The servant of God is an instrument in God's hands to bring God's people to grow in faith. The faith growth of the church is very important because, it can bring God's people to be able to survive in the problems of life that is experienced. For that, The servant of God needs to understand their duty and function. The servant of God, in the midst of the church is tasked as a counselor, preacher, role model, leader and agent of change. These four tasks are like links that cannot be separated. So, The servant of God cannot ignore one another.

Reconciliation is a biblical concept, wherein God reconciled himself with humanity through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The concept of reconciliation remains complicated in nature, and for the church to be an agent of reconciliation, prescriptive elements such as confession, repentance, forgiveness, restoration, restitution, mercy, truth, justice, peace and reconciliation will be discussed. The elements needed for the church to be an agent of change are action-driven and include a vision for change, the acceptance of responsibility, the acceptance of failure, repentance, confession, forgiveness, action towards change justice, peace and mercy, and reconciliation. The aim of this article is to describe a possible process for reconciliation through change agency by using the biblical perspective of the concept as a foundation. The research will then focus on different perspectives of change and the church’s role as a change agent to bring about positive change in the transformation of existing and persistent forms of injustice that are problematic in society. Many theories of change exist; I will briefly refer to some theories of change and will then move on to sketching the elements that are necessary for the church to fulfil its calling as a change agent towards reconciliation as a core biblical principle.

Abstract This study aimed to quantify human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine Twitter messaging addressing gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (GB+MSM) and describes messaging by vaccine sentiment (attitudes towards vaccine) and characteristics (topic of messaging). Between August 2014 and July 2015, we collected 193 379 HPV-related tweets and classified them by vaccine sentiment and characteristics. We analysed a subsample of tweets containing the terms ‘gay’, ‘bisexual’ and ‘MSM’ (N = 2306), and analysed distributions of sentiment and characteristics using chi-square. HPV-related tweets containing GB+MSM terms occupied 1% of our sample. The subsample had a largely positive vaccine sentiment. However, a proportion of ‘gay’ and ‘bisexual’ tweets did not mention the vaccine, and a proportion of ‘gay’ and ‘MSM’ tweets had a negative sentiment. Topics varied by GB+MSM term—HPV risk messaging was prevalent in ‘bisexual’ (25%) tweets, and HPV transmission through sex/promiscuity messaging was prevalent in ‘gay’ (18%) tweets. Prevention/protection messaging was prevalent only in ‘MSM’ tweets (49%). Although HPV vaccine sentiment was positive in GB+MSM messaging, we identified deficits in the volume of GB+MSM messaging, a lack of focus on vaccination, and a proportion of negative tweets. While HPV vaccine promotion has historically focused on heterosexual HPV transmission, there are opportunities to shape vaccine uptake in GB+MSM through public health agenda setting using social media messaging that increases knowledge and minimizes HPV vaccine stigma. Social media-based HPV vaccine promotion should also address the identities of those at risk to bolster vaccine uptake and reduce the risk of HPV-attributable cancers.

Early Christian tradition placed Mary Magdalene as a sacred woman, who because of her divine God made her worthy of being a witness to the resurrection. Mary became an epitome for many who were awake in faith searching for Him on Easter morning. He is also a model of the church in its pilgrimage seeking God. Using a hermeneutics perspective, dealing with the Bible, Paul Ricoeur clearly distinguishes between reading and interpreting activities, "exegesis" and "hermeneutics". "Interpretation" not only means "exegesis", but "exegesis" as well as "hermeneutics". Productive hermeneutics bear a thesis, that is, the position of faith which contains free ethical choices. It is in this light that Mary Magdalene and her life will be seen in a hermeneutical perspective in order to arrive at an emancipatory ethical calling. In a pedagogical perspective, Maria's life values are: sensitivity- compassion, missionary vocation to be an agent of change, and wise creativity.

BACKGROUND The rapid growth of social media as an information channel has made it possible to quickly spread inaccurate or false vaccine information and thus create obstacles for vaccine promotion. OBJECTIVE To develop and evaluate an intelligent automated protocol to identify and classify HPV vaccine misinformation on social media, using machine learning (ML)-based methods. METHODS Reddit posts (2007-2017, n=28,121) were compiled that contained human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine related keywords. A random subset (n=2200) was manually labeled for misinformation, serving as a gold standard corpus for evaluation. Five ML-based algorithms, including support vector machines (SVM), logistics regression (LR), extremely randomized trees (ET), convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN), designed to identify vaccine misinformation, were evaluated for identification performance. Topic modeling was applied to identify the major categories associated with HPV vaccine misinformation. RESULTS A convolutional neural network model achieved the highest AUC at 0.7943. Of 28,121 Reddit posts, 7,207 (25.63%) were classified as vaccine misinformation with discussions about general safety issues identified as the leading type misinformed posts (37%). CONCLUSIONS ML-based approaches are effective in the identification and classification of HPV vaccine misinformation from Reddit and may be generalizable to other social media platforms. ML -based methods may provide the capacity and utility to meet the challenge for intelligent automated monitoring and classification of public health misinformation in social media networks. The timely identification of vaccine misinformation online is a first step for misinformation correction and vaccine promotion. CLINICALTRIAL

Under normal circumstances the church would function as an agent of change and transformation, but this article focuses on the church herself that needs radical change if she is to remain relevant in mission and ministry in this current era. Clericalism and the centralisation of hierarchical control can be identified as the root causes of institutional pathology and weakening collegiality. To address clericalism may require the adjustment of seminary training, as in the current system seminarians are nurtured in a sense of separateness, promoting male-ego and feed gender exclusivity and doctrinal self-righteousness. While the seminary was once an instrument of reform in the Catholic Church, established to counter problems such as clerical concubinage and illiteracy, but now it is no longer suitable as it has become the forum that breeds other problems. Priority attention should be paid to purge the church of rampant clericalism, discriminatory scapegoating of gay persons, marginalisation of free thinkers, exclusion of women priests, the perceived moral laxity of family life issues and reception of communion by divorced Catholics without the benefits of annulment. Discrediting the personal authority of the pope is hardly an enlightened option. What ought to be transformed is the centralisation of control and allowing increased localised dominion whereby crises such as sexual abuse scandals could be addressed and solved more speedily and liberally, and limit the need to go to the top for solutions. To wait for centralised, hierarchal structures to deal with urgent issues is not desirable, as speedy accountability is needed to address issues that hurt the church in its entirety.
