In the era of big data, the cost control of enterprises is important, and the cost is still the main factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. Data information occurs in every part of an enterprise. If these data are collected reasonably and analyzed with professional software system, the effect of enterprise cost control could be quantified. This paper takes Tianbao green food company as an example, studies its cost control situation, summarizes the existing problems in cost control of the company, and analyzes how to use big data to control cost for purchasing, storage, producing and sales.

As the object ofstudy is Sp.3 Road Widening Project Lempake (Dublin) - Sp.3 Sambera located in the city ofSamarinda, East Kalimantan. way of acquiring primary data through observation and interviewsdirectly to the project, while secondary data from project documents.Performance costs and time by using Earned Value Concept in terms of the reporting week 25CV and SV value value Positive Negative, indicating that the work has been delayed from the timethe work plan, but the cost is still below the budgeted costs. Resource use efficiency using EarnedValue Fund at week-25 values of 1.11 and SPI CPI of 0.93. Cost performance, while showinggood performance for performance efficiency by less well because of a delay of the planned time.Predicted cost and project completion time estimated the cost for the remaining work on theassumption that the trend of the performance of the project will remain until the end of the project(ETC) amounted to Rp 3, 138,305,144.17 while the estimated cost of up project completion (EAC)is equal to = Rp. 9,871,988,500.07, which means there is no advantage or still under the budget plan(PV) in the amount of Rp. 10,968,876,111.19. While the estimated schedule for the completion ofthe aspects of the job completion time estimates obtained (TE) assuming the performance trend ofthe project remains is 212 days. This means that the project will be delayed approximately 14 daysof 198 days plan. Keywords: Control cost (Cost control framework), Work Break Down Structure, Earned ValueConcept.

In recent years, China’s society and economy has been developing very rapidly, and various industries are showing a trend of vigorous development. The importance of control and management of project cost in highway project management is becoming more and more prominent. PPP model has been widely used in the control and management of highway project cost with its own unique advantages. The author analyzes the important advantages of the PPP model and the existing problems in the cost control and management of highway projects, and puts forward effective measures for the cost control and management of highway projects using the PPP model, in hope of helping with the smooth implementation of the work.

AbstractThe behavior of cement-based materials is manipulated by chemical and physical processes at the nanolevel. Therefore, the application of nanomaterials in civil engineering to develop nano-modified cement-based materials is a promising research. In recent decades, a large number of researchers have tried to improve the properties of cement-based materials by employing various nanomaterials and to characterize the mechanism of nano-strengthening. In this study, the state of the art progress of nano-modified cement-based materials is systematically reviewed and summarized. First, this study reviews the basic properties and dispersion methods of nanomaterials commonly used in cement-based materials, including carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers, graphene, graphene oxide, nano-silica, nano-calcium carbonate, nano-calcium silicate hydrate, etc. Then the research progress on nano-engineered cementitious composites is reviewed from the view of accelerating cement hydration, reinforcing mechanical properties, and improving durability. In addition, the market and applications of nanomaterials for cement-based materials are briefly discussed, and the cost is creatively summarized through market survey. Finally, this study also summarizes the existing problems in current research and provides future perspectives accordingly.

In this paper we present an appropriate singular, zero-sum, linear-quadratic differential game. One of the main features of this game is that the weight matrix of the minimizer’s control cost in the cost functional is singular. Due to this singularity, the game cannot be solved either by applying the Isaacs MinMax principle, or the Bellman–Isaacs equation approach. As an application, we introduced an interception differential game with an appropriate regularized cost functional and developed an appropriate dual representation. By developing the variational derivatives of this regularized cost functional, we apply Popov’s approximation method and show how the numerical results coincide with the dual representation.

The article presents the methodology for organizing and conducting an internal audit of cost accounting and calculating the cost of products (works, services) of auxiliary industries. The sequence of conducting internal audit of costs in the subdivisions of the auxiliary sphere is proposed. Working papers were developed within the proposed methodology for internal cost control

The integrated product of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and Economic Value Added (EVA) is the ABC & EVA system, i.e. the integrated cost system. Traditional ABC method gives priority to the interior activity chain of enterprise to implement the cost analysis, but ignores the capital cost, so the cost accounting is not complete. The ABC & EVA system brings the capital cost into the cost management, which could not only open out the real economic value created by the cost objects, but extend the pure cost computation of ABC to the performance evaluation. Based on the principle of the ABC & EVA system, the enterprise cost control strategies under the integrated cost system are proposed.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of how much the cost control of production to operating profit. The method used in this research is the survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used is the cost of production data and profit data from CV Insan Lestari. with sample pick up used purposive sampling. The Data analysis method in this research is a regression test, correlation test, determination coefficient, and signification test. The result from a statistic test, there known about a positive correlation from cost control to the production with an operating profit, with determination coefficient are 75,1% and 24.9% are factors outside this research. With the signification test, the conclusion is, the cost control had affected the operating profit.
