We use PVsyst software to simulate and calculate the first year electricity generation of 4 MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project. In order to analyze and select the suitable power plant operation mode, the total generating capacity of photovoltaic power station in 25 years has been estimated by using component attenuation of 25 years. This research reports on the findings shown by PVsyst software that evaluates the economy aspects brought by two kinds of operation modes which are full grid access mode and spontaneous use of residual power grid access mode. The research content has reference value for the construction of roof distributed photovoltaic power station in China.

To analyze the influence of distribution network with grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation on the power supply reliability, in this paper it firstly regards interconnected PV generation as an equivalent generator with rated capacity as well as the island operation mode of PV to set up a model for reliability calculation and analysis. Based on the network equivalent method, the structure of distribution system with PV is simplified and then the reliability indexes of distribution system are worked out based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). At last, a comparative calculation between the distribution network with incorporated PV generations and that without PV generations is made. After analyzing a real example, the results suggest that integrating PV power generations reasonably into the distribution network can enhance the reliability of whole distribution system.

Photovoltaic power generation refers to the use of solar photovoltaic cells to the solar radiation can be directly transformed into electricity generation. Distributed photovoltaic power generation, refers to the construction in the vicinity of the user's location, the operation mode to the user side of spontaneous self-occupied mainly, the excess power on the Internet, and in the distribution system to balance the characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation facilities. Distributed photovoltaic power generation follow the principle of local conditions, clean and efficient, decentralized layout, the principle of the nearest use, and make full use of local solar energy resources, alternative and reduce fossil energy consumption. This paper aims to investigate and emphasize the importance of the grid-connected PV system. The investigation was conducted to critically review the literature on expected potential problems associated with issues of PV based grid system. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the basic understanding of photovoltaic (PV) based distributed generation power system and how these power flows will influence the performance and stability of a power system. Some of the PV grid integration issues such as voltage regulation, voltage sags, harmonic distortion, etc are also discussed and possible solutions are also mentioned.

This paper makes a prediction about the daily power generation of the photovoltaic power station in Wuhan International Exhibition Center by the application of multivariable grey theory model and compares the forecasted results with the real results. This research proves that the application of the theory of multivariable grey model on short-term prediction of photovoltaic power generation can achieve a good prediction effect, which also has certain engineering application value.

Due to the natural environment, geographic location, the technical conditions and restrictions of many factors, centralized parallel operation of power grid the west extension and popularization in our country with high difficulty and feasibility. The distributed photovoltaic power generation possesses the following advantages: less investment, flexibility and compatibility. The joint operation of DG with power grid brings tremendous variation in control and operation for modern power system, ultimately the stability of power supply is enhanced and the life quality of residents is improved in western region of China. This paper explores the operation mode of distributed photovoltaic power generation in remote areas, and introduces the concrete operation mode of the project, analyzes the adaptability of distributed photovoltaic mode. Finally, the feasibility of the application of the distributed photovoltaic power generation in the western region of China is analyzed in this paper.

In engineering construction, the accurate estimation of the investment cost can provide a reasonable basis for the formulation and decision-making of the construction scheme. In this paper, the wind-storage combined operation power station is taken as the research object, the investment cost estimation model is established, and the combined operation mode is analysed to obtain the annual power generation. Finally, according to the investment cost and annual power generation, the cost per unit of electricity model is established. In the past, wind farm and pumped storage power station are usually studied as two independent individuals, but in practical application, there are power conversion, regulation and control operations between them, which are interrelated and interactive. This paper regards the two as a whole and analyses their annual power generation under different cooperative operation modes. The research results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the preliminary cost estimation of engineering construction, so as to better determine the construction scheme of power plant.

In order to deal with a lot of adverse influence of photovoltaic power generation for power grid, such as the intermittence, randomicity and undulation, AGC / AVC in a photovoltaic power station have become a fundamental requirement. This paper introduces the structure, contro1 strategies of AGC / AVC system in photovoltaic power station. A practical application is carried out at Shizuishan PV power station in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The result shows that the technical specifications of the system meet the requirements of the site operation.
