In order to improve construction site management, we make the architect’ position as the starting point for our research ,analyze the similarities and differences between the project manager and the architect and transform the traditional building construction management system from centralized system into flat -like system. Furthermore, we propose that the implementation of the system must be assisted with the construction of credit system and the establishment and implementation of personal practice insurance system.

Smart construction faster and cost less, easer, perfect controlled and should be friendly to the environment. This research focus on the evaluating future of smart construction to approach Oman vision 2040.The smart construction is to improve the building construction sector by apply lean construction management system and analysis the key factors effecting the building construction cost performance in Oman. The main objective is evaluating future of smart construction to approach Oman 2040 vision by applying the lean construction management system for building construction industry, analysis the key factors of cost performance effecting the building construction in Oman, finding the suitable construction strategy for building construction in Oman and recommendation to government and privet sector to reduce the capital cost of the project.Several topics will explain such as the data collection methods, primary and secondary, the sample selection, pilot study method of analysis and limitations. Pilot study for questioner and the interviews online because of COVID 19.The factors effecting cost performance in building construction in Oman is part of the general results. At last, the research project explain the evaluating future of smart construction to approach Oman vision 2040. Smart construction is the building design, construction and process by collaborative partnerships makes a lot of technology in way of working to improve the productivity, reducing time-cost and use sustainably to improve user benefits. The research used a combination of primary data such as quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews. In addition to that secondary data used such as journals and case studies. Each type of data having a method for analysis.

Most of current construction project management software focus on text, quantity information and lack of engineering graphics, display, query and analysis of features and other spatial features. In order to solve these problems, GIS is taken as the core, Multipatch programming is used in the natural ground and roadbed, drawing 2D features are stretched for 3D visualization and dynamic 3D display of construction progress. The TIN model is constructed and the main spatial analysis functions are implemented, including the query of 3D point information, the query of longitudinal section, cross section, volume, surface area as so on at any position. A road engineering construction management system is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio2010 platform using c # 4.0 language, the GIS secondary development tools ArcGIS Engine9.3 and Microsoft Access2007 database. GIS is taken as the core in basic framework of the system, the system has a certain application prospect in the road construction management.

The international experience of integrating building information modeling (BIM) into project management system with innovation implementation accent has been revealed in this article. The events carried out on federal and regional levels concerning the President of Russia directive on building construction industry modernization and construction objects transferring to life cycle management by means of BIM were analyzed. The large company experience of implementing BIM was summarized with describing some examples in different cities and regions of our country and thus the main directions of this technology development were determined. The key points of BIM and project management system pairing and impacting an innovation choice witch determine the project economic efficiency in the integrated management system were shown. The main reports of "Building construction projects technology and management: new practices and prospects" conference by Moscow Trade and Commerce Chamber were reviewed in this direction and problems of the new investment and construction project management technology implementation were shown. The ways to solve these problems were disclosed by work examples of PAO "Sberbank", and successfully working in our country firms Bilfinger Tebodin - BIM design and Beiten Burkhard -jurisdiction support. Some economic efficiency questions of BIM implementation were disclosed in the report delivered by The Plekhanov University of Economics (project and program management base department of Capital Group). Management system suggestions, regarding BIM implementation in Moscow construction were given.

This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 on podomoro golf project development project cimanggis with PT. Wijaya Karya Building Building as a contractor. This study is descriptive using clauses in ISO 9001: 2015 as a way of knowing the implementation of quality management system from owner, construction management consultant, and contractor, with questionnaire form about application of field. Questions are made in clauses 4 to clause 10 in ISO 9001: 2015.The results in this study indicate that the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 from the owner is "Rarely" applied with the percentage of assessment between 50% to 74.99%. The construction management consultant is "Always" applied to the assessment percentage of 75% to 100%. From the contractor's side is "Always" applied with the percentage of valuation between 75% to 100%. From these results obtained factors - factors that become constraints on the implementation of quality management system based on clauses in ISO 9001: 2015, the method or procedure, human resources (HR), and implementation or operational work.

Design-Bid-Build (DBB) or commonly known as Traditional method is the earliest and most prevalent procurement method used in Malaysian construction industry. Design-Build (DB) and Construction Management (CM) procurement methods were later introduced in Malaysia as an endeavour to satisfy and accommodate the increase in project complexity and the need for avoiding drawbacks of the Traditional methods. Each procurement method has different nature and possesses certain characteristics. Therefore, this study was carried out to ascertain and compare the characteristics of these three procurement methods that are implemented in building construction projects in Malaysia. A questionnaire survey was conducted among architects, consultants, contractors and owners or developers to elicit their feedback on the characteristics which were categorised into time, cost, quality, complexity and flexibility, degree of involvement and responsibility allocation and technical expertise. The findings indicated that only DB method almost fulfils all the characteristics under the six categories, whereas, DBB methods garnered agreement only for certain characteristics under time, cost, complexity and flexibility and technical expertise categories. Meanwhile, the only CM method’s characteristics that satisfy agreement from the respondents are the often used of fast track approach and lack of certainty in price. This study concludes that when a procurement method is adopted for a construction project, not all the features or characteristics will turn out as expected. There are many factors that contribute and are influential on the success in procurement methods that are worth for further investigation.
