonic development, the most favorable water temperature is 7–8 °C. From the moment of hatching, the water temperature must be increased to 10–12 °C, and the optimal temperature for the cage growing of fingerlings varies from 12 to 14 °C.

Anisakis simplex is a zoonotic nematode which can cause human anisakiasis. Furthermore, A. simplex allergens, even of dead larvae can cause allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. Due to the frequent occurrence in fish muscles and pathogenicity, A. simplex is a serious danger for fish products consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to examine fish and fish products for the presence of these parasites before placing on the market. The purpose of this paper is review of methods for A. simplex detection in fish and fishery products. These methods differ according to the effectiveness and type of the target analyte. They also have different suitability for examination of matrices with different properties. Moreover this paper presents legislations associated with A. simplex detection. .
