The article is devoted to the study of problems in the field of economic security of the enterprise. The essences of the concepts «danger» and «threat» are analyzed, their main properties are determined. The main types of danger are identified, according to the magnitude of the possible consequences. The main types of hazards include «warning», which has the following characteristics. They are: set of circumstances that have developed in the enterprise, to which it is necessary to react. The peculiarities of the evolution of threats have been studied. The actuall scheme of evolution of threats has been built, considering the concepts of «risk», «danger» and «threat». The classification of economic threats and risks according to the main features (by area of distribution and objects of influence) as components of economic security of the enterprise are formed. The main causes of economic threats have been identified. They are: insufficient adaptation of individual business entities to dynamic and constantly changing market conditions; general insolvency of business entities; growing crime; low level of labor discipline and responsibility of employees of enterprises, insufficient legal regulation of some activities; as well as low professional level of a significant part of the management and employees of the enterprise. It is determined that the causes of physical threats are: inefficient personnel policy of business entities, low professional training, insufficient level of security of enterprises, banks, low control over the work process of employees. The causes of intellectual threats are studied. They are first of all inefficient personnel policy of the enterprise, secondly, violation of non-disclosure agreements and the principle of publicity of results, then, intensification of competition in the markets along with low level of information security or its absence. It is proposed that in order to effectively ensure the economic security of the enterprise, first of all, it is necessary to focus on the presence of various threats, risks and dangers and try to minimize their impact in time.

AbstractThe concept of protosemiosis or semiosis at the lower levels of the living goes back to Giorgio Prodi, Thomas A. Sebeok and others. More recently, a typology of proto-signs was introduced by Sharov and Vehkavaara. Kull uses the term of vegetative semiosis, defined by iconicity, when referring to plants and lower organism semiosis. The criteria for the typology of proto-signs by Sharov and Vehkavaara are mostly based on two important presuppositions: agency and a lack of representation in low-level semiosis. We would like to focus on an alternative approach to protosign classification. In particular, we aim to provide a sign-typological characteristic of proteins (in analogy to Maran’ s classification of environmental signs). Our approach is focused on representation, that is, we only consider the relation between a sign and its object. We are considering representation independently from the role of interpretant and interpretation (which is an epiphenomenon of agency). Two hypotheses are investigated and accordingly evaluated in this paper: (I) Proteins are indexical protosigns. (II) Proteins are iconic protosigns. The conclusion our argumentation leads to supports the hypothesis (II).

The classification of very-high-resolution (VHR) remote sensing images is essential in many applications. However, high intraclass and low interclass variations in these kinds of images pose serious challenges. Fully convolutional network (FCN) models, which benefit from a powerful feature learning ability, have shown impressive performance and great potential. Nevertheless, only classification results with coarse resolution can be obtained from the original FCN method. Deep feature fusion is often employed to improve the resolution of outputs. Existing strategies for such fusion are not capable of properly utilizing the low-level features and considering the importance of features at different scales. This paper proposes a novel, end-to-end, fully convolutional network to integrate a multiconnection ResNet model and a class-specific attention model into a unified framework to overcome these problems. The former fuses multilevel deep features without introducing any redundant information from low-level features. The latter can learn the contributions from different features of each geo-object at each scale. Extensive experiments on two open datasets indicate that the proposed method can achieve class-specific scale-adaptive classification results and it outperforms other state-of-the-art methods. The results were submitted to the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) online contest for comparison with more than 50 other methods. The results indicate that the proposed method (ID: SWJ_2) ranks #1 in terms of overall accuracy, even though no additional digital surface model (DSM) data that were offered by ISPRS were used and no postprocessing was applied.

SummaryA debate on updating the laboratory criteria of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) was recently opened in view to lower the risk of over diagnosis of the syndrome. Based on data related to thrombotic APS, it proposes the exclusion of anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) and anti-beta2-glycoprotein 1 (a-β2-GPI) IgM detection. Here, we examine this possibility in a study which focuses on obstetrical APS (OAPS).We report new data on a prospective multicenter European cohort of 109 pregnant women having APS.Among them, 73 had purely obstetrical APS, not associated to autoimmune diseases or thrombosis. Isolated antibodies and isolated aCL positivity were present in 50/109 (46%) and in 34/109 (31%) of the women, respectively. An isolated a-β2-GPI IgM was present in three women.These results suggest that aCL and a-β2-GPI IgM cannot be dropped for the diagnosis and classification of OAPS.The low level of some antibodies associated with severe obstetrical complications raise the issue of keeping or not the same laboratory criteria for OAPS and for thrombotic APS and whether additional criteria after large prospective studies could further improve diagnosis.

Abstract Genus Acanthopanax is a long-lived woody species that is primarily distributed throughout Asia. Many species of this genus are regarded as medically and ecologically important. We evaluated a representative sample of the nine taxa with allozymes to estimate genetic relationships within the genus. As some Korean populations were isolated and patchily distributed, they exhibited a low level of genetic diversity. The narrow geographic ranges, artificial distribution of habitats, and small population sizes are proposed as factors contributing to low genetic diversity. Acanthopanax seoulense was similar to A. sessiliflorus, while a cluster of the A. rufinerve population is distant from any other species. A. senticosus is closely related to A. seoulense and A. sessiliflorus, whereas other species (A. koreanum) are more distinct from the Korean populations. Korean species are clustered together and clearly differentiated from the Chinese and Russian Acanthopanax taxa, genus Acanthopanax
