Glodon BIM5D technology was used in the project of gucun world foreign language school, which connected the BIM 3d model of the project with the construction progress and project cost. The results showed that the project team uses the same model for engineering calculation and valuation. The automatic calculation of the imported model not only improved the accuracy of compiling budget estimates and budgets, but also shortened the time of compiling budget estimates and budgets by 30% and saved the construction period. Glodon BIM 5D was used to get through the model, cost and schedule information to help optimize the construction organization and strengthen the control of the construction process.

With the development of socialist market economy, the current project cost management system in China has gradually exposed some disadvantages, which affect the normal operation and development of construction enterprises to a certain extent. This paper analyzes the research status of PCM, discusses the characteristics of BD technology, the concept of BIMT and the concept of PCM, and finds the method of mutual information feature selection. The results show that in 2020, the output value of construction projects in China is the largest, with 5.54 billion yuan in the first quarter, 5.83 billion yuan in the second quarter, and 6.77 billion yuan in the third quarter. Due to the large number of participants, long construction period and large amount of information in the construction process, these greatly increase the difficulty of PM, but also increase the difficulty of PCM, making some cost problems easier to appear.

This paper puts forward some thoughts on the fine management of power transmission and transformation engineering construction with the help of three-dimensional technology, and discusses the installation, quality acceptance and construction organization deepening application of steel components in power transmission and transformation engineering construction.The physical 3D model is established by scanning technology, and the accuracy of machining components is checked by comparing the design model with the physical model. The construction process is simulated by the three-dimensional engineering management platform, and the problems existing in the actual construction are found, and the optimization of the construction organization design is carried out through the platform.

Through the foaming mechanism and foaming effect evaluation, this paper analyzes the production procedure, optimum content and strength of foamed asphalt mixture thoroughly. Combined with the construction process quality control and inspection and acceptance criteria, this paper provides data for reference and theoretical basis for application of cold recycled technology of foamed asphalt to pavement project. Its construction without disrupting traffic, thus shorten the construction period and improve efficiency, which also have advantages such as energy conservation, environment protection and economy. Above all, it is beneficial to foamed asphalt′s popularization and application.

Based on the introduction of the design concept of the assembled pedestrian overbridge, through the Jianhua Building Materials Group’s frst “pre-fabricated low-rise tower-stayed pedestrian landscape overbridge” project in China, this paper proposes a solution that can improve the landscape design of the overbridge and reduce the construction complexity of the overbridge, the assembly product supply and the construction process “integration” under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the pedestrian overbridge, whose prefabricated production and assembly construction, shortening the construction period, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and obtaining good social comprehensive benefts.

Derrick supported by inner suspension and inner backstay group tower is a construction technique commonly used in the construction of overhead transmission lines, the locale sketch and construction technique are complex, and not conducive to the analysis of the key construction and improve the level of decision-making. Through analysis assembly tower construction technology of derrick supported by inner suspension and inner backstay, using engineering visualization design software 3ds Max, the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the tower, the pole, tackle. According to the construction process for dynamic visual simulation, accurate image show the complexity of the construction process. Visual simulation provides an intuitive basis for the construction organization design and construction scheme optimization; enhance the level of construction management.

This article reports on a study carried out in a foreign language school at a Colombian public university. Its main purpose was to analyze the extent to which the use of authentic materials and tasks contributes to the enhancement of the communicative competence on an A2 level English course. A mixed study composed of a quasi-experimental and a descriptive-qualitative research design was implemented by means of a pre-test, a post-test, observations, semi-structured interviews, surveys, and diaries. The findings showed that the use of authentic materials and tasks, within the framework of a pedagogical project, had an impact on students’ communicative competence progress and on the teaching practices of the experimental group teacher.

In order to ensure the prestress establishment of large-span suspendome, research on the measure-control methods for large-span suspendome during prestress construction process is performed, by summarizing the existing measure and test methods. According to engineering practice at present, the paper classifies the measure-control content of large-span suspendome during prestress construction period into two parts: internal force of cable-strut and deformation of steel structure. Taking practical project of a gymnasium as an example, the axial forces of hoop cables, radial steel tie rods and struts are measured, and also the verticality of struts. The test results are analyzed, and compared with the calculated value. The results show that, the internal forces of cable-strut and verticality of struts can both meet the design requirement, by mechanical analyzing and precise monitoring of the whole prestress construction process. The conclusion is that, before the prestress construction of large-span suspendome, construction mechanics analysis must be carried out in details to determine the control content and its target value, right measure-control methods are chosen, and then the effective establishment of prestress can be achieved.

Negotiation of meaning refers to interactional work done by interlocutors to attain joint understanding when a communication difficulty comes about. This study uses a qualitative perspective to consider the development of participant utterances in interaction in every moment. 10 English as a foreign language learners in a language school in Iran were chosen to participate in a dictogloss activity in which they were required to describe a certain word. The interaction features in their lexical language related episodes were analyzed. The results indicate that students use a wide range of interaction features in their collaborations. These features help learners generate a scaffolding structure in the LLREs in which meaning discovering is made. The use of interactive features fostered metalinguistic awareness and encouraged learners’ self-regulation.

This paper first sorts out the development and research of comprehensive technology of Multi-storey transportation hub construction at home and abroad, and then analyzes and summarizes the research of Multi-storey transportation hub construction at present, the application research of Swivel Construction Technology in hub project, and the application status of BIM Technology in Multi-storey transportation hub project.
