Papers with Ca (NO3)2• 4H2O and (NH4)2HPO4as raw material, prepared by ionic liquids assisted nanoHAP, resulting hexagonal nanoHAP are crystal grain size are 10-20nm level, are smaller nanometer range ; specific surface area, the findings show that ionic liquids have the technology to promote the significance of the preparation method can provide a reference for large-scale preparation of biomedical nanomaterials.

Gram scale multi-layer graphene grown on polycrystalline SiC microspheres were prepared by continuously preparation method in argon through chemical vapor deposition process using liquid polysilacarbosilane as raw material. The observation of products obtained at different temperature confirmed the growth is temperature dependent process. The method could be developed to synthesis hybrid nanostructures based on multi-layer graphene grown on polycrystalline SiC microspheres.

A simple hydrothermal method was developed to prepare shaped-controlled CeO2 nanomaterials, in which, Ce (NO3)3· 6H2O was used as Ce source and H2O2 was used as oxidant and morphologies controlling agent. Different morphologies of CeO2 including nanoparticles, nanooctahedrons, nanorods and nanocubes could be obtained by simply adjusting the concentration of H2O2 in reaction system. These nanoCeO2 could be dispersed in water and ethanol very well after reaction without using any surfactant. A possible growth mechanism was put forward to explain the morphologies evolution process based on TEM, SEM observations. There are not any other impurities were introduced into reaction, and the production ration is high enough, which supply a potential large-scale preparation method for CeO2 nanomaterials.

SummaryFactor VIII can be isolated from plasma proteins, including fibrinogen by chromatography on agarose. The best results were obtained with Sepharose 6B. Large scale preparation is also possible when cryoprecipitate is separated by chromatography. In most fractions containing factor VIII a turbidity is observed which may be due to the presence of chylomicrons.The purified factor VIII was active in vivo as well as in vitro.

The long chain polyprenols composed of 30 and more isoprene units from leaves of plants belonging to the genera Potentilla and Rosa have been described. They occur in the form of fatty acid esters. The composition of polyprenol mixture was species dependent and its content reached ca. 0.5% wet weight. Large scale preparation of individual polyprenols from a natural polyprenol mixture was performed using time-extended liquid chromatography on the hydrophobic gel Lipidex-5000.Key words: long chain polyprenols, Rosaceae.
