Sports injury is an issue that frequently occurs among athletes. The most common sports injuries are ankle sprains. Hence, to overcome this problem, the National Sports Institute and the Malaysia Sport School has set up special clinics for athletes undergoing rehabilitation treatment. In RMK 10 (2010-2015), the government aims to provide the best medical facilities and producing high value medical device.  In spite of the advancement and variety of available ankle rehabilitation technology device, there is an eminent need to investigate the current position on the acceptance of these rehabilitation devices to assist patient recovery. Therefore, in this study technology acceptance model is designed to investigate the user acceptance on ankle rehabilitation technology device application in healthcare industry. The purpose of this study is to design a quantitative approach based on the technology acceptance model questionnaire as its primary research methodology. It utilized quantitative approach based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the system of ankle rehabilitation technology device. The related constructs for evaluation are: Perceived of Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction and Attribute of Usability. All these constructs are modified to suit the context of the study. Moreover, this study outlines the details of each construct and its relevance toward the research issue. The outcome of the study represents series of approaches that will  be apply to check the suitability of an ankle rehabilitation technology device on patient in healthcare industry and how well it achieve the aims and objectives of the design.

The learning with e-learning is not only due to aspects of the development of information technology but also due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced all levels of society to adhere to the New Normal way of life. Elearning is a solution for learning in this pandemic era. This study will examine the analysis of learning management with Eleaning at Duta Bangsa University Surakarta with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive research approach with research respondents consisting of 25 lecturers and 48 students. Research data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 16 questions which are the elaboration of 8 items of user satisfaction parameters in the use of the Elearning System. The eight items are Content, Format, Accuracy, Timeliness, Ease of Use, User Attitudes Towards Systems, Organizational Support and Perceived Attitude of Top Management. The results of testing and data processing, both data from lecturers and students, are normally distributed, with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results of testing the data related to the 16 questionnaire questions also show that the data is valid and reliable. User satisfaction with the implementation of learning through the Elearning System during the Covid-19 pandemic is quite high, above 75% strongly agree, even from 8 items, 7 items on average are above 80% strongly agree. From the results of data processing per item, an average of 4.15 was obtained for lecturer respondents, which means that acceptance strongly agrees with the E-learning system around 83.0%. For student respondents the average is 4.11, which means that the acceptance of the E-learning system is 82.2%. Content occupies the highest satisfaction score of 89.2% for lecturers and 86.2% for students. While the lowest level of satisfaction is organizational support, the satisfaction rate for lecturers is 76.4% and students are 77.8%.

Rapid developments and change have culminated new applications of information technologies. This trend is reflected in the plethora of innovative studies. Literature indicates that small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) perceive human resources information systems (HRIS) as complicated and time consuming, resulting in resistance from both users and employees. The purpose of this article is to identify necessary acceptance conditions for a successful implementation of the HRIS software within SMEs in Turkey. SMEs compose 99% of all companies in Turkey. Fierce rivalry within sectors gives rise to increased technology use to gain a competitive advantage. This study contributes to an efficient implementation of widely used HRIS in SMEs and offers solutions for implementation failures, including user resistance and idle system problems. This study attempts to apply the technology acceptance model to 112 SMEs that implement HRIS exclusively with all the submodules. This research analyzes success factors for an effective HRIS implementation by testing the latest integrated model of expanded technology acceptance. It concludes that there is a positive and robust correlation between acceptance and use of technology variables and user satisfaction. The results of this study are useful not only for the managers but also for the manufacturers, technical support, online support, and aftersales services as they are advised to develop strategies for user satisfaction.

Usability of software applications is a key to success of any system and the technology is best care because it is not susceptible to forget or to damage. The main aim of the proposed system application is to help two important categories of the society they are elderly and Alzheimer’s patients, these two categories shared in one recipe which is a forgetful. Proposed application gives elderly and Alzheimer’s patients an opportunity to have small memory which can help them to remember tasks, events, medications and people. It is a great opportunity to learn what makes a proposed application good. Which may contribute to the prevention of progression of the disease rapidly. In this study Technology Acceptance Model has been designed to investigate the end-user acceptance of designing Proposed Mobile Reminder System. The purpose of this study is to design a quantitative approach based on the technology acceptance model questionnaire as its primary research methodology. Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan sistem pendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga dalam proses pendidikan dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik kepada mahasiswanya. SIAKAD memiliki peran yang vital dalam mengatur segala hal yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan kegiatan akademik, karena dalam sistem informasi akademik komponen-komponen yang ada dapat saling berinteraksi. Namun demikian penerapan SIAKAD memerlukan evaluasi, diantaranya terkait dengan tingkat penerimaan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem tersebut. Tujuan peneilitan ini mengevaluasi penggunaan SIAKAD pada Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD PNM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner dan jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku sebagai data sekunder. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SIAKAD PNM dapat diterima oleh pengguna dilihat dari aspek persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kemanfaatan baik secara individual maupun secara simultan. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara simultan terpenuhi dari aspek content, accuracy, format, ease dan timeline, tetapi secara individual tidak terpenuhi dari aspek accuracy, format, dan timelines.Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a support system of education, so in the process of education, it can provide better information services to students. However, SIAKAD implementation requires evaluation, among others related to the level of acceptance and level of user satisfaction of the system. This study aims to evaluate the use of SIAKAD at the Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). The method used in this research is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to know perception level of user acceptance toward SIAKAD and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) to know the level of user satisfaction toward SIAKAD PNM. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Test method using validity test, reliability, normality test and linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that SIAKAD PNM can be accepted by the user seen from the perception of ease of use and perception of usefulness both individually and simultaneously. The level of users' satisfaction simultaneously is fulfilled by the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease and timeline, but individually they are not fulfilled from aspects accuracy, format, and timelines.

Satisfaction is one sign of the success of a product or service in this case in the form of online shopping sites. Satisfaction assessed if users feel the achievement of a goal from the user. This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables contained in an online shopping website that quality systems, quality of information, perception of usefulness, ease of use to the user satisfaction. This research used experimental methods and quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the three hypotheses were rejected and 4 received. Results of the data analysis using methods DeLone and McLean combined with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and PLS SEM showed that the three factors that influence user satisfaction is the quality of the system, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
