With n-butanol/CTAB/cyclohexane as micro emulsion system, sodium tungstate and hydrochloric acid as raw material, alkali metals (Na+, K+) nitrate as dopant, pure WO3、Na+-WO3, K+-WO3 and Na+/K+-WO3 powders were prepared by ultrasonic micro-emulsion method; And performances of samples were analyzed by visible spectrophotometer. Photocatalytic activity study show that alkali metal sodium ion and potassium ion doped, photocatalytic activities of WO3 are improved markedly; When doping amount is 1.0%, catalyst amount is 2g/L, methyl orange concentration is 20mg/L, degradation time is 80 min, Na+-WO3 powder has the best photocatalytic degradation performance at 460nm, and the degradation rate is as high as 65%.

The macromeritic tungsten powder was prepared by wet hydrogen reduction at medium temperature; the coarse powder of Ammonium paratungstate powder (APT) was used as raw material. It is obtained by evaporating and crystallizating adding alkalia metal salts in the solution of ammonium tungstate. The microstructure, phase composition and particle size of the macromeritic tungsten powder were investigated by SEM, XRD and test analysis sieves. The effects of kinds, contents of alkali metal salts and the temperature in the reduction were studied. The results revealed that ideal tungsten powder, with the good fluditity, spherical, integrate and well-distributed, could be obtained. The raw material is the solution of ammonium tungstate adding NaCl, Li2CO3 and KCl , the concentration of them are all 3g/L, and it is under the condition of 1000°C,180min in wet hydrogen atmosphere. The average particle size is 67μm, the maximum is 150μm, the biggest loose density is 13.41g/cm3, and the best powder flowability is 9s/50g.

Jet grading technology is an efficient process in different industries. In this research, tungsten powder with different particle size distribution was used as a raw material to produce tungsten products via isostatic pressing as well as sintering. The mechanism of jet grading and the morphology and particle size distribution of different precursors were analyzed. The results showed that jet grading technology had remarkable effect on tungsten powder classification. The appropriate grading treatment was helpful to the formation of tungsten products with high performance. After jet grading and the following process like pressing and sintering, the tungsten products with better properties were manufactured which was used fischer particle size of 3.0~3.5μm as the raw material. The obtained products’ density was 18.77g/cm3 and its hardness was 372.15HV0.3.

The article discusses the results of manufacturing multicomponent consumable cathodes of vacuum electric arc evaporation plants. To obtain ingots of complex silicide as a raw material for the manufacture of target cathodes, it is proposed to use induction melting of pure metal charge materials in an argon atmosphere. The method made it possible to obtain ingots of complex silicide with a composition close to the calculated one and a density of at least 93 %. Further forming of the cathode takes place when controlling the powder fractions by their percentage ratio with a pressing force of at least 50 tons. The results obtained are compared with the SHS method of manufacturing cathodes of identical composition.

The possibility of obtaining multicomponent refractory composition materials on the basis of quarts containing raw material by SHS method was studied. The use of a modifying carbon additive in the form of graphite power, carbonized rice husk, apricot stones and shungit was considered. It is shown that a complex use of preliminary mechanochemical activation (MA) and modification of the charge mixture with carbon containing additives contributes to formation of carbide and nitride phases in synthesis products.

As the core component of the diffusion cathode, the performance of porous tungsten matrix material will directly affect the output performance and life of microwave source. Therefore, the preparation of porous tungsten matrix is the key process of making a cathode material. In this paper, the industrial tungsten powder was used as raw material, whose particle size was modulated by fluidic classification firstly. Then via cold isostatic pressing and hydrogen sintering in high temperature, the porous tungsten sintered body was obtained. Finally, by the process of copper infiltration, machining and copper removal, the porous tungsten matrix was achieved. The result showed that compared with raw material tungsten powder, the classified tungsten powder’s particle size distribution was narrowed and its tap density obviously increased, indicating that it had better particle stacking performance. Setting the temperature between 1900°C and 2050°C the high temperature hydrogen sintering experiment was conducted, and it was found that the volume shrinkage ratio of tungsten sintered body increased with the sintering temperature, and correspondingly, its total porosity decreased from 24.4% at 1900°C to 20.8% at 2050°C. It was characterized by MIP (mercury intrusion porosimetry) that at high temperature between 1950~2050°C, the porous tungsten matrix with an open porosity of 21±1%, 1.30~1.60μm average pore size, a close cell ratio less than 1% and the skeleton strength greater than 150MPa was obtained. Thus this porous tungsten matrix is an ideal material to be applied to highly reliable diffusion bariated tungsten cathode manufacturing.

The content and structure of mental representation of economic crises were studied and the flexibility of the structure in different social contexts was tested. Italian and Swiss samples (Total N = 98) were compared with respect to their judgments as to how a series of concrete examples of events representing abstract indicators were relevant symptoms of economic crisis. Mental representations were derived using a cluster procedure. Results showed that the relevance of the indicators varied as a function of national context. The growth of unemployment was judged to be by far the most important symptom of an economic crisis but the Swiss sample judged bankruptcies as more symptomatic than Italians who considered inflation, raw material prices and external accounts to be more relevant. A different clustering structure was found for the two samples: the locations of unemployment and gross domestic production indicators were the main differences in representations.
