In this paper a quality monitoring system for seismic while drilling (SWD) that integrates the whole process of data acquisition was developed. The acquisition equipment, network status and signals of accelerometer and geophone were monitored real-time. With fast signal analysis and quality evaluation, the acquisition parameters and drilling engineering parameters can be adjusted timely. The application of the system can improve the quality of data acquisition and provide subsequent processing and interpretation with high qualified reliable data.

In order to solve the shortcomings of the landslide monitoring technology method, a set of landslides monitoring and early warning system is designed. It can achieve real-time sensor data acquisition, remote transmission and query display. In addition, aiming at the harsh environment of landslide monitoring and the performance requirements of the monitoring system, an improved minimum hop routing protocol is proposed. It can reduce network energy consumption, enhance network robustness, and improve node layout and networking flexibility. In order to realize the remote transmission of data, GPRS wireless communication is used to transmit monitoring data. Combined with remote monitoring center, real-time data display, query, preservation and landslide warning and prediction are realized. The results show that the sensor data acquisition system is accurate, the system is stable, and the node network is flexible. Therefore, the monitoring system has a good use value.

In recent years, the laboratory security of universities has become an important issue for students and devices. To solve this security issue, this paper proposes an intelligent monitoring system to realize environment detection in university laboratories. The main purpose of this system is to monitor the laboratory environment data in time and improve the laboratory inspection efficiency. The system consists of a single chip microcomputer, which is the core of this system, a sensor function module and GPRS wireless communication, realizing data monitoring and short message warning. Therefore, three features, front-end data acquisition, data wireless transmission and a security alarm, are achieved by the proposed system. The real experiments show that front-end data acquisition is effective, data transmission is reliable, and the alarm message is received in time. Furthermore, the system, with the modified function modules, can be used in other scenarios to detect environments, and thus has a significant applied value in other areas.

This paper studies a residual current monitoring system; PLC and PC select a combination of hardware, and to identify the specific method for AC and DC small signal data acquisition. On the software side, gives the effect of a schematic diagram of a data processing program, summed up the real-time data acquisition methods section. In the PLC control test procedures, test procedures were analyzed for comparison with the given process flow diagram of the main test and the numerical results, the present system reduces the complexity of the control to improve the automation of the detection process.

In the research and development of the precise closed-loop control system in large hydraulic press, the touch screen and PLC are frequently applied to design, debug and test for the system. Though a better closed-loop control characteristic can be acquired after repeated testing by this way, the comprehensive state data of hydraulic press are unable to get, which leads to a long research cycle and also restricts the maintenance and upgrade with the equipment in the later period. In order to obtain the whole state information of hydraulic press easily and effectively, a monitor system of precise closed-loop control in large hydraulic press is designed. Based on reasonable cooperation of sensors and high-speed data-acquisition card, high-speed and precise signal acquisition is realized. In addition, data-acquisition software program is designed base on LabVIEW, it can achieve the functions of collecting, storing, displaying and analyzing data. Through the real measuring and analyzing on a certain large ceramic hydraulic press, the status of key parameters can be acquired effectively during the whole pressing process. So the monitoring system supplies the significant data basis to the precise closed-loop control, accelerates the design and development of high characteristic precise closed-loop control and also strongly supports to the maintenance and upgrade with the equipments in the later period.
